Hello everybody! I would give this hospital minus stars if that were possible. At least as far as the children's ward is concerned. My sister went to Buch with my two year old niece last week. The little one had a high fever for several days. My sister had hoped that my niece could be helped. No way. In the recording, the nurse played it all down. In a telephone conversation with the doctor responsible, she repeatedly said "concerned parents". Concerned parents probably mean over-anxious internally. In any case, my little niece was sent away again, I have to say that she was only sent away indirectly. The nurse had said that she would have to wait hours for an examination. Fortunately, my sister and her husband decided not to give up. They both knew something was wrong with the little one. The Virchow Clinic in Wedding has accepted them. There she was diagnosed with Kawasaki Syndrome. 2 days later it would have been too late. I don't want to make the Buch clinic bad with this. Certainly it was a misunderstanding and I also see that some parents are overly careful. Unfortunately, in this case it was negligent. so far I have preferred to be in books than anywhere else when it comes to my family. However, this experience runs deep. Like a sting that is difficult to remove. I know you are a good hospital. but in this case you were fatally wrong. We were there on July 21, due to severe pain in the knee, so it was visibly swollen and I could hardly walk without walking aids.There were around 15 other people in the recording with me, who were also hardly taken care of.Some women didn't know how to get home and asked the staff who didn't care because the lady had no care level.When a nurse finally came to me, she said to all the other patients that there was nothing and I just imagined it. Then I showed her my legs, where you could clearly see that something was wrong. My leg was swollen and blue and my foot was bruised.She said she had too much to do today. She asked several times where it hurts and I showed her what she just said 'I don't see anything there.'Kurt then spoke to another employee about the fact that my leg is said to be swollen but that she doesn't see anything. After that, the sister never came to me.When I asked the receptionist why I was being put on hold and told him that I was in pain, he apprehended me and said that there were some worse cases and I didn't know how many RTWs were arriving.I have complete understanding for that, but not for being treated so reluctantly.The staff is so unmotivated, only pulls a long face and is hardly willing to take care of the patients.The nurse ridiculed me in front of the other patients and then talked to another colleague about my pain. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend Helios.
As a former patient I am amazed at the comments about the Helios in Berlin-Buch !!!Apart from Frau Vierkorn and Grundmann and the sisters in house 210, I am not at all satisfied with the Helios.For example, when I log in to calls it takes forever, of course I'm not the only caller I know that myself.I read the canteen is good and the offer is extensive.I can only laugh about it, the food is bad and the staff are sometimes cheeky and outrageous.The icing on the cake is if I want to call the complaint body, someone calls the phone only after making several calls.Incidentally, the claim that everything is clean and in order also in the toilets about it I can only laugh. As an addendum I add the outrageous behavior of the staff in the registration. Stupid is still a polite description. Of course, in the corona crisis there are a number of things to keep in mind. I can only urgently advise the clinic management to think about certain staff, I mean the red department the registration to name only 2 groups. I'm super satisfied, clearly waiting in the rescue center cannot be avoided. But the nurses and the doctor were very nice and competent. I went there with a severe earache and received gentle treatment.

