I love this clinic. The staff are fantastic, they know their stuff and are always helpful and deeply compassionate. The Dentists and hygienists are thorough, attentive, fast and highly skilled. By far the best I’ve seen in London.5/5 highly recommend.
I am extremely happy with the excellent services I received from Sonria Dental Clinic. When I first went, like all dentists, they had just emerged from over two months of lockdown. Everyone is highly professional and warm, starting with lovely Adriana, who looks after you the moment you book an appointment, to the impressively trained dentists who do the treatment. I was seen by Dimitrios, a knowledgeable and very respectable Greece and US-trained specialist. I always felt I was in excellent and trusting hands. The surgery is located in central London, easy to reach from anywhere in the Southeast. What's not to like?
I have just completed my 6 month smile treatment at Sonria dental clinic and I am very pleased with my results. The team are very helpful and friendly. My dentist Ines did an amazing job with transforming my smile and made sure that I was satisfied before removing my braces. Overall the experience was very smooth and professional. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I’ve tried many dentists in Harley Street but Sonria is by far the best dentist that I have ever been to. Dr Leyla and Dr Sepi are wonderful, skilled and very helpful. The heart and soul of the clinic is the very talented and beautiful Adrianna. I spent around 1 year with Sonria Dental Clinic correcting my teeth with Invisalign and can honestly say I had the best experience. From start to finish everyone at the clinic was welcoming, friendly, caring and super helpful. I always felt like I was in safe hands and that every dentist knew what was best for correcting my teeth. I can happily say that I am extremely thrilled with the end result of my teeth and cannot recommend Sonria Dental Clinic enough! I am now only ever going to be using Sonria as my dentist for any future check-ups or treatments 🙂
I had my Invisalign treatment with Sephi and couldn’t be more pleased. The care and advice through out the process was exceptional. The admin team as well were great, especially Adriana who was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. Happy to have found my go to dental clinic. Highly recommend!

Really friendly and attentive staff which listen and understand your requirements. They really look out for the best interest of the patient. Not worth booking here. My appointment was cancelled with 3 days notice and I am getting married in 2 weeks. Told as it’s a groupon they won’t rebook for a number of weeks. And that I can rebook but will be substantially more expensive for a timely appointment. They treat groupon customers as second class - not great.
Best to invest your money somewhere else!I had an appalling experience, booked a cleaning paid in advance, called them in advance to let them know i was 10 to 15 min late, due to traffic conditions and the raining, receptionist confirmed to be fine, then received a call 2 min away, to ask me where i was so I said 2 min away said fine too, and when I arrived she cancelled my appointment on my face, when previously said it was fine, drove for 50 min, paid traffic congestion and parking in central London. once arrive receptionist would not open the door to let me in the building when it was pouring rain, I had to wait till another person open the main door, and she did not even let me in and turn me away straight away!Never had such a bad experience...

I've just finished invisalign with Dr Sepi who is fantastic. I'm really happy with the results - it took a couple of months longer than expected, but now they're really perfect. Adriana and the team are brilliant, I'd fully recommend this dentist if you want a professional and friendly service in the heart of London.

She's absolutely brilliant and has taken such good care of me throughout the process of my dental procedure. I went for a dental check up with scale and air flow polish; Adriana knew her stuff and gave me a tailored recommendation for taking care of my teeth.I have always had fear of going to the dentist but Adriana makes me want to go!

A great experience provided by Adriana! We were a bit skeptical about the efficiency of the teeth whitening procedure. My gum was really inflamed, she was soo careful and thorough. Amazing results! I’m a smoker as well, and my teeth became a lot whiter than before, I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be back for a hygienist appointment! I found Sonria Dental when I was trying to find a good deal on 6 month smile braces. I saw them first when I was on Groupon and got in touch to discuss the deal, to my surprise they were able to offer me an even better deal which was amazing. From my initial consultation to the removal of my braces I had a great experience with the team at Sonria, they are all so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Dr Ines, who looked after me through the whole process, I am in love with my new teeth - she did an amazing job!
Very friendly staff. They listen to you and they take the time explain everything to you and you get to have proper input into what happens. Just had a hygienist treatment with their new machine. Very good. It uses warm water so sensitive teeth aren't aggravated by the treatment. Top marks!
Was seen by Sepideh for an air polish, consultation and hygiene session through Groupon. They were ready to book me in just a few days later and when I turned up there were no delays and it was a super smooth process. Also the room is very well lit with a massive skylight and some paintings across the ceiling, did not feel like a dentists office at allWould definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hygienist, will be back for any future treatement

