Die Ärzte und Schwestern sind sehr nett und Kompetent gewesen nach meiner Meinung. Haben sich sehr viel mühe gegeben und ein alles erklärt. Aber leider ist die Sauberkeit die ich im Krankenhaus erlebt habe, echt unter aller würde. Da wird man ja noch krank, bei der schlechten Hygiene in den Toiletten und im Bad. Das Bett, was ich bekommen hatte, musste ich gleich zum Anfang bemängeln da sind überall im Bett vom Vorgänger sämtliche Harre gewesen und auch Scharm Harre. Sowas geht ja nun gar nicht. Sowas habe ich noch niemals im Krankenhaus erlebt. Auch nicht wo ich selber als Pfleger im Krankenhaus gearbeitet hatte. Wen man schon angeblich sauberes Bett bekommt, dann erwarte ich auch, dass es sauber ist. Und nicht die Harre vom Vorgänger drin sind. Habe es die Krankenschwester Gemälden, die dann prompt sofort sich darum gekümmert hatte. Und sich dafür entschuldigt, dass sowas vorgekommen ist. Und mir gesagt, dass hätte aber nicht passieren dürfen. Und dan sofort ein neues Bett bekommen, was dann auch wirklich dann sauber war. Sonst die Behandlung und Erklärung von der Behandlung von mir, war sehr kompetent und verständlich. Die Schwestern und Ärzte haben sich sehr will Mühe gegeben und waren auch sehr nett gewesen. Wen irgendwas war, ist es so schnell wie es ging gemacht worden. Würde das Krankenhaus wegen der sehr schlechten Hygiene nicht mehr hingehen. Nur noch wen die Hygiene wieder in Ordnung ist. So wie die Hygiene jetzt ist würde ich da nicht wieder hingehen. Die Ärzte u
Kudos to the outpatient surgery station, everything was explained, very nice team, I felt very well looked after. I was met by very friendly nurses at Ward 15. The further care on the ward is also very, very pleasant.
Not again. Not a proper treatment. In the doctor's letter, treatments were named that did not take place at all. Discharge sick.
We would like to thank all the nursing staff and the doctors in the intensive care unit for their efforts and care who fought for the well-being of our mother, who unfortunately passed away today in deep sadness.

Long waiting times and incorrect information
A very rude help on the phone, gives snappy answers even though you ask politely. The lady doesn't even bother to look! Awful!!!!!!! Do not recommend this clinic to anyone !!!
Terrible, just terrible. This formerly great hospital saved Helios to death. Nursing staff has a terrible tone on them, unless they're leasing staff, they're all nice. Assistant doctors who think they have eaten wisdom with spoons and don't even apologize if they make mistakes. It looks dirty, the food is a single catastrophe, everyone is annoyed and has no understanding for the elderly. Those who love their parents should avoid this hospital. There is a single chaos in some stations, no agreements with each other, everyone does his or her and you are only a nuisance as a relative. Awful!!!!
I was in this hospital with my son for 3 days because of pneumonia and can only say positive things. Everything went smoothly from the emergency room to the diagnosis and we felt very well cared for.

As a Berliner, you're used to a lot. I only say curse port.But the Helios Clinic in Zehlendorf tops everything. One star is too much, I would like to have given a cluster of stars in the minus range.If you want to experience its blue miracle and have legal protection insurance, I recommend Helios in Zehlendorf.If you want to get proper treatment, you'd better look for another hospital. Treatment here refers to doctors and staff.
How they talk to young children and react with a Berlin snout is not a problem. Especially not when young children have had a major operation.Otherwise everything is fine

I don't usually write anything. But here I feel obliged to warn everyone. The Behring KH is terrible: (1) the doctors who don't give you any information, (2) the nursing staff is largely indifferent, (3) the treatment is the last thing - who gives a patient with cancer level 4 only ibuprofen 600 as a pain reliever? ?? u.v.m. That was torture in the last few weeks of being a loved one.In addition, the majority of the employees were racist.WARNING ... you'd better choose another KH!

The star is for the doctor, in the emergency room a receptionist was very unfriendly, my little daughter (3) had to go to the hospital of course !!!, I had the feeling that my daughter was too disgusted and talked to her if she was an adult .. "please keep still" the receptionist wanted to measure the fever. So I think if a small child is sick you have to be treated with love and that was not the case here !!

