I love this hospital and I will refer this hospital DR Srinath has help me lot in all the suiation I faced and my dad was admitted in bgs hospital from date 10/7/2020 he help me lot, and cleaning is very neat,sister take lot of care on us,food is also very good, treatment is also good totally I am satisfied with the BGS Service thanks a lot doctor,sister,house keeping guys continue the same service to all the patient.
There is no proper timings followed. They ask us to come at 9 30 and the concerned staff arrives only after 10 30 and post that takes lots of time to start the treatment. The doctors are friendly and supportive but the response from the staff is very bad. I would give 5 stars if the rating is only for the doctor.

We were admitted in this hospital for over 10 days. The doctors, nurses, staff are very well response and responsible. During the stay, excellent facilities was provided, especially by the nurses.

When it comes to hygiene, there s a lotta room for improvement and it ll be good if the attenders are provided with good canteen facilities or maybe have various food counters rather than one which is compromising the quality of the food. It shouldn't be like the patient get discharged and his/her attender fills in for him.
My dad was was admitted here for 2 days to undergo surgery for the development of pleomorphic sarcoma in his arm. The hospital services are much appreciated,Especially Dr. Dinesh, Dr. Prabath and their team from Oncology department along with Nurse Geetha and Nurse parimala were very friendly. NO HOPES, TERRIBLE AGONY AND LACK OF CONFIDENCE - this was the condition of my brother before bringing him to BGS. However, to be true, I was given only a little ray of hopes at one of the reputed hospitals in Bangalore As a custom of any patient's attendant, I'd come to BGS only to get second opinion for my brother who was suffering from severe liver damage. Thanks to Dr Nagabhushan and team, the nursing dept of Cardiac ward ( Pavithra, , Roopa, Sajna, Neethu, Arivu). Need to improve the discharge procedure. After bill payment, we waited for the wheel chair for longer time. Poor response.. Very disappointed about that.

The treatment and maintenance in this hospital is very good. All of the staff members are very receptive to the requests and are very cordial. I personally recommend other patients to this hospital. Dr Shyamsundar from the Radiation department has treated my father with care and attention. Our next visit is after six weeks which hopefully will give us a picture of the result of the treatment taken so far.One complaint though is the parking collection menace. The hospital management need to look in this.

Good hospital with Good staffs and facilities. Doctors & other staffs are always available at any point of time and services provided by them are excellent. I have been visiting this hospital from last few years, one thing which i personally observed is, services have become costly. It is not affordable for middle class people, especially for the people who do not have insurance.
Very good covid management. The staffs and doctors are very well trained and they look after me very well.Mainly, incharge nurse Maya, the ICU head Dr.Gourie ensured that I am very well cared inside ICU. Respiratory therapist here knows about my oxygen levels very well and he treats me well. Much thanks to all the Covid staffs here in ICU.

Hospital is maintained very neatly and hygienic. Nursing Staff is excellent and dedicated and I specifically thank to parimala, pramila and shalini sister for carefully treated for my mom. Housekeeping is very good. Dr.Dinesh sir was professional and gave confidence to the patients. Finally, Thank to doctors and all nursing staff and bgs hospital also.

Hospital is too good, and doctors, nurses response is well, sister rathna taken care very well.
Overall experience good but I feel nursing staffs to be overloaded. I had to follow up hard with them for each and every help. However, staffs always intend to help as far as possible (with one or two exceptions). UPI payment is not being accepted by parking or canteen or pharmacy etc. (in fact pharmacy doesn't accept any online payment). Most of the medicines are out of stock in pharmacy. Prices are jacked up, there is no discount on MRP.
All the treating doctors, staff nurses, house keeping staff and the security staff are very good in their areas. We are grateful to Dr. Adarsh and team for the quick response and timely treatment without delay.

BGS global is now BGS Gleneagles Global. Hospital has a merger for up. I have been visiting this hospital from quite a few years, there's a drop in service quality post merger. And facilities and equipments and doctor wise it is good. But the staff behaviour is not patient friendly.
Illegal parking mafia, if u don’t pay them your vehicle will be damaged!!!! Check out images for proof.,,, this hospital is inside the reserve forest ( remotest place) you can’t reach without own vehicle, then where u will park your vehicle? The BGS management lack of basic common sense that it has to provide free parking for patient, here u are not allowed to park your vehicle in roadside too,, immediately a goonda will come to ask money if u say no then your vehicle will be as in pic, Don’t pay this Goondas be aware of this, if possible complain in BGS feedback formsworst service
Good treatment facilities but very expensive. Good service by the doctors. The treatment is tremendous and on looking is so fine. The hospitality by the doctors and staff are extremely generous and creating happy mood.
