Our practitioner is fully qualified in Sports Massage Therapy, holds a First Aid at Work certificate, a member of STA - sports therapy association and holds full practitioner insurance with BALENS insurance.

We have experience of working with a variety of clients ranging from professional athletes to office workers, Sports massage is not just for athletes but is open to everyone who suffers from muscle pain or require relaxing soft tissue therapy. 

Our Practitioner uses a wide range of massage techniques relevant to each individual’s treatment plan, with pre event treatments to invigorate the motor neurons and improve muscle performance to post event treatments, helping stimulate and relax the muscle to aid an greater recovery.  

Also being an qualified Personal Trainer with great knowledge about the Anatomy & Physiology, we can to help provide information behind the reasons for specific styles of resistance training and teach you the correct techniques to better your performance. 

We are also currently working with

 Nottingham rugby’s professional clinic, treating some of their 1st team players with injury deep tissue therapy and soft tissue massage to staff as we strongly believe that massage is a great way

of making space for healing and encouraging the body to reconnect with its own inner resources.
