We would put 6 stars if we could, and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for individualized attention. The medical and para-medical staff were all highly competent, but also kind / compassionate, available to answer all questions and ensure the smoothest possible process, while minimizing medication. We didn't feel pressured to sign for more expensive treatments - but were instead informed of all available options. Procreatec was also able to connect us with a fantastic and specialized acuponcturist, Mio, who followed me for the entire process, and whom we recommend warmly.
A big disappointment. We experienced bad communication but the most concerning was the result of our IVF with Egg donor. We questioned clearly the quality of our egg donor, requested more info cause the volume of eggs we got was clearly under the normal average (an egg donor usually provide 10-20 eggs). Since our request was sent 4 months ago, no response. We don't recommend that clinic at all for the lack of honesty and clear communication.

Since I paid, the most sentences I heard is: We are sorry. Then I never get replied before I call or write to them twice.First circle, they forgot to give me prescription and let me have injections immediately, otherwise my eggs would be grown enough and lost, and I don't even have a prescription. Then I just got TWO embryo, of which ONLY ONE could be transferred. AND FAILED.Second and the last term, they give me prescription suddenly afternoon, let me out for looking for late-opening pharmacy, just 3hours after my transfer. Choose them and you will lern several ways to say: I/we am/are sorry.
Our most sincere thanks to the entire procreatec team for your good work and your wonderful treatment. We have already started our little girl jo 3 months and a half ago and it is going great. I was very well informed by Dr.Jennifer Rayward. She explained what was best in our case and what were our chances of success for one treatment or another. What drove our choice for procreatec was the availability of staff, who always responded very quickly and clearly, and also the choice of safer laboratory techniques. After comparison with other centers, Procreatec presents a more advanced laboratory and better results. We are very satisfied with Procreatec and wanted to share it.

Really poor , inconsistent service. Didn’t feel I got the information I needed at all. Felt they were more keen to take my money than anything else. A pushy asssitant insisted I did their survey to say how good the clinic was when I was still groggy after the procedure. Won’t be going back.
We are in the middle of treatment and we still do not know if it will be positive or negative, what we do know is that this is our third and last IVF after an AI and more failed treatments. After 3 years of pregnancy search we have gone through a few clinics (Elche, Madrid and Valencia) and I am glad to know that we are in the right one. The treatment to the patient is unbeatable and very professional, from reception to the doctors and nurses (we do not know the biologists, I do not doubt that they will be great professionals). With this I want to give a very good score to this clinic, since I know that many couples seek and do not know very well which way to go. I will not belittle other clinics that also do their job but it seems that you are a number more and money is what prevails. Finally, we thank you for the work you do and how you make the patient feel in these processes of physical, emotional and economic wear. Thank you!

We are a couple of women. After 18 cumulative inseminations for both of us in Belgium we took over our project. After comparison and following the first exchange with procreatec very reassuring we started a new trial with them. Such contact took place in June and our miracle happened in the stomach in August after a double donation. Today we have a beautiful little girl of two years and a little brother on the way thanks to procreatec. This is a small clinic very welcoming and warm. The acts are performed with gentleness. The exchanges are always encouraging even after a failure (4tentatives for the little brother). Another big thank you to the team with a special dedication to Dr. izquierdo (a doctor who can make his profession proud with great human qualities).
I can only thank you for achieving my dream, I had been trying for a long time and you gave me enough confidence for that "one more time". In advance: very nice clinic, nice staff, good communication, etc.For me, unfortunately, years of no success, useless examinations, double operations, etc. no success even after many transfer cycles. In the beginning, the clinic made great promises of success, but none of them came true. After years of unsuccessful attempts, the clinic came to the conclusion that hormone values such as progesterone and estrogen levels had to be examined before the transfer, for which I have only one star ..... to date no success, only enormous amounts of money, nerves and travel expenses ... ...