Ich war mit einem Synovialsarkom (bösartiger Weichteilkrebs) im Tumorzentrum bei Dr. Tunn, um mir eine Zweitmeinung einzuholen, was bis heute eine sehr richtige Entscheidung war. Ein sehr erfahrener, kompetenter Mediziner und absoluter Spezialist auf seinem Gebiet. Mit Feingefühl und der dazugehörigen Sensibilität hat er mir den Therapieplan erklärt. Ich musste dann 6 Wochen lang 5× die Woche zur Kombitherapie, Bestrahlung und Hyperthermie. Vor zwei Wochen wurde der Tumor komplett rausoperiert. Jetzt bin ich in der Genesung und gelte als geheilt. 10 Jahre bin ich dann noch in der Nachsorge. Den richtigen Arzt zu finden, ist sehr sehr wichtig. Ich bin sehr dankbar und glücklich Dr. Tunn getroffen zu haben, der nicht nur fachlich, sondern auch menschlich sehr überzeugend ist. Ihr seid im Tumorzentrum sehr gut aufgehoben. In einer anderen Klinik wollten die sofort mit Chemo loslegen und haben mir die Therapie von Dr. Tunn nicht einmal vorgeschlagen. Bei seltenen, speziellen Krebstumoren sind Spezialisten gefragt und die habt ihr im Tumorzentrum Buch! DANKE nochmal vielmals an Dr. Tunn und sein gesamtes Team sowie das ganze Pflegepersonal!
No getting through by phone. I've been trying to get through to radiology since 8:00 a.m. this morning. Now it is 10.30 a.m. still no connection. For me this is not a service.
We gave birth here on July 14th, 20 by caesarean section and are so very satisfied .. from admission to discharge everything was just great! The op team, midwives, employees of the women who gave birth in ward 3, a huge compliment and many thanks! Simply recommend this hospital!
Terrible, despite the appointment of over an hour waiting time with the infant, who did not find it great at all, furthermore wrong diagnoses are made by the pediatrician and surgeon. Allegedly it was supposed to be a cyst which had to be operated on, after a short research it turned out that it was a hematoma.
Website Dermatology Dr. Kerstin Lommel should be updated urgently. On August 10, 2020, I drove from Bernau to Buch for the Blick diagnosis consultation hour (Mondays from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. without an appointment) to clarify the skin change on my palm. After 1 hour of waiting, I was informed that this consultation hour had not existed for a long time. They are all doctors in private practice here; Yes and? There is another way of patient friendliness and service. I will no longer use this clinic.

So the medical staff and the waiting times display is a joke if you have a problem please go to another rescue center. The doctor thought she was better and wanted to teach me, instead of remaining professional she would be personally assaulting. I would have liked to not have given a star, unfortunately this is not possible.

The communication between doctors / nurses and patients is a complete disaster. If the doctor promises to come again later, he will not come.Hygiene also poor. The cleaning is only very superficial.The way in which terminally ill people are dealt with in oncology is terrible.The social service is great and really competent. Rescue center catastrophically long waiting times of up to 7h and then still could not get to the edge, then I walked in pain. The same applies to orthopedics since when is there no longer a free choice of doctor? According to the sister of the registration I am not allowed to change the doctor if I am dissatisfied with it. Where do we live?
First of all a big compliment to the rescue center 👍. On June 23, 20, I went to the rescue center with pain in my lower abdomen. Since I haven't had a proper bowel movement for 1 week. Then they turned me upside down. And found that my left ovary was twisted and the cyst was bled. I was immediately pushed to the gyn station. And an emergency op was prepared. During the abdominal mirroring, they removed the left ovary. First of all, thanks to Dr. Schneider who operated on me and looked at my gut. There was a big spot. The next day I was sent to the CT because they found an intestinal infection. This was treated with antibiotics. All nurses and doctors were super nice, and were always open to questions. Eating is just not like at home, but you don't starve here😊. I can recommend this clinic with a clear conscience.
Would be sent with 2 painkillers without diagnosis or proper examination. My family doctor should take care of the severe pain in the upper arm and treat the movement problems! Also extremely unfriendly

Last but not least, the super nice team of sisters on the ward, especially Sister Annika and Sister Sandra and everyone else, contributed very much to my well-being. My huge thanks to all employees who are there for every patient every day. And since things don't always go the way some patients want them to,if you have a smile for the doctor or nurse, it always pays off! I also give praise for the care, the food was always very good, tasty and sufficient. My husband was there on the comfort ward because of a sinus end infection. If he hadn't been admitted there in a timely manner, he would most likely have gotten blood poisoning because it was so acute. The operation was very successful and the doctors, nurses and the service team were always trying to make my husband as pleasant as possible. The nursing staff also usually had time for a little chat, which is rare in other clinics. Even the cleaning staff were very courteous and friendly in addition to the thorough cleaning. I just got out of the hospital after 3 days of stomach surgery. Even though I was still in pain. Unfortunately, because of the first gastric bypass surgery, I've been inside 3 times and been victimized 2 times. So I can say how things have gotten worse there in the past 2 years. Most of them are able to speak english too which helped me a lot. The Klinikum have a nice environment. Free high-speed Wifi is also available. The quality of foods were good as well.

