Amazing service.cant thank the doctors and staff in emergency department. They have kept up to the trust we have always had in Columbia Asia hospital hebbal.yesterday we roamed so many hospitals for hours together and finally some hospital even told my patient has heart attack and we cant take non covid patient. We kept calling hospitals and finally called one Dr Mahesh Mylarappa in the midnight and without delay he said come immediately and also arranged ambulance and we reached hebbal in 10mins and our patient was immediately taken inside and treated. They calmed us down and admitted him within no time. Thanks Dr Mahesh Mylarappa and team for helping us in such horrible situation. God bless u all. Real warriors.

VERY BAD! My grandfather was not a COVID-19 patient and needed emergency life support, columbia asia hebbal refused to give that to him when the beds were available, made my family wait for 90 mins outside the hospital with my grandfathers life of the line. My family had to plead the doctors for a very long time but, they refused to give my grandfather life support when the beds were available. WHICH HAS COST HIM HIS LIFE AND WE BLAME THE HOSPITAL FOR NOT HELPING MY GRANDFATHER. It is not just the COVID-19 patients that need the hospital, there are patients with other types of medical issues that need help as well.
Have been using the facilities here for five years. Though it has been said that this hospital is on the pricier side, I have found the care to be satisfying. Well designed building with adequate waiting areas and helpful staff. Wait times are reasonable in the out patient department. Parking can be a bit cumbersome during peak hours. The ambience is good and the place is clean and hygienic.
Hi,I am Uday kumar BS, On 3th july 2020 my wife Bhavana Uday was in a serious condition, I searched for bed from 6am to 12pm has we did not get bed in hospital.We rushed to Columbia Asia hospital where my wife was received by Dr.Mahesh Mylarappa and team (emergency medicine) and taken for further treatment. She was kept in ICU for 1 week and recovered faster due to the treatment given them. Later shifted for general ward and she was given further treatment for some days . And she was discharged on 30th July 2020,now my wife is recovering slowing at home. Dr. Mahesh Mylarappa and team taken death track to life track. Life is so beautiful and death also beautiful, it comes natural. So, Behalf of my family I thank all the Hospital Staff,Nurses and Doctors. 🙏🙏🙏
I'm thankful to Columbia Asia hospital authorities for the care and treatment provided. I was so worried when almost all hospitals turned me down when I said I have tested + for covid. Hatsoff to Dr. Mahesh who halped me to get admission in columbia Asia for the treatment. Also I would lile to thank Dr. HIRENAPPA who was there with me during the 14day quarantine period and helping me with all my queries and worries. Kept patients waiting for 3 hours. A little more patient friendly behavior and proper communication between various departments is expected.
My daughter had a swab sample collection today. She said it was a very pleasant experience. Dr Mahesh was very caring.
For each visit ( I had to visit second time to show the scan report)they charge you exorbitantly. Nowadays they charge extra money for PPE ( another excuse of making money). 🙏🙏🙏
Horrible place for covid-19 treatment , one of my neighbour went there after reference from.bbmp and was asked 70K Rs per day of stay in cash ! . The doctors come and bargain price with covid patients. Avoid this place. Now my neighbor had to come back and find another hospital tomorrow.
Dr.Mahesh Mylarappa is great person.He helped me on WhatsApp number without an appointment. He hold a high level of professional and human ethics. Doctors like him are actually protecting real sense of being doctor who is compassionate towards community and his duty. Took my mother to Columbia Asia hospital on 31st July 2020 for persistent cough .As usual to make a quick buck referred to a pulmonologist Dr Hirenappa Udur, who did a video call and asked to do a CT scan .To rule out any Covid symptoms we did the scan too.They made us wait for close To 2 to 3 hours and while it came for time to consult the doctor on the scan report, he had left the hospital premises .The help desk asked us to call the next day and fix an appointment for video consultation. I tried doing the video consultation the next day but hospital did not do it and were asking money even for a follow up consultation.I told them it's a follow up consultation but they preferred to keep silent. Finally I consulted a doctor outside .Their service now is pathetic, they don't respect the patients time and keep you waiting like doing a favour. For just doing a consultation I went in the morning by 11 am and only finished by 4 pm .The hospital staff treat patients like dirt and only interested in fleecing patients of their money by asking them to do costly tests but service is never a priority to the hospital Hope the management take notice of the development and take action.
Columbia Asia Hebbal was there when I needed them the most. Complying with all adequate hospitality and immense care I was treated while admitted. The healthcare workers were at my help and were just one button away whenever needed. The food was as per quality to help the patients cure well. The overall experience of mine is really great and I am thankful for the care and treatment that I got. I am writing this review after the discharge and doing well.
I was having major health issue with bleed in brain and with help of Columbia Asia hospital and couple of surgeries I am discharged and fully back to normal life. Thanks to the entire team at Columbia Asia hospital hebbal starting from Dr Mahesh in emergency department who got me shifted from other hospital dr Arjun neurosurgeon who operated on me and gave me new life and all nursing staff. Really gave me a new life and now I am back to full normal. Ever grateful to everyone at Columbia Asia hebbal.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We lost my father in law because Dr Mahesh ( in charge of ER) refused to put him on life support and made us wait for two hours outside. He was a non -Covid patient. He was denied treatment! Inhuman place... If you want to be in safe hands, please DO NOT visit the hospital!
Horrible is the word to describe this place. Gave an OPD appointment for 12pm in neurology during lockdown. This was at 10 am. I reached the hospital, did the registration, made the payment and went to neurology deptt, just to be told that the doc is not coming today. The. I was taken to a suit booted madam who told me the doc hasnt been coming for the last week and may not come next week also. Wasted 2 hrs of mine when urgent medical attention was needed. Even for refund they were bargaining fo refund only the consultation charges and not the registration charges. Also, be careful as billing for non covid and covid patients is done in the same counters. Its worse than a government hospital. Money is all they want.