My partner was briefed on an emergency. The entire medical and nursing staff reacted absolutely professionally, and in this situation was clear and friendly and very empathetic towards me as a relative. My partner and I are so thankful. He survived. I feel deep respect for such achievements and committed people.

The private clinic has an absolute hotel character with nicely furnished rooms, clean and practical bathrooms, a fridge and a safe for valuables. The patient intake and processing was incredibly fast and uncomplicated. The surgery on my leg (postponed fracture) also ran like clockwork. Nobody tried to keep me inside longer than necessary to squeeze the last penny out of me, before I was even allowed to get out earlier, as the wound healed clean. I was transferred from another KH here because I had 2 pneumonia within 3 weeks. Admission Saturday 8.6. around 11:00 clock, as I said actually announced. After lying around in the corridor for only 5 hours (once taking blood and a short ECG), I came to my room. Here I was cordially and caringly received by Heiko, who even organized lunch for me (Heiko earns 5 stars). Theme room and here actually 0 stars: 4 bed rooms which is not cleaned until probably Tuesday! Not even the toilet or the shower (which does not deserve its name, since as good as no water comes out.) I had an operation here in February 2018 (sigmoid diverticulitis) and was in the private clinic.Some things are not going smoothly here. The nurses were completely overworked, had no time to put my bag in, but almost all of them were very friendly despite the stress. The meal went like this, just in the hospital, the doctors very briefly on the rounds. But the operation was successful, that is ultimately the most important thing.

HiSince October 2017 I have been treated every 2-4 weeks in the Helios Clinic in Zehlendorf with an esophageal narrowing. In October I was terrified of hell but at the moment I have to say I am not ... no reason to complain.The doctors there are wonderful, as are the nurses. You can relax carefree there. Special thanks to Dr. Eckart Schott and assistant doctors of the respective wards, as well as the nurse and caregiver of endoscopy. So far everyone has been giving me a feeling of life again because I almost didn't have this before. I have now increased from 35 kg back to my 52 kg, can (almost everything) and this is wonderful ... Thanks to everyone. A super clinic ... Until April 16 ... I'll be back
Special thanks to Dr. Saklack, it's the best doctor I can recommend!And unfortunately I had to get to know many.It's a shame that there are so few doctors like this one! I am very grateful to him for what he did for me! The emergency room made me sit for almost 6 hours, even though I was feeling very bad, I had jaundice from my illness and I was really bad, and people who only "ailments" or a little something were dealt with quickly! In the end, I had to have an emergency operation! I will never forget that it is so easy to ignore real emergency patients! Therefore a straight 6 in the emergency room !!!

The best hospital in Berlin! Consistently perfect care. Very nice helpful and eager service and care staff! The operation, treatment and care by Dr. Uwe von Fritschen and his team of plastic surgery was simply outstanding !!! I particularly liked that Dr. Uwe von Fritschen deals with his patients very sensitively and humanly and does not treat them from above, as is customary in other hospitals.All employees from registration to the OR staff are always friendly. I can do plastic surgery under the direction of Dr. Uwe von Fritschen highly recommend and hereby thank you for the great work of him, his team and the service and nursing staff of ward 11. I was on ward 12 for 2 days. Although I went back home on the first day in the evening, I can only say good things about the staff, especially "Klaus". However, I noticed that the job is very demanding what is due to health policy! People keep on doing so since you've been a cool "bunch" ....
Very mixed. Here, health insurance patients seem to be better cared for than private patients. My mother as a patient in the till was there several times, especially in the intensive care unit. I can only say hats off to the performance of those doing here. Very friendly and a lot of empathy. As a layperson, I can't really judge professional competence in this area, but success proves them right. My stepfather and my brother-in-law were treated optically better, but medically doubtful. Expensive offers were made all the time, the billing is not transparent. My brother-in-law was not considered at all that he is severely diabetic. My sister had to test several times and only reluctantly went into it with the nutrition and the mediation. My stepfather was given medication that causes depression and anxiety disorders. Nobody went into that either. In another case, senseless treatments were carried out because they brought money. Conclusion, also here it is a "question of luck" when, at what point in time you use someone's device, a question of mood. In my experience, the anamnesis is often made sloppy, there is no question about medication to be taken, so there is a risk of interaction. The cleanliness in the intensive care unit seems to be okay, in other wards a wiping bucket and a wiping cloth for the entire shift (but it doesn't seem to be any different at other hospitals, note hospital germs)
A nightmare for all patients and relatives. You can't get rid of the feeling that nobody wants to work here. Nothing is prepared. Work is only done when the relatives ask for it. I would rather die of illness than this company earn money from me. My sick mother was x-rayed every day. If you know radiation, you know that X-rays can lead to cancer. It also significantly weakens the body. Instead of performing MRTs that would be more suitable, CTs with X-rays are performed daily for economic reasons and apparently training measures. When it came to the fact that we brought her to the Vivantes Clinic, we had to pick up a CD the old-fashioned way when asked. Do you already know the internet? Of course, you know the internet. That is also one of your business fields.As just found out from the final report, they are also turning the facts ... This hospital is not aware of its duty to save lives.Experienced by another doctor, the pain therapy was not suitable for my mother. Under her circumstances, she should have received much stronger pain relievers. And after a CT scan, they were able to tell us 100% that it was cancer. That took a little over a week at the Behring Hospital. The word performance is foreign to them like the term lung cancer. This H ****.