Never again Berlin book rescue center. Communication between nurses / doctors and patients is zero. Older people obviously only sit for hours out of chicane in the waiting area. On the whole, I am very disappointed. I gave birth to twins by cesarean section at Helios. This was not so good. The treating doctor was very competent and did everything for my quick convalescence. After 9 days I was released. There was no final discussion. My doctor's letter I found after my absence from my room on my bed. My children were transferred to the baby ward in the basement right after birth. 3 days we were separated on two stations. In these days of the separation I have despite demands and call meienr Gyn it also once again demanded no midwife seen. No one helped me do anything for the milk education. The breast pump was just put into my room. There was no bonding with my children. The rescue site seems to be very congested. After 4 hours wait and with yellow the first time times at the Doc. Finally x-rayed after 5.5 hours. After 6.5 hours against the Doc.

Patient admission catastrophic, some employees made me feel unwanted. You stood there and felt the displeasure in word u look. Work of the nurses and doctors on the ENT was phenomenal. I've rarely experienced such empathic, prudent and hard-working clinic staff. Topppp!

I went for emergencies from Berlin capital ... when I got a little chaos ... they sent me to one place, from there to another and nobody knew where to send me ... in the end I thought about leaving but going to the exit I found what It seemed "urgent" .... after 15-20 minutes waiting for the administration guy arrived and taking me the data tells me that two hours of waiting ... two hours so that all I needed was for him to send me something for the pain ... to which I told him that I was leaving ... that no ... that he would go to a public hospital ... he tells me to wait for me and went to talk to a doctor who attended us, made us please send us a treatment for pain for what I consider, that apart from the chaos at the reception and other departments, they were very cordial, kind and did me a great favor when preparing that treatment since it was the second day of vacation and not I could barely move from the back pain I had .... the next day I was practically painless and could pass the Holidays quite well thanks to the performance of the emergency reception guy and the doctor.
On 8.6.19 I had to go to the rescue center of the hospital for an acute cause. Despite a relatively large crowd, everyone was treated with friendliness and patience. I would be hospitalized and operated on the same evening. The whole team, including the doctor of course, is just great. Due to the warm and competent climate, I was never so deeply relaxed before an op. I would like to thank you once again. The same applies to the gynecological ward. Again, a very nice climate.

I highly recommend the Klinikum Buch. I am here for 3 months in treatment and will remain the same for the next few years. Everything is very structured. Inpatient and outpatient all sisters and doctors very nice. I feel well cared for here. Everyone takes enough time and I have always had a contact person after every conversation for further questions or possible problems. I found that very reassuring. The food on the ward I found very good and also on the hygiene there was nothing to complain about. The building is pleasantly furnished, well thought out arrangement of all areas. The k seating elements in the waiting areas are pleasantly arranged. Cafeteria I can highly recommend. The bus stops right in front of the hospital. Also a plus

Who as a patient the saying "If you are dissatisfied, go somewhere else!" want to hear from doctors, this is just right. It comes reliably if you have questions. Coupled with long waiting times despite appointments, a great combination.Humanly there are real pearls in the nursing staff.The doctors are humanly a disaster. Here you have to have a hard shell to mentally as a patient (!) To take no harm. The maternity ward is great. All kind and nice. But the week station 1, I can not recommend. There are so 1..2 dear and nice sisters. But most sisters who work there come from other stations. That means if you have breastfeeding problems or anything else, there is no one who can help you. Questions are answered only in passing ... so after the motto eat or die. I got my first child and did not know 100% what is done and when. If you have done something "wrong", you are also turned on stupid. So I should get pregnant again, I will deliver in another KH.
We got our first son here and everything went very well. We felt very well looked after and we were lucky, that a family room was free - absolutely recommendable :). A few small things we noticed as theoretical suggestions for improvement, but nothing serious.1. We arrived in the middle of the night and the contractions were already very strong - walking was difficult. In order to be admitted we had to ring, we were opened, but no one came to look, who comes there and whether z. B. a wheelchair would have been necessary. We did it that way, but it was really a challenge.2. After the birth there was somehow not really a breastfeeding consultation. Of course, questions were answered comprehensively and nobody was left alone, but if you do not know the right questions then you do not necessarily have all the information. I close again with something positive. Through the bank all midwives, sisters and doctors were super nice and helpful. It took time for us when we needed it. Despite my suggestions, I find the 5 * completely justified.

