I went to their Pharmacy to check of this medicines are available, one guy at the window Im not sure if he is Indian he told me medicines are not available and gave me the paper immediately and turned his face to another patient and when i asked him where can i find them he said i dknt knw in a very bad way as if he didnt want to assist Very bad attitude
The emergency parking is far from the emergency response
I didn’t have a walk-in experience with them, however i was on the que on the phone for mor than 30 minutes. So what is the first thing comes to your mind!!!!???? If the cant answer my phone, how they will answer my medical needs. So disappointed
I went for emergency, my ear was infected the level of hospitality was very high starting from the emergency reception desk to collecting my medication from pharmacy what is really bad and surprising is that I have been confirmed by the doctor and nurses that I will get a call for appointment with ENR by Monday but no one called me and my ears during this time got worse by the infection even with using the medication.What is surprising more after waiting on the line for 10 min they told me that when there is availability I am gonna get a call for appointment. Without taking care that I said I am worried about my ears I didn’t have much pain before but now it’s too much painful they gave me this untrue excuse because I am sure hospital like Cleveland would have a near future schedule and call it’s clients and give them appointment. This is really bad impact about this well known name .
I visited a cardiology doctor who was good but generally the experience towards the administration, and MRI nurses was horrible. Never go there again.

I’ve heard a lot of complains regarding Cleavland clinic specifically “ diagnosis inaccuracy“ and I went further regardless of that and booked an appointment. Now I can say I regret that I did not do the procedure in “ Mediclinic AlNoor Hospital” or “Shakhboot medical city” at least they are right on schedule, accurate in the appointment given to you. My feedback regarding Cleavland clinic is one of the worst in appointment, accuracy, listening to patients needs...and many others issues. In short don’t go and waste your time there.

The best hospital that I see really good doctors
I don't have any personal experience with Cliveland hospital but the environment is very unique and beautiful...the outside ground and all is really remarkable...so many people used to come to work out, to become healthy. The exact duty of the hospital, give healthy life. That exactly Cliveland did..I am really thankful about that...But from few days some of the ground is blocked... today is international yoga day and I am requesting you to open that ground again. We will be thankful ...

A very Beautiful and Organized hospital. Exceptionally clean and maintains the highest medical standards. It’s always a relief going there. The hospital is calm and brings peace to the ill’s heart. Always worth the trip from Sharjah to Abudhabi for health checkups and Ophthalmology follow-ups.
The reception team is fast and well-informed. Even with so many patients to look after, the hospital team was impressive in its operations and management. Keep up the good work

The 1st MAGNET DESIGNATED Hospital in the UAE, truly a world class healthcare facility.
I came personally to the hospital to inquire Executive Health Check. The female local doesn't know anything about it and told me "just call the call center, they will tell you", I told her Im already here and wants to check how's the process. She said "I cant understand, just call them", Very unprofessional approach, she shouldn't be there in the reception if she cant do her job well. Good thing, there's a direction in elevator and manage to meet one of the coordinators and explained well every single detail I asked. Besides from that, the hospital looks great and comfy. Nice view, very relaxing.
Am still waiting I came to see an ENT as i completely lost my voice and been coughing for 3 weeks. To be honest didnt have an appointment so I asked if i can be seen. They said yes. Waited 2 hours then when i was brought it to see the doctor, he stood by the door, as an ENT doctor didnt even do basic check up, and sent me to emergency because he obviously panicked i had corona. I had no fever i needed to be seen. Sent me to emergency while i waited for over 2 hours again (keep in mind that if i wanted to be at the emergency i would have came in myself) to be told that lets try nebuliser... not even with the doctor i was referred to. I am still here .. waiting... since 9 am, not a single person checked me until now for nebuliser. My symptoms were:*Cough for 3 weeks*Complete loss of voice for 3 days*Vomiting food coz its getting stuck in my throat*Difficulty breathing and swallowing Nebuliser will definitely help without a single check!!!So frustrated i just want to leave but after waiting for 5 hours i might as well get the nebuliser and report this further later. Am tired, am not feeling well, and this is not what i need now

I was very disappointed with this hospirltal especially with Phisiotherapy Doctor Vinod.No respect for Patient.Came back after being ignored ( not consulted ) by Doctor even after waiting for a long time.
The Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi is an outstanding medical center not only for locals but also for ex-pats and their families.The personnel is very friendly, competent and serves the patients with a very positive passion.
Don’t go for pain management, got me on a good regime to manage my pain, then another doctor comes in, stops all my meds straight away and I’ve suffered so very much. Controlled drugs cannot be withdrawn like that.
One of the worst hospitals in the world , Dr giving medicines which is not for pregnant to take and all the diseases which cannot be treated the only answer we get its genetics !!!! The doctor will tell you he/she cannot treat it but will never give you a report of it !!! This is not acceptable .
This review is for their booking system and not their professional care team - I didn't get to that stage.back in mid January I tried making appointment to see a Doctor in the gynaecology unit. To make an appointment one has to call to open a file and then wait for two days to know whether an appointment can be made.After waiting for two full days, I did not get a call back so I called back and to find out that the Doctor requested is on holiday until Feb and earliest appointment is in April.I have read other reviews in here and the company's replies always along the line of "so sorry, please email us at Service Excellence...."I sent an email to this address. I got a call back two days after to say that I can see the other doctor (there are only 2 in that unit) to prep me to see THE Doctor I wanted to see in April.The earliest they can give me was 25 February and I said I cannot have that date, the caller said there is a cancellation on 23 Feb if I want to go on that date. I confirmed.The confirmation text message which I received says 25 Feb and to my own mistake, I did not take the name, department and extension of the caller.I called the company back again to check on the 23 Feb, the call center told me that there's no note in the system.So I asked for a different date altogether and she gave me 1 June.Wow, I mean I salute these patients who are very much patient in waiting this long but I gave up.

