The only reason I put 5 stars above is because there aren't any more available!! I've been a patient of Clinica Cots since moving to Valencia in April 2018 and have had some major work done since.Today (5/12/2019) I had an unexpected dental emergency so dropped by the clinic unannounced: Carmen & Raquel couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating despite an already busy schedule for the day, and after consulting with head dentists Vicente and Laura, they managed to fit me in after only a very short wait. I was attended to with the same care, attention and professionalism, just as I had been with previous scheduled appointments for deep cleaning and general check-ups.Somehow, they all have a calm, natural way of making you 'forget' you're in one of the most dreaded places.Well worth another 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

I visit Valencia each year and return to this dentistry practice. I'm English-speaking and don't have much Spanish and they are fantastic. I've had a few different levels of service from cleaning to complex dentistry and they've all been of the highest quality, and held up over time. Everyone in the practice is lovely and they've gone out of their way to help me in emergency situations. I highly recommend Dr Cots and his team!

Dr. Cots and his staff did their level best to squeeze me in when I popped a crown last week, and I am appreciative. Dr. Cots also arrived at a solution to a problem I have with a pocket between two teeth - an approach that makes good sense to me, and one which was never suggested by my dentist in the U.S. Additionally, my wife has received very satisfactory treatment from Doctor Cots and staff. We consider him and his staff our 'go to' group for dental work now.

This was one of my worst dental experience. I came because of all the good reviews, and the dentist was nice, I saw him for maybe 2 minutes though. The hygienist on the other hand must have been on a rush to get to her break or something. She "cleaned" my teeth so quickly and forcefully that I was in tears, she slowed down when I cried out, got done in record time, ran away and I didn't see her again. I have had painful cleanings before, but nothing like this. My gums were sore and bleeding, and none of the plaque was actually gone. That clean teeth feeling you normally get from a cleaning? Nope, nothing. I have gotten a better result just brushing and flossing my teeth. Then the dentist came in and told me I had so much plaque - no kidding. Definitely won't be coming back with staff like this.

Dr. Cots is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable during the treatments. I did an implant with gum reconstruction and I had a good time. The team is also good. The only thing would be to try to manage the administrative things before important operations so as not to have to be talking too much after the treatment when the patient only wants to be calm and return home. The prices are from the good professional clinics. I would advise friends and relatives.