I was there as a visitor and would like to comment on the medical part, because I do not want to presume any judgment about the competence there.What I noticed but especially negative, is the handling of the staff with the patients. I was at the heart station and unfortunately you get over again and again, as the sisters patronizing and patronizing deal with older patients. I can only give ratings for the Geriatrics department. Station 208.Unfortunately for patients and visitors there is no place for dirty dishes, nor the possibility to get a tea or drink.Not all patients are confined to the bed. Drinks are only served at meal times.Furthermore, it is to be criticized that there is only one possibility for disinking the hands in the rooms.The nurse simply put the insulin syringe and medication on the bedside table in the absence of the patient.Furthermore, the toilet chair was not picked up, but was used all day.No contact person to be found.Unfortunately, the standard does not meet today's requirements.One gets the impression that the patients are left to their own devices.My visit lasted about 3 hours.What a pity.

At night with an ambulance from Rüdersdorf because of aneurysm to the emergency room in Buch with the RTW. Then intensive and the next day operated. (Coiling) Everything was really ok, as a competence center. But over and over again violent abdominal pain over the following days. End result: Emergency surgery on the bowel + blood poisoning. Nurses and senior physicians in the intensive care unit were always eager and friendly and open to any questions. Unfortunately, the woman didn't make it.The palliative care ward 209 is one in this casegood thing and helps a lot with personal pain.

I have had very good experiences with the clinic. Food was okay. The building is modern and many areas are flooded with light. At each ward, a kind of tea corner is available to patients, which can be used free of charge day and night.The nursing side is also well positioned. The nurses are very competent and treat the patients with a high degree of empathy.The cleaning staff always tries to keep everything clean and come through the rooms every two days. They are comfortably furnished and have a toilet and their own wet room. A washstand or sink is also available.And finally the medical issues. Everything for the planned operation was well organized in advance and carried out as planned on the day of the operation. Technically very competent. I felt in good hands at all times.
After 9 months I only get my rating because I just can't forget it. I have suffered a real hospital trauma. In my life I have never been treated as badly as by this midwife for the birth of my son in July 2017. So far I have advised this hospital against every expectant mother.What I was told about this woman is more than cheeky and condescending. Especially since she was the third midwife I had met. Lie in labor after 27 hours.Just never give birth here. Absolute horror !!! Here you are treated like a piece of dirt!

The 2 best hospital Berlin has to offer after the Bundeswehr Hospital. The rescue center can be so full, they have a complete overview here. What is very acute and what the rescue doctor could actually do. And pound around if you have to wait more than 4 hours. The staff in the rescue center, X-ray, transport staff, the station B2 -32 set up top, the consultant doctor of the skin clinic, the only thing that I found less good. Was that with the service force for the food. Since I have allergies they did not get it in order to order the right food, that is the only negative thing about the whole hospital.

A large clinic with competent staff, very friendly. The canteen is great, there is a pharmacy, a flower shop and also a hairdresser. The information is right in the entrance area. Certainly there are also little things that I didn't like so much. But that's always in the eye of the beholder.
Modern hospital. I was here in vascular surgery and it went well. Large parking lot. Cafeteria with a good offer. There is also a pharmacy, flower shop, bookshop and kiosk. We went here for the birth of our daughter. Would never go here again.Our assigned young midwife seemed incompetent, nurses were constantly hours late, so that we missed lunch, dinner several times. After 7pm it's impossible getting anything to eat - we had to order delivery. Nurses on station not very helpful or friendly - not even assisting in giving pain medication when in serious pain - just left the drops on the night table... Tried to make us leave as soon as possible.
