ProBeam has a full gantry, which does not require repositioning of the patient midway during treatment unlike other partial gantry systems. Our gantry-mounted imaging system allows for imaging from many different angles compared to other systems using wall-mounted imaging systems. Advanced techniques such as deep inspiratory breath-hold and stereotactic proton radiosurgery are available.
As of January 2024, short course treatments for tumours such as prostate cancer cost around USD$27,000. Longer course treatments such as those for chordomas cost around $55,000.