We had a very negative experience with this clinic. Their management of foreign patients is extremely poor, from telling me to take the wrong medication at the wrong time (a message that was intended for someone else entirely), telling me to book a flight for the wrong date and refusing to refund, during the treatment cycle there was no doctor available at the clinic to read the tests that I had asked to perform by the clinic... I spoke with a different doctor every time, who seem to be clueless about my medical history... It was a very bad experience. It is a very challenging time of our lives, already going to a foreign country to perform such a treatment is hard, we don't need the added stress and pain of dealing with both doctor's and management mistakes. I strongly do not recommend this place, they really need to get their act together...
Our experience at Procreatec has been wonderful, thanks to them we have a miracle called Maria. We have had full confidence in our doctor, Rut Gómez de Segura, and in the whole team. They have all shown great professionalism and a very humane treatment, something that in processes of this type are appreciated.

From our humble point of view as clients of this clinic due to a treatment performed in it, we feelA lot of helplessness knowing that things were not done well, and what happened to my wife's non-pregnancy due to many things that did wrong could be avoided.but in the end it was like that and there is no going back.Although we do not receive any call from a clinic or doctor to know our bad being neither before nor after, when I spend a little time and despite having spent our savings, and do this treatment with much suffering and effort.We hold a grudge and may you do well in life.but a little call would have cost nothing man.
Bad experienceI will not enter into evaluations of the care provided therein or make disqualifications. I am simply going to give some objective data that have made me have a negative image of this center and that are only based on our experience.After submitting my partner and I to several studies in PROCREATEC we were told that in our case it was more appropriate to perform IVF technique. We underwent this technique twice and the result was negative (in the first we reached the transfer of two fertilized ovules of not very good quality and in the second we did not even mature the ovules). They did not know how to give us an answer to the problem and attributed it to bad luck (this means a disbursement of about € 10,000).After the second failed treatment they sent my wife to have numerous genetic and metabolic tests.Since we have a private company that covered the costs of these tests, we went to the Reproduction Unit of the Moncloa Clinic (UR) of ASISA. When we go here they tell us that my wife has no genetic problems, that this is obvious, and that they are making us dizzy.In the UR, with the results of the same tests already performed previously and simply taking a look at the analyzes focus on possible metabolic motives. We are referred to an internist, and after 3 months my wife becomes pregnant naturally, simply by controlling the diet and with a medication to regulate the levels of sugar in her body. Everything is going well for now, you have been pregnant for 6 month
My fantastic experience and I recommend the clinic without hesitation. Everyone - from receptionists, nurses, doctors ... - very professional and friendly in the treatment, as well as being flexible and giving you facilities (with schedules, procedures, ...). A special mention to my doctor (Dr. Gómez Segura) for her time, dedication, understanding, patience, good advice and attention she showed throughout the process.
Hello everyone,After 8 years of unsuccessful attempts to have a baby, we turned to Spain for an egg donation.After some research on the Internet, we hesitated between IVI and Procreatec. So at the beginning of the year, we went to Madrid to visit both establishments. Both of us seemed very professional. Procreatec is much smaller and younger than IVI, but the reception was much warmer and our "future" gynecologist took the time to reassure us.So we opted for Procreatec and came back in August to do the IVF.Unfortunately, it is precisely this closeness that was lacking in August. Is it because the workforce was reduced because of vacations? We will never know, but anyway we have been very disappointed.IVF failed but we were informed of this risk.No, what has destabilized us is more the lack of information during the whole process (lack of information on the evolution of the embryos ...), the presence of a person who shouted in the room. Waiting for the indifference of the staff .. We did not have the opportunity to discuss with the gynecologist before the moment of the transfer, the latter not being the one we met at the beginning of the year ..We really wondered if the calendar had not worked against us, but again we would have preferred to be informed. We would have moved in autumn without any problem. Given the emotional investment that represents after 8 years of failures, we were not within 2 months ...Here we are, we will try IVI in the coming months ...
