Genea's success rates for 2017 are presented in accordance with the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) Code of Practice and are based on live births per embryo transfer for women using their own eggs.
Our fresh embryo transfers, including IVF, ICSI, and some PGD tested embryos, and frozen embryo transfers, including PGD and PGS tested embryos, have been shown to be highly successful. It's important to note that age significantly impacts fertility, and women over the age of 45 have a lower chance of conceiving using their own eggs unless they have frozen their eggs or embryos when they were younger. This is reflected in our frozen embryo transfer live birth success rates.