I have just finished my treatment of Six Month Smiles with the amazing Dr Ines Fruhbeck. I couldn't be any happier with the results especially as at the beginning of the last few appointments she asked me if there was anything that i noticed or would like to change before the braces came off which allowed me to tailor my teeth to the way i wanted them. Every step was explained to me before and as it was happening. Also, my teeth a very sensitive to some of the tools used by dentists so Dr Ines was very understanding and used another method which was much more comfortable for me even though it was harder for her and slowed her down a bit. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The team were all helpful and always smiling. Even managed to brush up on a little Spanish whilst i was there.Would recommend to others and already have. Now all i have to do is go out and enjoy my new smile.Great job Team Sonria!
I am a very nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past. Dr. Etemad-Shahidi, is excellent with nervous patients, keeping me calm during my bi-annual hygiene and cleaning. She is very patient and experienced, and I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I went to have my teeth cleaned by the Dentist/Hygienist today. I do not usually write reviews but it was an exceptional experience. The lady was professional and lovely & had a genuine and personal manner. She clearly knows her stuff and offered lots of oral hygiene advice without being critical. I would definitely say this was the most thorough and excellent teeth cleanings/polishes I have ever done. Highly recommend.
When entering the clinic I was met by a warm welcoming receptionist they sat me down ina waiting area which is very warm with good reading matter and a water fountain. The dentist was very nice and did a fantastic job. My teeth have never felt so clean.Top marks from me will see them in 6 months

Bought the Groupon offer for Hygiene and Air Polishing. Great value for money! Both the dentist and her assistant were very professional and friendly which made the usual daunting dentist experience a lot less stressful. Nice location and spacious bright room with natural light too, not a tiny claustrophobic basement room like I have seen so many times in the Harley Street area. I do recommend Sonria without hesitation.
I can not express enough the amazing customer service I received on my visit.... They made me feel sooooooooooo comfortable and relaxed I have had horrendous experiences in the past but like this experience I have had no other... From the installations being squeaky clean to the receptionist being so kind and mindful of my worries, to demitri who took my tooth out it was truly and unforgettable experience for all the right reasons I'm forever grateful to have had the pleasure of being a patient at sonria if you ever need to a dentist look no further sonria is the place to be.... I’ve been going to Sonria Dental for several years. Sonria team is always very professional, friendly and caring. The space is immaculately clean and you’re always welcomed with a genuine smile. Both Leyla and Adriana create a personal connection with their patients and show great concern and care. I’ve always been very impressed with Leyla’s ability to address some of my more puzzling and difficult teeth problems. My oral health has never been better since I’ve started to go to Sonria. Despite living in a different city now, I still make the extra effort to come to London for my dental health.
I had a very good experience with everyone at this clinic. The service is excellent, very kind, compassionate and empathetic. The ladies know how to treat a patient. I've been going to Sonria for a few years now and I always see Dr Sepi for all my dental treatments. I find Dr Sepi very professional and trustworthy, she always does a good job. Initially I was coming to get my teeth cleaned and then decided to do whitening from which I got a great result. I had to have my first filling done recently and I was quite nervous about it. Dr Sepi made feel comfortable taking the time to explain what she was going to do. The clinic itself is very nice and clean, everyone who works there is very friendly – I highly recommend it.
I won't recommend. The reception spoke with bad manner and it was terrible experience. I have book the service twice but did not have a treatment. The first time was because the receptionist informed me a wrong date. There’s no dentist in house on that day. The second time she changed ahead my appointment half an hour ealier and didn’t tell me (no email and no phone call which I asked so). When I arrived on time she was impolite and said I missed it.
If I could put 6 stars, I would put 6 for Sonria. Because in the clinic we are always looking for a doctor with a capital letter. In this clinic he is - this is Giovanny Restrepo. A doctor who brilliantly dealt with my problems.
The team at Sonria are the best you could wish for. Being mostly Latin Americans they are all well trained and highly knowledgable about all aspects of not just dental care, but overall health and wellbeing.Also they have an empathy for their patients that is typical in that part of the world, where the patient is always treated as a person. You could not wish for better.