A brilliant place (my experience multiple times). Environment is fantastic, elegant, sofisticated but purposeful. The service has been excellent. The staff have been extra polite, willing to help and appear knowledgeable. From my perspective, the organisation is quite functional. The wait is short. I am particularly impressed with the documentation handed to the patient after the visit. Organisation of information on the sheet(s) is far beyond what I expected.I sincerely hope my experience does not change in the future.
After some complications in communication with the team they send us in the emergency. There we get treated very fast, lovely and friendly. To get treated is really not cheap, but the team is so unbelievable friendly and cute. Especially one nurse was so nice and took carefully care of me.
The name of this Hospital may raise a lot of great expectations and confidence in you, but after your visit, you could become totally disappointed. Unfortunately, many of the Doctors whom I was unfortunate enough to meet, could prove nothing but their incompetence.Finally, the surgery that I expected them to do, and which they refused to do, had to be done in a much smaller and less known Hospital in Austria.Most surprisingly, even after paying a very heavy bill for that useless visit that did not benefit me in any manner, still, a week later they sent me an additional bill which also had to be paid, for the entire day that was wasted in that Hospital that could offer no treatment to my problem.If planning to visit this Hospital, first try to find out the competence of the Doctors whom you will have to meet and the general reputation of that particular Department, so as not to waste your hard earned money and your entire day.
The overall organization is very bad. I always have to wait around 1 hour to see the doctor although I have appointment. Moreover, I had once an appointment with a doctor and when I arrived they assigned me to a different doctor without informing me.Also, I called once to book an appointment for eye test, but the lady booked me with a doctor that doesn’t do eye test. I went to the appointment and I wasted 2 hours from my time for nothing. Too many different bad experience in the overall organization.
After you wait for an appointment for more than 2 months, you pay for the consultation first, then you talk to a nurse. Syptoms and all kinds of questions. After, the doctor will come, look at xrays and MRI-s. His opinion being said, he will recommend a procedure. Insurance will approve it, but guess what, nobody will call you back, no matter how much you insist, to make an appointment.Go another hospital!
This is just for the receptionist who picked my call.. she was horrible. She took 5 minutes to understand my question and another 6 to process and reply to that and I speak wonderful english trust me. By the time it was done, I was so annoyed that I didnt even book an appointment, never ever spoke to such incompetent receptionist. Do you know what she asked me? What disease do you have, I told the symptoms but she asked me to tell the diagnosis.. so when I have the diagnosis why would I need a hospital? I can very well look for medicines too wherever I would've found the diagnosis.. god help the people who talk to her
Why does the operator want to know my condition in detail? Isn't this private and confidential information? What is funny if I ask about the date? Why such a hospital hiring unprofessional staff
Incompetent call center or customer "CARE" center. Puts you on hold for an average of ten minutes and provides no answer to your query all the time. No call backs or whatsoever. Also, huge hospital with limited doctors. Their famous line? "The next available appointment is next year" WHAT A JOKE. Such an incapable facility. Don't judge it from the shiny facade, it is the definition of Pretentious and it is nothing but EMPTY.
I can only talk about the architecture- very impressive for a hospital
I arrived for free flu vaccine via walk in around 6 pm then give my Emirates ID 30 mins had passed but they are still not calling my name. I check the cubicle they dont have patients inside. They are just sitting there.
The administration is a complete nightmare. The contact centre employees will not give you complete information. Furthermore, when you arrive here, the staff will make your experience a nightmare. There are some nice people here but most will try to put allegations on you, harass you and put the blame on you for their shortcomings. They will also say that they will look into your complaints and deal with it but the reality is that the are deceiving you and do not have any sort of protocol. If you respect yourself, I advise you to go to another hospital. Abu Dhabi is a great city to live in, there are many better hospitals here.
Do not be fooled by this hospital. It does not represent the American Cleveland Clinic policies. The first being you do not turn down patients or demand money up front. They denied my three year old, but offered I paid cash in advance. As a Cleveland native, and a student of Cleveland state university, I’m so ashamed of our fine clinic name being tarnished at this hospital. Who can I contact in America to make a formal complaint?
I booked an appointment by phone with ENT specialist. I arrived the hospital, had a long procedure because they told me it is my first time in the hospital. They asked me to pay then after that when I entered the clinic and the doctor came, while talking to him I realized he’s not ENT specialist! I have to book again with ENT and pay again!I came to Cleveland because I thought it is a very good hospital. But my experience with them was really bad. When I complained they said they have to go back to hear the phone records and bla bla bla. I spent 4 hours of my day just in the hospital with no value!
If you're having withdrawal symptoms of Piccadilly Circus, the exterior to Cleveland Hospital could be the next best thing....
My son has been admited to the emergency with a high fever , although they did not reduce his fever but they released him without a my notice, i went back struggled to re register him to the emergency again after a While after i insisted they found that they have infloanza A , i think its more like a hotel than having good doctors , please dont leave your child alone with those doctors