Very bad service for the sky high price we pay for the consultation alone. Waited for more than 1 hour 30 minutes post appointment time.
My wife was diagnosed with acute pneumonia and finding it difficult to breathe, I run pillar to post in search of all hospital from vikram to fortis to apollo, Victoria to narayana hridalaya but all efforts in vain as all these hospitals refused admission owning to non availability of bed due to covid pandemic. It became imperative for my wife to get hospitalized as she was finding difficult to breathe and needed immediate oxygen concentrator but all doctors refused support. This is when I called Dr. Mahesh explaining him my wife conditions and he immediately called us to hospital. With the support of Dr. Mahesh my wife got admitted to columbia asia hospital hebbal. He and his team has been very supportive. Under the guidance of Dr. Hirenappa, my wife is getting best treatment of the world. With the care and patience they showed us, to say my wife is successfully recovering and becoming healthy. I can't thank Dr. Mahesh, Dr. Hirenappa and the entire team of columbia asia enough for the kind of support and treatment and help they provided to us in these trying times. Visited this hospital for an breathlessness emergency for an 60 yrs old female. Hospital was neat and clear. People at reception were knowledgeable and willing to help.Has a pharmacy inside which has good stock availability. Very expensive. Paid over 10K for a 2 hours time spent in emergency for an injection and iv drip. Similar emergency 2 yrs back at Apollo Secunderabad costed me about 4K. No free parking.Overall, a good experience.

Worst experience with DR.Santosh (ENT specialist)* when the Consultation charges(Rs.700) are paid then what is the necessity of paying the extra charges for removing the wax. Then what is the meaning of consultation charges. It means just to see the face of doctor we have to pay the consultation charges? Too expensive.* After removed wax given lot of tablets to take. And after one day fungus as started in my ears. Worst ENT specialist. * too much of Tablets are not good for health.* It's not hospital it's money making business this hospital is doing. *They charged for registration but didn't given smart card also.* Pls respect the patients money and treatment is worst.
Worst staff and there is no proper response from the management and money minded people. And there is no proper treatment if u come here they will empty ur pockets.
Wanted to give a negative rating as the experience was horrible. My wife had a blister in her eye and headache. We met doctor (general physician) Mr.Irfan, who didn't even listen to what the patient had to say. He could have lighted a torch and seen what was in the eyes. Instead, he just typed something and asked us to collect the prescription from the counter. He didn't even care to diagnose (Diagnosis is not mentioned in the prescription also. Just an eyedrop prescription). The medicine given was wrong and luckily we sought another opinion. The doc we met after Columia Asia said that the medicine would have caused complications with the situation the patient was in. Columbia Asia charged 50 Rs for the PPE for doctors, and the joke is that the doctor didn't even wear any of those. The doc had his mask lowered, not looking at the patient, prescribing something that could have adverse effect on the patient. It's medical Negligence at its peak. I would definitely discourage anybody from going to Columbia Asia Hebbal. If we weren't at this difficult state, where a wrong diagnosis led to delay, financial loss and mental strain, we would have definitely sued them. They just got money in their brain. Healthcare needs patience, empathy and truthfulness. This establishment lacks all of these.