Could you rate even more negative, I would do it! Dear people, please avoid this hospital in the best possible way! The sisters may be nice and sometimes take care of some patients, but too many things are covered up here! too many mistakes are made here, for the sake of which no one wants to be responsible!such as sending an old man, with damaged health to chemo therapy! a better way to kill someone, have not you found it? !!

I was twice in the evening with my 3 year old in the rescue center. Waiting time was really not long, it wasn't very busy either. All windows were wide open and bright light on. It was swarming with mosquitos, but otherwise everything was neat and clean. Most of the staff you met when you registered etc. were nice and friendly. A young pediatrician on the first day was very friendly, very pleasant manners and obviously took care of my child. He was really really nice to the little one himself, and asked him directly in a lovely way. He examined my child carefully and excluded many things, which reassured me, also ordered a urine sample. He advised me how we would get through the night at home, and ordered to go to the pediatrician at home early. That was great. He found it strange that I have an otoscope at home and that I look into my children's ears from time to time without being a DOCTOR, but good, he said it was cultivated and everyone was entitled to his opinion. Visiting the pediatrician the next day was unsuccessful, so the next evening I went back to the rescue center because my child's fever could not be controlled with medication. This time a doctor was on duty and it is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. She was not at all interested in the child (patient) and did not even let me finish talking about the medical history. She partially turned the words around in my mouth to an aggressive "I don't understand your problem!" "Did you also study medicine ?!"
Because of an uncontrolled asthma with shortness of breath, bronchitis and coughing up blood, I was in hospital at the Emil von Behring Hospital.From the emergency room to diagnosis / therapy, everything is just right here. The doctors work very thoroughly and have taken a lot of time for me. Physically, the doctors were able to convince with a high level of competence, also taking into account the current state of science.Friendliness and respectful treatment were very important to both the doctors and the nurses.My special thanks go to Dr. Jungmann and Mrs. Firnig.After the end of treatment, my complaints were almost gone.The food is completely okay compared to other hospitals.Unfortunately, there are many bad hospitals. However, the Emil von Behring Hospital is one of the top addresses in Germany for lung diseases.If I ever have lung problems again, I will definitely go back there.

Had to go to the emergency room several times. Depending on the severity of the injury, the waiting time was (that's how it should be). The operations (fingers crushed, broken navel, metatarsal fracture) all went great. The stays were great too (if you can put it that way). For us, the Behring is the hospital of our choice.
Pretty rude staff the Dr. are only on fast clearance from .auf demand what you could do against a longing that the swelling goes back came the answer I have to explain them about exactly !!!!You finally go to the doctor to treat yourself and not after 2 hours of waiting despite appointment for 5 minutes to go to the room you notice the stress or was the coffee ready something that can not take more time

The emergency room shouldn't be called that! People stand in a long line, the sisters are comfortable all the time in the world. The sister discussed with us an eternity as to whether we really need to stay together as a family! Incredible! This discussion continued at the doctor! The doctor also made fun of an admitted homeless person in front of us. Overall, a terrible atmosphere. We have resolved never to come back!
I am very disappointed with the room i am staying in as well the food that have been fed last 5 days .I am diabetic with feet issues i been pit in a room with a person who had gastric problems and had a terrible case of gas not to mention everytime he went to the dr he never closed the bathroom door and the place smelled so bad one couldn't stay in the room .When i asked a nurse to put me with someone who didn't have such '' smelly ''problem she responded we can put you in a private room for 130 Euros per night .It seems in this hospital when you wish to have a comfort and peace a room without ''ass smell-o-vision '' you need to pay or they make you so uncomfortable you have no other choice but pay extra. The medical stuff was OK ,the DR i met was decent and one woman DR was also very well prepared.The nurses stuff i think is overworked and does not really love what they are doing .There is touch of racism too .I speak 3 languages and it was amusing to see them being confused that i understood their racist comments mumbling in the hallway under their nose .......However that is just something you are getting used to in the setting such as this .I also wanted talk about the food cause how can one feed diabetic people so much carbs ???? No option for a salad for the evening , they gave me 3 mini tomatoes and gread and cheese 5 days in the row .Bread in the morning and evening and loads of carbs for lunch !!!When you sick and you must go to hospital you like to get a decen

