Referrals are accepted from GPs by the specialist surgeons, or patients can complete a self-referral form on request. The aim of the team is to restore the confidence of patients and to help rejuvenate their sexual femininity. All procedures are performed after options are explained to patients in strict confidence so that their privacy is not violated. Procedures performed include Labioplasty, Hymenoplasty, Vaginoplasty, Vulvoplasty, the surgical correction of female urinary incontinence and pelvic floor repair surgery. Other combination surgical procedure including Lateral Clitoral Hoodectomy (not female circumcision), Fourchette Reshaping are also done. Patients with Painful Sex, Vaginismus,  Vulvodynias - Vulval and Bladder Painful conditions are also treated with a range of interventions, including Botulinum Toxins