Probably the worst hospital in almost all areas. Be it nurses, lab, reception. Everything about this hospital is worst.They handled my baby such a way that she got infection the day she got discharged. Had to re-admit her.Reception is another story. They will charge you twice for same thing and once they refund you the money they will bother you on call saying they refunded excessive amount.
As I completed my 3months internship in Columbia hospital hebaal in physiotherapy it was a good learning experience and hod and staff are very friendly there was exposure to various areas of hospital like ICU ,IP,OPD
The hospital is very expensive. On your first visit they'll charge some 900 rupees from you and the services provided are as any other clinic. The doctor won't even bother to do a clinical examination . They're charging rs. 50 extra for the ppe kit( for doctor) as well. Not very happy even after spending so much for a consultation.
Just keeping you hospital clean & showing that we have a 5 star facility will not give a value to some hospital. When your staff is totally unpleasant & say lie to the patients that they are busy with some other patients just because they are busy in chatting with other staff & enyoing .Totally unsatisfied with the staff behavior .They keep us waited for 1 hour specially when this pendemic situation is going and people are afraid to going hospitals. Not worth it atall after paying so much .

I had bad experience, Sandeep Kumar V aDoctor frm Columbia Asia when I went fr check up as I had some allergy bcos of food he wasn’t there even after I took appointment and went and he came after 30 min but he seemed very disinterested even after paying so huge consultation, he even took long time and asked Me to do some tests from different clinic which he said I said would do in Columbia Asia itself as I came frm far to this hospital he stil insisted to go to a small clinic n do it, may be he gets commission frm that small clinic, then he wrote some tablets and injections and later I got to know he wrote wrong dose and for that I had to wait 3 hours, after paying so much if We get wrong prescriptions and hav to wait for so long it’s not acceptable.
Almost my family with 8 members visit this hospital for every thing. OPD - always around 5 nurses sit in each of OPD, they never talk to patients who come and stand in front of them. Patients should keep asking about their turn to doctor. After paying fee at reception, each patient should again register at OPD before seeing doctor.Pharmacy- no pharmacy in India takes as much it takes in Columbia Asia hebbal.1. Take a print out of prescription at OPD.2. Give it at 1st counter in pharmacy, take a token number.3. Wait for your turn and upon called, pay the bill in 2 nd counter, come back and sit.4. Wait for your turn and upon called, take your medicines bag.All staff except Doctors are worst behaviour.Just because we are good with treatment there we continue, never take medicines there.

The hospital person was explained that we are NABH certified hospitals and following certain protocols.• For maintaining the electronic media reports we are charging as EMRD. I heard this first time as without patient permission you cannot ask for these charges.• Admission charges are for admission kit (Toiletries with hand towel of 6*6), which is not complementary. Ideally these basic items are provided as free from any hospital.• For dietary charges they gave me excuse that without dietician advice they cannot provide the food to patient. Today, I have been there to remove small wound stitches on my wife's hand..Which were given 7 days before there itself..In emergency ward.They are charging as normal but seems no attention service or caring behaviour of the people working there.. Especially emergency ward...Below is my personal experience ....I had been there before but was not like this ever..There were many beds empty but attendants are roaming but no body cares to make beds ready to patients waiting outside.....Finally after long wait..I have asked to remove stitches on chair....Some dr.whi has not interacted with me..Has removed stitches....The hand was left as is even after small bleeding..No cleaning of hand..And the dr left to attend another person..Then the nurse nearby told to my wife that she can leave..After asking me to pay..I had to ask her to cover the bleeding portion even if it's very small...Very pathetic experience..NO CLEANING of wound..I have mentioned this to the payment counter..Which I have written here.....
Truely looting people. I took my wife to emergency and with a blood test I was charged 4500INR. ECG and blood test was normal bit they insisted again to redo the tests. Horrible !
I had wonderful experience in this hospital at the time of my wife delivery. This hospital is very hygienic & clean. All doctors and supporting staff are helpful. Only thing is bit expensive. I would like to highlight one of your staff called Mamatha who was very supportive and helpful while taking care of my baby & wife. She is a very kind/supportive nurse. I severely suffered for 4 months .Finally one day by god grace I approached DR.Sreedhara (Neurologist)in Columbia Asia Hospital... I used several medicines before but there is no result ☹️, But the doctor 👨⚕️ prescribed me only one tablet in the night .Now I’m free from headache .Im really happy ... Worth of money .

