This "Clinic" charged me 1million vnd to remove 2 small acne! After talking with a vietnamese friend who is a beautician she told me that I was overcharged and scammed for this operation! Dishonest and very unprofessional staff too. They quote me a different price the day earlier. Plus the staff laugh about me as were going to the bathroom. Quite rude and unprofessional. Tired of these businesses who scammed and overcharged foreigners! Such a pity mediocre mindset!Do not go there as a foreigner but as a local too. These businesses needs to be shut down for real.
Sian Clinic is one of a few offering laser hair removal. And I tried some others but Sian clinic gets a 5/5 across the board. Although you pay slightly more the professionalism and standard far excels above the others, making it truly worth it. It is very clean. English speaking staff for easy communication. Accept foreign card payments. Discount available with packages. They were very welcoming when I arrived. Allowed me time to look through the services available. Once I picked they talked through the process. The lady who performed the laser was highly professional. Some people maybe a little nervous for a fully Hollywood laser but they made no fuss and made me feel very comfortable. I was super excited to try their other treatments but unfortunately the border closed. Locking me out. If you are considering a treatment. Check them out!! You wonāt regret it!

I had thermage (lazer treatment) for my face here a little over a week ago and can already see good results in skin tone, quality coloration and tightening of the skin, and anticipate this to continue to improve for several more months per the treatment plan. SIAN take care my skin almost 2 years, i do facial treatment every 2 weeks to refresh and nourishing. They have hydro impact treatment which use the pressure of water to deep clean then the collagen will be add on to give the moisturizer to the skin. My skin with make still really shinning anh fresh, highly recommend this skin care clinic in Ho Chi Minh city. ā¤ļø

I just did the treatment for big pores and uneven skin. The doctor advised me to do two methods of combining laser and stem cells. At first I felt a bit scared but after 2 treatments, my skin improved a lot. The doctor and counselor advised me very well and instructed how to take care of my skin afterwards. Really satisfied šš
I have been going to this clinic for laser hair removal, today It was my 5th time and I couldn't be any happier. They always take time to explain everything, before make appointment they make sure my medical history is the same and during my appointments I couldn't be more comfortable. And their result was awesome, 80% of my hair is gone on my legs. I recommend this for anyone looking for a safe, professional and great place to get hair removal.
It was a good experience for me. I had reservations in the beginning as I donāt always feel inclined to do things on my face but staffs and doctor gave me assurance. They didnāt make false promises or unrealistic expectations and always inform me of what to expect and how to maintain after. Will definitely return in the future for my skincare needs.
People are right that the mole removal is totally a mistake. I have removed it 2 month ago and on my face thereās still a huge scar. I kept hoping that it would go in a while if I use scar cream but it doesnāt. So disappointed

Staff are very attentive. I went for Botox & saw the doctor. I was asked if I wanted the frozen look..... yes please immediately. I had my consultation & to get the frozen look, was administered the amount of Botox, the QUALIFIED doctor said I needed. In all the ten plus years of having Botox have I ever injured so much pain while being injected. I actually had to have a break. 2 weeks later, while I do see an improvement itās hardly the āfrozen lookā.
Got a full face fractional laser treatment for 260 USD. The same treatment in the US would cost over 1000 dollars. Staff was super professional and spoke English perfectly. You could probably find laser treatments in Vietnam for a lot cheaper...but for me it was worth going to a higher end place for peace of mind.
I have been using Sian's service since 2017, my face is quite sensitive and acne-prone so I am advised to treat acne and get acne every week to clean the skin. So far I still believe in skin care at Sian and try extra hair removal as well as treat red acne on the skin. I noticed obvious improvement and recommend to friends.
The doctor carefully advises, good skills, the service of the clinic is very attentive, friendly and friendly staff. The results after performing the stretching procedure were very good, the facial muscles were significantly improved, looking at the slim face very much, stretched skin, reducing wrinkles and firmer.
I had a great experience. everyone was very professional and friendly. I've been receiving laser tattoo treatments for quite some time in China and USA. This one of the best experienced I had. Also, I results from the machine they used. It's still early so I won't know 100% until it heals. Looking forward to coming here again.

I had acne and inflammation very seriously before my treatment. After about 3 months of laser treatment, I saw a marked improvement, the inflammatory acne reduced. I am very grateful to the Sian Clinic doctors and staff

This is the best doctor you could find for Botox, fillers etc. The first time I came here I knew I would never go any where else. She works magic like no other and she is so gentleVery nice and friendly staff too

I found Sian Skin via the internet and decided to make an appointment based on the positive feedback it had received. My initial booking enquiry was answered extremely quickly and an appointment was made available the next day. I was very happy with the response time.On arriving at Sian, I was greeted by friendly and professional reception staff. My appointment with the doctor was extremely helpful and I came away with a treatment plan for my skin that I am happy with. Now that I have started my treatments I am pleased with the experience and the results so far. I started with an anti-acne facial as my skin was not in good enough condition for the microdermabrasion I wanted. The after care is good as well as Sian have been in touch to check that everything is okay. Iām happy with the price also. The treatments are much less than I would pay in the UK and have found this clinic much superior to ones I have used in the UK too. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Sian.

