Our team consists of very experienced Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, Advanced level Personal Trainers and Complimentary Therapists As a team we work hard to update regularly our professional knowledge and improve our skills. We constantly work across disciplines ensuring that we are fully aware of one another’s skills and knowledge. Our unique approach includes tailoring your treatment to the individual with all therapies charged at the same rate according to the time you spend with us.

We are able to uniquely offer a joint Back Care assessment with our Osteopath and Advanced Level Trainer to assess how we may as a team assist you.

Our complimentary therapist can tailor one individual session to your requirements using a variety of therapies and techniques such as Deep Tissue massage, Reflexology and Indian Head massage, combining to make them the perfect package for you.