Call Centre informs insurance is fully covered with no copayments ,which eventually wasn’t true .despite my constantly emphasizing on the same .aesthetics are good ,but professionalism very bad .15 mins in my apptt I am being called by a nurse saying the doctor has to go for an emergency for an hour .which is surprising as m quite sure that clinics and emergency should be covered by separate surgeons .the nurse asks me what y complaint was feeling as to ascertain whether my complaints are less imp and can wait -very apathetic .after that I wait for 30 mins with no details of who and Whne will I get to see a doctor .Very bad experience and possibly last one for me .
Have to say, this is a truly they put the patient first and have extremely customer excellent customer. Both the staff and doctors were very professional and treated the patient with total kindness.Booking the appointment is a bit lengthy, however, it is worth the wait. This is the hospital where I trust to take care of my health issues and that of my family members.

Extremely dissatisfying service from the doctor Was recommended for endoscopy and soctor said no problem and didnt check as i still have great discomfort. I would not recommend this place slow as well
Hospital staffs and doctors were kind and professional. Had to wait 1 month for the appointment but i was fine with that considering the amount of patients that are coming in on a daily basis. Overall had a marvelous experience. This is the hospital for you if you need a quality treatment.
Everything is good but appointments for doctors are given to late. May be the time we get the appointment date the patient is already dead.

The caretakers and doctors here are the best I've dealt with in Abu Dhabi. State of the art hospital and as professional as it get. I've never walked in without an appointment so never had to wait a walk in turn at any clinic. I do my check ups with Dr. Maria & Dr. Christine in internal med and they're both extremely sweet and helpful as well as the caretakers in the same clinic. Thiqa insurance card holders get their treatment as well as medications completely free. Would highly recommend it for anyone to try it at least once to see for theirselves. Pro tip: ditch the busy valet and use the spacious free underground parking.
Extremely unprofessional. They gave me an appointment after one month to see my CT scan results!! I was unable to come @8:40am due to their locations being inconvenient for me. I called to ask if I can still come later and they said yes. I came and they said wait till the doctor can see you and they don’t know how long the wait will be. After nurse checkup, they said the doctor can’t see me after A THREE HOUR WAIT!! Had to scream out of frustration at the front reception Area to finally get in!

Went to their emergency for a case of allergic reaction and was treated by very good nurses and doctor. However, all went downhill after going to their pharmacy dept to get my prescription. The pharmacist is very unprofessional and not friendly at all!

Went to imaging to schedule appointment as told to, required personnel out for lunch, receptionist promised I could leave and that I would receive a call within 1 hour maximum, 2 days later and I have yet to receive a call. Weekend begins today.
Great hospital and doctors. But the call centre appointments staff are incompetent. They have booked me in at unreasonable times now and I have cancelled many appointments due to the incompetence of the admin staff.I would not use this hospital again as I can’t seem to get availability for my appointment.

Its more than a hospital, and more than a castle and way more than a hotels , specially the reception and the interior design, its an amazing place in UAE , the staff are friendly and welcoming, the smiles are every where on the hospital, clean organized and quiet, they really taking good care of you from the entrance gate all the way till you leave the hospital, they offer you drinks and you can help your self any time to have tea or coffee, all of the staff are excellent , very good services and outstanding treatment and nursing, we are really proud to have the amazing Cleveland hospital in Abudhabi Thanks for every one at the hospital ,
In my opinion the Cleveland clinic and hospital is one of the best hospitals in Abu Dhabi, if not the best.Don't expect budget pricing here but then again who would want to have budget medical treatment? The doctors and staff are recruited from all over the world with a preference of highly qualified and experienced US, UK and European trained specialists. The building could be confused as a luxury hotel and is modern, bright and spacious throughout. It is divided in two main sections, the clinic and the hospital. The car park is huge and located undergoing with easy and separate access to the entrances of the clinic and the hospital.The medical equipment is state of the art and everything is done in-house.The eye clinic is very well managed and the doctors and specialist nurses are professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommended if you ever need anything medical. As a caution, Check your health insurance policy as the CCAD may not be covered by your health provider. Some providers obviously are cost conscious and don't necessarily want you to have the best medical treatment available.