Been trying to book an appointment for tomorrow with pediatrician, it's been 45 mins but I am still in queue (started with 7 in the queue). Really hard to believe that each one who is booking an appointment is taking more than 6 mins to book an appointment. I had good experience with the hospital earlier and visiting them from last 5 years but really frustrating to wait this long to book an appointment. I am still waiting (after 40minutes) and I am next in the queue from last 15 mins. Doesn't sound like normal. I finally gave up after trying for 50+ minutes

Today morning we came to hospital in emergency from Andhra Pradesh for treatment of phneomonia just only one word they are telling us Corona, we are coming to this hospital since 11 years. They are not interested doing any treatment
Very good experience with respect to Doctors, admission desk, finance etc.Nursing staff is also very helping with one or two exception.My mother have undergone spinal surgery last week. Mrs Asha and admission staff helped very much on the first day. The staff is very professional and I do not have any negative on the need of a hospital.But if you are on a budget, this hospital would be little bit difficult for you in the form of food and non medical expenses. As an example, on the first day my father (being a farmer) ordered a tea (Rs 50) and 3 no's idli (Rs 100) and never ate anything in the hospital for the next 4 day :-) (cooked from home and took to hospital)
Hospital is OK, but I didn't like the staff, especially nursing staff who fails to do there duty....
I had my second child's delivery in Columbia Asia hebbal done by Dr Vijaya Sherbet. The doctor and her associate were very supportive and kind during the whole delivery process and during my pregnancy.The nurses and the staff especially in the delivery room were caring and attentive.post delivery recovery was also smooth unlike my first baby's delivery which was done in a different hospital.Thanks to Dr Vijaya for giving me confidence and support throughout my pregnancy and delivery.
Try to improve on administration response about patient. And there is no communication between own staffs about admission and even about insurance regarding the patient. Instead we need to give information about our own inhouse patient. They will not care about the room allocation as they purely depend on increasing the amount of insurance and never bother about the in-house patient health condition and satisfaction. Even cateen staffs awareness is minimum on the product they prepare and even ask us to buy from outside and bring into cateen and serve to patient . Kindly try to improvise on services and so care about life if you have some humanity. I think this is a service oriented hospital for human satisfaction who have a cause to lead a life smoothly. Name of the admin : Mr prasanna have to know about his own gesture to treat the customer in a right way. For eg: not offering a seat . Even wrost is that he doesn't know that he should shift the in-house patient to respective ward . When we addressed about shift to right place , he just said customer needs to update them regarding the ward allocation. Funny but fact . Even for the other customers we observed this is happening. So in future I hope this will not happen and hope you as a columbia unit will take measures and correct it for good self and patient wellness
This is kind of very annoying..their customer service is just pathetic. They put u on hold for ages and all you end up with frustration. Hope they will improve this asap.
Had a very good experience at Columbia Asia hospital.. The physiotherapy sessions were really helpful in relieving my pain.. the staff which includes DrShivani.(HOD) . Irene and Pragati were friendly and warm in delivering their services..all of them seem to have very good knowledge of their craft.. They made me feel homely and comfortable.. and I would strongly recommend the services provided by them..

They failed to give ONE good doctor for Gallbladder surgery with good reviews on internet. I can't believe....! Spoiled my 2 days. Finally i have planned to visit Manipal hospital.