I have never seen such a dirty hospital. I feel as outrageous in Africa as I give GERMANY.
So where do I start.I took my friend to the emergency room, where we had to wait an hour in the waiting room, even though the entire hospital seemed empty. The waiting room and the drinking water system were so unsanitary. I wonder why you don't have enough money for proper cleaning when you make so much coal with other people's health. At the reception there were 4 sisters who apparently had nothing better to do than talk about the most banal things and laugh out loud. At some point we were called. A doctor came who found a diagnosis within 10 seconds, which I had already called my girlfriend, and exchanged a few words with us and that was it. In the background, the nurses were still laughing and giggling loudly while a person in front of them was suffering from severe pain.We drove home disappointed with such unprofessionalism and with a few painkillers in hand. Then we received a bill that was ridiculously high for what was or was not done. (As a private patient) In the end we messed up our mood and paid money for all the crap and what my doctor told my friend I had already told her at home. Oh and then we got mail again that threatened to collect if we didn't pay within 2 weeks. However, we had already transferred the amount.Conclusion: an accumulation of incompetence, poor hygiene and no hospital that I would recommend.Our healthcare system is robbing the population.
I do not know where to start. I have been in the Behring for the 12th time since 2013. Apart from the hygene and the food, it was always quite ok.I was always on stations 25 and 34.This time on the 35th - well. During the first conversation with the doctor responsible for me (I do not know if one may call names here?) I already felt a personal antipathy against my person. When I mentioned that I have a pension application (EU pension) running and in addition was honest and you said that I occasionally consume against my pain and sleep disorders THC, then I was probably finally labeled as Assi at her. I should do a retraining and let the kiffen - then I would get my life back on the line.A planned transfer to the Theodor Wenzel Clinic (due to an acute deterioration of the neurological illness) was postponed due to a lack of beds in the TWW. I was assured that I can stay in the Behring so long until there is room for me in the TWW. Today, this doctor appeared again and offered me that I may "home". My concerns and worries that I'm overwhelmed at home alone with my significant limitations found no hearing at her, so I was dismissed against my will, now sitting pretty helplessly at home, must see how I now come to a briefing for neurology and must wait for an appointment.Last but not least, my doctor's letter from o.g. Doctor that I would be THC dependent.

Really caring staff, from reception to nurses and doctors to support workers. I'm so grateful for their kindness. Everybody made an effort to speak English or French with me, a Canadian with still-poor-German. Special huge thanks for that. Mad respect for the nurses at station 21 and the OR.
Was in hospital for the third time now and would go there again and again. You always tried very hard !!! Starting from the emergency room to the discharge. All of the nurses, nurses and doctors were friendly and competent. My special thanks go to Fr.Dr.Niemann and Hr.Dr.Schröter. You really did a great job! !!

The - from my point of view completely overrated negative reviews cause me to describe my case / my opinion:Midnight Emergency Instruction with severe pulmonary embolism. Professional and speedy diagnosis. Quick and consistent help. In subsequent years, complete information about the nature, impact and treatment of the disease. Uncover and treat other diseases (heart). Again, the very intense advice on this need for action.Conclusion: Professional doctors and sorority. Best care and care by the always friendly and helpful nurses who do not let the stress come to the patient.Shortcoming: My request for accommodation in a 1-bed room was negative, since there is no supervision.I will visit this clinic again and again - if it has to be real

Recently I was in this KH and had to realize that it was hygieneis not taken so accurate, although everywhere hygiene spray hangs it works with the cleaning ladies probably not.The dirt is wiped in the corners and wiped out, especially in the hospital rooms. I did not feel well at all.Would not recommend the KH on any case, the staff is also questionable and with Gunnihandschuh to take.Friendliest Fr. summer