I came here 2 weeks ago with my acne problems. I asked the stuff whether they have a right solution for me. They were very friendly, kind and eager to help with my acne problem. I tried many things before but none were so effective as here in Sian Clinic. My first medical step was chemical peeling and after just 4-5 days the acne on my face has really improved. During these 2 weeks Sian Clinic is always keeping in touch with me and asking me how is my skin etc. After 2 weeks I have done a facial cleansing and my acne is getting better and better day after day.
Before coming to SIAN, my skin was weak and had acne. After 3 weeks of treatment with IPL treatment of acne, skin care combined with medication, the skin condition has improved markedly. I am still in the process of treatment and highly recommend people to use the service at SIAN.The plus point is the beautiful space, professional, enthusiastic staff.

My skin has acne (acne, acne, ..), intensive acne and pitted scars perennial. I came to Sian Clinic and been consulted using fractional laser technology to treat the package 3-4 times to improve the skin of scars, acne and reduce oil on the face :)I used acne skin care package and laser scar treatment service once in Sian.+ Equipment, facilities, modern machinery, clean. Everything is very new.+ Doctor / staff: friendly and skillful "smooth", talking and joking happily with customers, advising enough and slowly, do not invite customers to buy this and so I feel comfortable.+ Effectiveness: I make acne 4 times, but not even go but the number of acne on the face also decreases, only a tiny bit under the chin. Both sides of the forehead also completely gone :))) Seeing the service is quite reassuring, so I also fired Co2 laser where lun.+ Price: quite high compared to general premises. But in terms of value brought about efficiency, prestige, its care brought me quite satisfied so such a price is fine for me.Thank you Sian Clinic!

I always have a great service when I come here. The staff is very professional and speaks good English. It's a bit on the high end compared to other local skincare clinics but it's definitely worth the cost. If you need cortisone injections, this is the place to get it.
My wife convinced me to have a facial whilst we were travelling. I don't usually have this type of treatment but after experiencing the great service at Sian Clinic I will certainly return for more. Friendly, caring and gentle staff made the whole experience a pleasure - my face is smooth and glowing!

I had my laser session at Sian just last week. It was a smooth service since the moment i walked in. Both of the receptionist and the technician (who did the treatment) for me were very attentive to the details and really, no pain at all for the whole process. The manager there, ms. Dung, was very kind and cheerful lady, who would go beyond the sky to ensure your experience while you at the clinic. Make sure to ask for her if you need anything during your visit at Sian
I'm so sad that I'm just discovering them after 2 months in HCMC. I had an O2 Jet Peel today and I loved it. I wasn't exactly sure what I was getting but for the price, I decided, what the heck? My skin has been going crazy lately so decided it was time to do something. The jet peel was so relaxing, I might have dozed off for a minute or two. The best part was my skin has the fresh glowy look that I get with a glycolic peel, without the ugly peeling part of it and my pores are definitely smaller. I already booked an appointment for next week, the day before I fly out.

I had really terrible cystic acne so decided to try to use acne treatments at SIAN Clinic with Q-Switched. Every time I used it, the redness was significantly lowered , and my skin was much much brighter. the shine went away and it helped heal my pimples much quicker than any acne treatment i might have tried before. I have less white and black heads now as well as less cysts. I've tried 10 different skincare lines over a number of years and this is by far the best treatment! Highly recommend this place for your skin treatment.

Warning! Dr.Si (the old doctor of Sian) lied to me and many other patients that SIAN was closed and converted to his new clinic in District 3. But SIAN is still being in District 1.I am so angry with such kind of people who just get benefits in bad way.I hope no more patients being cheated by him!PS: I am so happy with new doctors and profesional services here. Went to SIAN clinic for mole removal. I didn't know what to expect but, the treatment was done very professional, no pain and 30 minutes later I was back to my city trip.
Very professional yet friendly service. I had laser hair removal and it was extremely thorough. Very happy with the result.
I am a former patient of SIAN but the main doctor has since left to open his own clinic, and the new doctors are not qualified in the least. I had a consult for lip injections and I ended up not getting them at SIAN because I didn't trust the doctor. Furthermore, I had already bought a package of three laser treatments which I wanted to finish but they were completely ineffective. I was actually nervous because it seemed like the doctor didn't know how to even use the laser. I have since switched clinics because I absolutely did not feel comfortable at SIAN after their primary doctor left. I don't recommend this clinic at all anymore.

I recommend SIAN. I have been very happy with the treatment done for me. The service is friendly and they genuinely want you to get results. I didn't have a good experience in the past with many clinics mainly because I didn't get the right treatments. However, my face isn't still where I want it to be and I'll be in for more laser treatment. Overall, I am happy with the fees and service.