Waste doctor pulmonology doctor hennapa waste he does not know anything just his doctor records again waste he is hospital is good in cleaning and we can use as five star hotel.

Worst experience admitted my mother room was very smelly, AC was not working. Water leaking from false cealing called facility many times no one wants to solve the issue.

The appointments never occur on time. The nurses and physician once nearly mixed up my mom's meds. Thankfully I always double check what meds she takes. Seriously considering moving over to Aster CMI just opposite the road. Oh and they charge 250rs more than other hospitals for consultations.

Very bad hospitality. I had taken my daughter for Ultrasound as she had severe pain and taken to specialist hospital. Doctor at the emergency recommended us to get a scanning immediately as it was a recurrence and she suggested Columbia Asia hospital and she said that they operate 24 hours. This details is absolutely wrong. They don’t operate 24 hours and they denied to do scanning too. This hospital doesn’t have good doctors as well they don’t treat patients well. Very bad Choice

Ever since I moved to Sahakara Nagar 15 years back, ColumbiaAsia Hebbal has been our “family hospital”. The outpatient unit has deteriorated a bit over the years (in terms of waiting time, staff service etc) and so I used to think that the hospital is “expensive but above average”. That was till last week !Last week both my wife and my niece were admitted into the hospital for dengue treatment. Right from emergency to admission to insurance to nursing care to doctor checkups to food - it’s all first-class !! Some reviews here say that the hospital is over-expensive and that it doesn’t take patients with insurance etc. But I totally disagree. My bill was less than what I expected and surprisingly some amount, I paid initially, was returned as the insurance covered most of the bill !!!A few words of praise for Dr. Sanjay (internal medicine) and Dr. Nilekhya. Dr. Sanjay is very cool and encourages natural healing than platelets transfusion etc. Dr. Nilekhya has joined the hospital recently, it seems. She is ever smiling, always positive and explains everything very patiently.Good to have such a nice hospital and doctors in my neighborhood.

I visited Columbia Asia Hebbal Hospital this morning for the first time. Paid the registration and consultation as required. I was advised to buy a Flash Glucose Monitoring System. Which I did from their dispensary. I took the leverage of collecting the box of the unit and bring it home with me.I observed the MRP (Incl of Taxes) on the box was 1999. However the hospital had billed it to me for Rs. 2399. (i.e. Rs. 400 above the MRP).On demanding clarification for the same I was informed that the amount for added for consultation by them in the dispensary itself without any record of the same either on the bill or verbal.

Highly priced still their services lacks quality. I was admitted to the hospital, I just had to walk to the room alone and find my bed as I didn't have companion at that time, called 2 nurses and informed I was very tired and thirsty so need some water but they showed me an attitude as if they didn't like it. I got water on next day morning only from cafe person. I came to know the bed can be reclined and there are sleep support on sides only in the last moment that was from a kind nurse from north east, thanks to her. Im still wondering why the hell did they charge me almost half a lakh for 2 days.

This hospital fleeces you. Please visit only if you have no other choice. Visited the hospital for slight abdomen pain. The dr in emergency mahesh mylarappa straightaway ordered a CT scan costing ~10,000/-. without checking with a gastro specialist. The abdomen CT was done even as there was a problem in ECG!!!. The guy mahesh mylarappa did not exhibit any clinical skills whatsoever. Please do not go by mahesh mylarappa's advise. During a previous visit another dr ordered a test for radio active particle test. This place runs a money spinning racket.
Some doctors are very good but some are terrible. Worst thing about hospital is they charge consultation for follow up visit, even it is for test report prescribed in first visit. And they won't answer all your question as if they have time limit , they are not allowed to talk to you for more than 10min.

I want to share about Dr. Nirmala mohan. I have met her 2years back in Whitefield. I am having pcod. She is very friendly. She cleared all my doubts with lot of patience. I felt more comfortable with her treatment. Though she shifted from Whitefield branch, I used to go to Hebbal Columbia Asia to meet her. She listened to me with a lot of patience. I have conceived only through medicines and injections. I am 12weeks pregnant now. Thanks a lot madam
My whole family is visiting Columbia Asia Hospital for various treatment/sergery/check ups etc for last 12 years (initially at Hebbal). There quality of service and professionalism is very good. Very clean hospital with good food, feel like at home. Only issue is before going out of hospital, settling bill. Charges are on very higher side. Can be more competitive.

