Hi All, Cedar Aster Service is excellent. Iam suffering from diabetis, I visited every two months once with Dr. Ayaz Ahmed, he is very good respond with patients and his treatment also very good. He treated the patients such like that as a family member. I like very much his attitude and one more person Manga garu at counter. She is very helpful person..when we ask any help to her, immediately she has responded. She was talk to anybody with more respect and interactive.her service is excellent.

Very bad experience, i would.like to give them minus negative stars. They dont have emergency at night, i came here with emergency and they didnt accepted, saying they are closed, Doctors all left. Dont go at night if you have emergency

We are here nearby since 2013 it is beneficial to have an Aster Hospital nearby, a few things I would like to highlight1. Location: A 24/7 Convenient hospital for those who work in and around Jebel Ali.2. Staff/Nurses: Polite, Excellent & Very comfortable.a. My fav staffs are Mr Jomi, Miss Kathrina & Miss Soliha, (especially Soliha she helped us so much @Reception).b. There are others also helped us like Mr Muneer, Miss Pinky & Mr Elmer.3. Finally i get rid of it from this horrible H-Pylori Infection. i like to thanks to @ll Nurses and Doctors who is petty good in treating me like their family member with their best experience for many complicated diseases and also for such infection. and i like to listed the name below which is very special to me who is help me a lot to get rid of this infection.1. Dr. Wajih Qamar - at the end in my last visit to Dr. Wajih Qamar for Stool test he advice me the proper procedure and also he treat me like his small brother. Thanks to Dr. Wajih once again, for your best advice for this such horrible infection and keep up doing the best for @ll patient. 2. Dr. Abdul - he is best for kind of infection who was prescribe me antibiotic in my second visit and he understand very well which medicine to be prescribe for such horrible infection. Thanks to Dr. Abdul once again, i like the way your doing your job and keep up doing the best for @ll the patient.3 Mr. Elmer as a receptionist - he is very good person and very kind any time i ask suggestion he help me a lot and he give me a proper advice. I came to Jebel Ali Cedars hospital today for the follow up for my last week visit. When I met the doctor, he advised to finish my lab test first so as to prescribe the medicine. Soon when I went to lab,the technician Mr Abdul Munin was on duty and he started taking my blood. Unknowingly I kept my mobile near to the table and he suddenly told in a rash way to remove it and keep in soemwhere. Then he started taking my blood and I have informed him my vains are not visible and it will be difficult to get. While hearing that he told.. don't teach him.. and started injecting ..two three time he repeat Ed and finally he found.. I think he is having some issues with hospital management. Elsee there will not be any chance for a staff to behave like this to a patient ! Even not at all showing any courtesy for the patient request...

THE WORST HOSPITAL THAT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Very poor customer service, very unhygienic emergency room, unattended staffs. We ended up going home after 2 hours of waiting for nothing. My emergency case didn't even check by the doctor.
GOOD staff with worst service ever, after 40 mins of waiting met doctor , he didnt even checked me , he just looked into computer wrote medicines thats it, and i have waited for 2 long hours and then they said my insurance card is not worthy here , i came out with bare hands no treatment no medicines nothibg.
Pathetic service, waiting time at the reception for registration will take not less than two hours....There is some serious process flaw...computer knowledge of staff is creating delays everywhere. Frustrating to the core, not at all recommended.

I had appointment for ENT doctor t 10:30 I was very sick, doctor came at 11:00 and once I entered he told me open your mouth and then you have to make an operation so I will transfer you to Aster hospital mankhoul because I can not do it here , doctor doesn't have any idea how to use the system because it's new system , , very boring and no Profiishinalty at all .
So unprofessional!A doctor female asked me the questions in Urdu.I don't speak Urdu.She could not speak in English. She sent me to the waiting area again and she called another patient.I complained. Don't go if you can not speak Urdu.Hilarious!!!

Arrived to my appointment to be told it was cancelled and the doctor was off sick. Very poor customer service and lack of communication.
They have 100s of nurses and other staff but no Dr. Waiting time is 3 hrs on an average even if you just consult on just a flu. 30-45 min is normal time for consultation the dr takes.
Not professional at all. Staff aren't in uniform. Reception staff are way too casual. Queuing system is strange. You're made to wait and wait and no one can tell you why or how much longer you have to wait. NOT CLEAN! Toilets hardly flush and are gross!

Truly rubbish experience- was so bad i left and went to another clinic. The lack of customer service from the receptionist (not wanting to seeming happy to be there to greet customers) staff to the nurses (no communication after i was left for 35 minutes to be told - only after i asked- that the doctor i came to see Dr. Khaled had left early) to the doctors (answering personal phone calls in the middle of a consultation while i am eplaining my issues) Just rude! Not aside fromthe factthat the hospital appreance is so crummy and old and a general feeling of uncleanliness. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
