Already operated 24 years ago, a first time by Dr. Bouhanna, I reiterated 3 more times the experience to have a very satisfactory result on the front.Having moved, about ten years ago, I wanted to remake an operation near my home, in Toulouse, for a tonsure more and more apparent, it was a disaster, strong pain, no results and a scar monstrous.To repair, I therefore went again to Dr. Bouhanna, who repaired my scar, and suddenly transplanted me back grafts on my tonsure. I just did it, I do not have the final result (in a year ...?) but faithful to my first experiences, I felt no pain, the doctor and these assistants took the time to do this double operation. And I am extremely confident about the result.
This doctor operated on me at the end of 2010 because I lacked a few eyebrows on both sides on the inside edge. It made me pay a lot for some hair taken behind the head and a very disappointing result and that, without ever caring the least. If the hair was pretty much reimplanted by him on the right side (here in the good sense of hair growth and the good inclination of the eyebrow), he left a young woman (whom I took for an assistant) to do the left and there: not only, she did not put enough (we realize that later when the implanted hair fall) but what is more, it has oriented the direction of hair growth from top to bottom! !! God knows if on each side there was not much to implant and for the price I paid to this specialist yet reputed (too?), It's shameful. He could have done both sides himself. The worst thing is that there is no follow-up and once the check is cashed (we pay in advance obviously), that's how we are treated by these people!
I am VERY disappointed with Dr. Bouhanna for several reasons! I would have given him a ZERO if I had the option!1) First of all, I had two PRP injections for my hair loss in his clinic, with his colleague, without any noticeable change in the density of my hair, even after eight months. Each injection costs me € 500 and still no improvement. 2) The doctor also has hours to visit the Sabouraud Center at the Saint-Louis Hospital. When I met him and told him that his PRP sessions were not working, he did not even regret! In addition, when I asked him to offer me a topical finasteride (which, I'm sure, can be bought at the pharmacy in less than 25 €), he suggested two things: a) call his clinic and organize topical solutions of finasteride every three months at a cost of € 100 per session, or better, schedule a weekly low-level laser therapy session (LLLT) at a cost of € 70 per session. Oh, and if you do a search on LLLT yourself, you will find that there is not enough evidence that it works. Yes, it is theoretically supposed to work, but it is not always the case. When I told him further that I wanted to diagnose the cause of the disease (I was doing important research myself), I asked him to prescribe exams, for example. tricoscopy, he did not even say anything. Really disappointed with the result. The implantation of the front line is absolutely not natural.
