I had a SSHL on my left ear on 2nd July20. Sought medical help at Dr Gan's clinic on 6 July20. He did a nose scope, examined my middle ear and ordered a MRI and audiometry test. Dr Gan is very professional while conducting the diagnosis of the problem. I am very grateful to Dr Gan for making the right diagnosis and prescribing the correct medication. If you need an ENT for a toddler or an adult this doctor is amazing! My 4 year old had recurring ear infections for months on end and the previous ENT kept prescribing the same antibiotics over and over and had no patience for children. Dr. Loy made my son feel at ease, calmly explained everything he would be doing and let him play with a toy car from his desk. This may not seem like a big deal, but the difference in bedside manner between our two doctors was huge. Not only is he kind, but he was very thorough. Found the problem and gave us a great non invasive prevention for further infection. We haven't had an infection since. When I came down with an ear infection, I also booked an appointment with him. Again, he was thorough in his exam, explains everything clearly, and his appointments seem to always run on time. I would recommend him over and over.

Yes I totally agreed with the other review. Dr. Andrew Loy is honest n a good doctor. He saved my 10 years old son from hving a unnecessary surgery. A doc in raffles urged to hv a surgery n i seeked a second opinion. He explained why the surgery was not necessary. It was two years ago. And now my son is just fine as Dr. Loy explained. He is a gd doc.

My ear is itchy for more than 6 years and was seeing different dr before. Recently got tinnitus as well. My general dr referred him to me. The service is very good, Dr Soh and the nurses are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After my first visit, my situation getting much better! Strongly recommend!

When it comes to the treatment it is a five star. I was been suffering from an infection with preauricular sinus pit for years. Had three unsuccessful operation ahead that leads my ear swelling once a month after the third operation had done. Thank you Dr. Soh, it is been four months post operation and the swelling and pain that I bare for years is gone and hopefully it is really gone. With about the payments we just got half of what we paid with the whole operation from my insurance as it is more higher than being operated here in an University Clinic. But as long as the whole pain and swelling would not come back I guess it is far fair. In regards with the medical assistants of Dr. Soh they are helpful and informative. Everyone is entitled to do a comment but sometimes people misunderstood the way other people communicate.

My first time there, after seeing the reviews.But I did not feel cared for, as Dr. Soh seemed to be in a rush, and I realized he left after my appointment.Also, within 10min of the appointment, proposed medication. I was not comfortable, without proper consultation, and I didn't feel unwell for the need of medication. When I declined, the engagement dropped.Lastly, I called for ear wax removal. Which was $150 per ear. After the appointment it was $150 consultation + $320 copy of the ear canal video recording (didn't even ask for it) + and the expected $150 x2 ear wax removal - they could have been explicit on the true total cost, upfront, and not at the end.Therefore, I don't recommend this clinic, based on: patient care/service and lack of transparencyNevertheless, they got the job done.

The service was extremely professional. The audiologist Liang Chong Kho new his subject and the hearing aids very well. I spent over 2 hours for the initial examinations and explanations and around 45 minutes for the explanation and fittings as well as controlling the aids with my iphone when the hearing aids arrived. These are very expensive so it is important you really understand what you are getting and how to look after the hearing aids.

Dr Pang is an excellent ENT surgeon. He has done surgeries for two family members of mine and we are very thankful to have him with us throughout both journeys. Dr Pang has an excellent bedside manner and is so, so good with children. He accurately and very swiftly diagnosed the issue with my child and prescribed the right treatment options, which saw such a dramatic improvement in my child that it was almost unbelievable. We also truly appreciate Dr Pang for being very, very patient and friendly. His humour always saw us leaving his clinic in laughter... An impeccable gentleman indeed. When surgery became an option, he was able to explain very clearly the surgical procedures despite my many incessant questions. He was refreshingly honest and sincere with his advice. Throughout the journey with him, I felt that he treated my child like his own. The sincere and fatherly advice and treatment options were very much treasured.