I had the Groupon hygiene session and air polish with Dr. Sepideh Etemad-Shahidi this morning, 14/05/2019. Dr. Sepi was super friendly and attentive. She gave me a thorough clean and excellent advice for ongoing care and further treatment specific to my needs. I will definitely consider returning to Sonria for more work.

Fantastic!! Had a combined hygienist and air polish treatment here a week ago and it was a great experience from start to finish. The practice manager, Adriana, was super friendly and helpful.. a really lovely lady and a pleasure to deal with. The treatment was done by Dimitri who was also great, he was a really nice dentist that made you very relaxed whilst having the treatment. The treatment itself was really thorough and my teeth & gums felt great afterwards and the teeth were a lot whiter.Start to finish a great experience with really nice staff and top-notch results therefore would thoroughly recommend to anyone else!

Team was very welcoming and although I was very late I was accommodated. Before the procedure began it was explained to me. After the procedure the difference in my teeth was very obvious. Overall my experience was good and I am looking forward to my clean in 6 months.

I would highly recommend this place! I opted for the 6 month smile due to a event I had to attend and the short time frame I was working with. My orthodontist Ines knew of this and wasted no time in getting me into braces. The dentist surgery has the highest level of professionalism and the actually building itself is beautiful. May I add everytime I needed help or advice I had my solution after a phone call to either Adriana or Vanessa, who both provided excellent services! Everyone was so helpful, the were a few ocassions that I was late and they tried to accommodate me. Ines is a genius and may I add a lovely lady that gets on with the job at hand without any faffing. She wad very informative through out the whole experience, making me feel at ease. The treatment was done by Dimitri who was very thorough at his job, whilst also making you feel super relaxed during the treatment. My teeth and gums feel a lot cleaner. Absolutely wonderful! A brilliant, (almost) totally pain free hygentist appointment. Very charming staff, clean modern clinic and my teeth look sparkly and clean. I came here after getting fed up of the increase in price and decrease in quality offered by my local dentist, of almost a decade and I will most definitely be coming back and would highly recommend. I was also running late which they were very accommodating about and the session in no way felt rushed.

Having a failed wisdom tooth extraction from a local dentist I was left in horrendous pain. Dr Leyla was recommended to me by a family member and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In less than 10 minutes she was able to remove my problematic wisdom tooth, with no pain at all. The staff are fabulous and professional. Couldn’t reccomend this practice enough!

Not sure how this place has such a high rating, seems suspicious because from my experience it's 2 maybe 3 starts at best. The staff is amazing and polite however the results of their work rather poor. I had teeth whitening done with them and have to say that I am disappointed with the result, I can barely see any difference and the colour got whiter maybe by 0.5 shade and only at the two front teeth . I can have the same result with Blanx which costs £5.
I came here as I needed a wisdom tooth removed. I had a really good experience and was very impressed by the service and treatment. The nurses were attentive and friendly, the dentist was very professional and experienced at both injecting the local anaesthesia and extracting the tooth out with minimal pain and stress for me. They followed up with me during the week after and overall really happy with the experience. Top dental practice in London!

I had to have a root canal treatment and had two crown fitted this year. Dr Leyla Packham was just wonderful. I visited this dentist today in London to see Dimitri, I travelled from Chichester to see him. I worked with him for 3 years and he is the most amazing, clever guy. He puts you at ease and has a lovely manner. The rest of the Dentists are lovely there too. 8Adriana has been so lovely from my first point of contact on the phone to meeting me in the reception.My son and partner will be attending this dentist even though it is a 3 hour drive its totally worth it. Thank you everyone for a pain free treatment and lovely relaxing atmosphere.
After deciding to go ahead with the six-month smile I was booked in for the fitting within the month. 5 months on I completed the six-month smile on my upper arch (which required 4 subsequent tightenings after my first fitting). Ines did the procedure and she was amazing. Treated me like a friend at appointments and kept me informed about what was happening. Also showed me before and after pictures of my teeth and my front 6 teeth are finally aligned!Tip: Be sure whether you want to fix one arch or two before paying for treatment. I decided on the top arch only but once the brace was on it was hardly noticeable. Hence I thought I could go ahead and do the bottom arch also - However, it meant I lost out on the price it would have been if I had decided to pay for both arches in one payment from the beginning (I wasn't allowed to pay the difference so I decided not to go ahead as the cost would have doubled).

