The Department of Extraction and Billing at the Center of Imaging and Radiology, two patients, treated me with a reputation as a Tunisian clinic, and I bear the responsibility to speak this
I awoke from chest surgery in agony in the recovery room - with no doctors available! Although I was happy with the thoracic surgeon, his anesthesiologist let him and his whole team down in disgrace. I awoke from sugery to find 5 or 6 nurses around my bed in the recovery room , no doctor visible and in total and absolute agony! The anesthesiologist, Dr Abderrahmet Boukhatem, hadn't even waited to see me fully come round and had run off to another surgery, so he told me, later as his excuse. I was screaming in pain, begging for a painkiller. I remained like this for an hour. I called for my husband who they allowed to come to the door - and they told him to go to the pharmacy and collect a prescription somebody had written. It was for Paracetemol - when I clearly needed morphine! Then I was moved into the corridor and left there for another half hour - all the time begging to be returned to my room. What kind of clinic is this? What kind of anesthesiologist does that? Appalling, shocking - I remember it like a nightmare with the nurses just telling me again and again 'Don't cry, stop crying.' Surgery is difficult enough without waking up in absolute agony. Shame on you all.
Despicable place. Don’t ever make the mistake of taking a human being to that place. The beds are dirty. The staff is rude and unprofessional. No pay no play.A patient could die outside if they are 10DT short.A family guest can not spend the night unless they pay an extra fee.The doctors are mediocre at best. It’s a place where hope dies, and humanity weathered.