I had the pleasure of seeing Layla at Sonria who gave me a check up from the neck up, an oral hygiene, polish and in surgery whitening! The process or should I say “Man Pamper” lasted around 2 hours and I have to say that the patients view in the practice, along with the background music was AMAZING!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Had a hygiene treatment after a defective treatment at a previous clinic. Absolutely amazing. The doctor was very knowledgeable and spoke to me in great detail about potential problems I could have and how to avoid them.

I’ve had a dermal fillers done at this clinic and it was not done correctly. The filler was not put proportionally and on one side on my face it looks like a have a bump. I was told that it’s gonna be bruising and swelling and I should wait some time for the filler to settle down. I was waiting and hopping that it will go down but it did not go down. Eventually I contacted the clinic to see what they can do to fix it and I was told I have to pay money again for their mistake to be fixed. This clinic does not take their job seriously and responsibly. I would not recomend it and I will advice people to stay away from this clinic. You can’t trust them!! That’s the main thing, they will ruin your face and not care what’s so ever, all they care is taking your money. They are lacking knowledge and experience I would think and quite rude also and not willing to attend even to their mistake. I’ve been left now with a big bump on my face because of them and can’t forgive my self for attending their clinic for dermal fillers. How awful.

Being my first ever time in a dentist since childhood I was very nervous about the whole procedure. I had concerns that I may hear that I'd be losing some teeth today but thankfully that was not the case. The staff at Sonria are very friendly and kept me at ease throughout the procedure (hygienist) we quick and relatively painless. I'll definitely be coming back every six months as a leave this dentist with a new confidence and renewed appreciation for my teeth.

I just wanted to write a review, I cant find how to put on the website...Sonria was my best dental experience ever! My dentist was Leyla and she was so kind - the hi-tech cameras allow you to see everything going on, it was really great to understand what is being done rather then being scared. It was the first ever experience I have had where nobody tried to sell me anything. I came out feeling great and really reassured. All the staff were really great, Adriana especially helpful explaining everything to me. I have just booked an air polish and whitening, and actually looking forward to going to the dentist! I went today for the First time to make a check and to clean my teeth. It was such a nice experience. All the staff really nice. At the door there was Adriana who offer us some drinks to wait the dentist. All really professional. I left very happy and looking forward to come back.

Went a few weeks ago to get my teeth whitened for the first time. The staff was so warm, friendly and welcoming. They even went a step further to examine my teeth and recommend a hygiene clean since I’ve done that my teeth and my dental hygiene have been so healthy no dentist has managed to do this I’m so happy. I can’t recommend Sonria enough they’ve saved my smile!!! Love this dental practice!!!!

Generally, I have always feared the dentist but being introduced to Sonria has changed my life!!! Best dentist I´ve had. I used to hate going to the dentist because of the pain I've had with a few bad dentists, which always made me postpone my treatments. I went for the 6 month smile treatment with Sonria originally, however due to my dental requirements it basically ended up as full on orthodontics! I was not charged any extra for the amount of treatment I received and Maria and the rest of the staff have been absolutely fantastic along the way. Maria in particular returned to work very shortly after giving birth in order the maintain continuity in my treatment - she is very dedicated to her work and patients!

Really great service and care shown by all the staff! Went there with a groupon voucher and I thought they will only do a superficial job, but they were very professional! Valeria- at Reception- had the time and patience to go over different options with me and the dentist: Mariana was very welcoming and it looked like she cared about what I wanted to do.The venue is absolutely fabulous and you can relax, it does not look like the usual dentist saloons where you get that sensation of 'something happening'. I had no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others at work too. Will definitely come back!
I strongly recommend Sonria Dental Clinic. I was seen by Dr Leyla Gomez and she is an excellent professional. Her job was impeccable and she make sure I was completely happy and comfortable with every single procedure she was doing. Her staff is very friendly and also professional. After 15 years of living in the UK this is the first time I feel completely happy in seeing a dentist. Furthermore the room where she works is beautifully decorated, it makes you feel so relax that you will be done without noticing the time!!