Had taken a friend to the ER in middle of night for a head injury . And this was my first visit to a big corporate hospital. And the experience was well below my expectations . The nurse in ER was cleaning the dry wound without using DNS and wasn't even cleaning it thoroughly. The receptionist was sleeping when we needed him and even the pharmacist was sleeping . And the worst part is they weren't ready to get up and do their job. This hospital doesn't deserve the money they charge coz their services are below par compared to other private hospitals. And wouldn't suggest anyone with emergency to visit this hospital.

People with insurance are not entertained in this hospital. This was the second time that I saw this happen in this hospital. Person with valid insurance and cashless hospitalization was refused admission without paying. They called in the police to get the guy out of the hospital. He had come in rushing with his kid being sick. You rather die at home than coming here with an insurance during an emergency.
Physiotherapy department is one of the best department in Columbia Asia Hebbal.I liked the Physiotherapy Management the staff are very good and Polite .I recommend Shivani,Adhi and Sai for the wonderful job .They helped my father to get well soon .God bless them.

The worst place for the patients I have ever seen in my life. The management part is too worst. Very cheap services. The services rendered by nurses are unimaginable, no one expects such a worst treatment. No hygiene is maintained at Hospital. Treatment in Government hospitals are far better in Columbia Asia Hospital, Hebbal.Coming to doctors, they are well experienced and well treating.
Over commercialised hospital. They know how to take full advantage of the people's weakness of 'not worrying about money when it comes to health'. They will work with only intention to loot you. If they come to know we are covered under insurance, then God only should save insurance companies 😀
Mr Akhil - a doctor in the emergency ward is not worth the tag of a doctor, he was unnecessary rude for absolutely no reason, the incentive careless and aggressive attitude of the doctor especially in the emergency ward was totally uncalled for. The staff was clueless when we asked for the manager , nor were they willing to help. . Request the hospital to screen the kind of doctors they are hiring

Ridiculous and money minting hospital. I visited a doctor in Orthopedic on Tuesday and paid Rs 650 consultation charges. Doctor suggested me the tests, MRI etc. I immediately got it done in Hospital itself. The reports came in on Wednesday evening. So I again visited a doctor to show the reports on Thursday morning. Surprisingly, I was asked to pay Rs. 650 again. I just had to show the reports so the doctor would provide some prescription now. I visited a customer care person (Mr. Nelson) and he said you have to pay for every visit. He told me if doctor suggests refund then we will refund and we are collecting the fees for the doctor. Hospital should understand the patients as well. Just for showing reports and receive proper consultation they should not charge twice. This should be a hospital process and not left to doctors. In many countries consultation is free if you visit within 1 week. There should be some moral responsibility of doctor and hospital towards treatment instead of just billing for every time. And here it is Columbia Asia looting people of every chance they get.

Earlier services were good but today it was complete nonsense for one injection I have to got to three windows including their pharmacy. The staff who was billing was waiting for us to discover the process so I met him three Times. Wasted one hour for one injection.
MONEY MAKING HOSPITAL!!My father got admitted to undergo surgery as per Doctor recommendation. Next day, Doctor said, they cannot do surgery because of my fathers regular medicines is stopping them to do so, and they sent back the patient without even proper basic treatment(We got the basic treatment somewhere outside now), but they never forgot to collect nice hefty amount for getting admitted for one day. They never asked about patient history. There were no coordination between ENT doctor, Anesthesia doctor and hospital management. They just come and go, without even knowing what other doctor has said. This is ridiculous, what sort of an hospital is this? Is this how you treat patient? After all only money is what you people need? I never expected this from Columbia Asia.

My experience at Columbia Asia has been good the last few times I visited. Professional and courteous approach by the staff. However, I have had long wait periods at the reception as well as for procedures.
The most up professional hospital you could ever go to. My wife was in the emergency and I had to ask the manager for a second receptionist to take care of the billing since there were three other people before us and they were taking too long to bill. The manager just ignores our request and walked away uttering a darn word. I recommend Aster hospital which is right across Colombia Asia, they have well qualified emergency doctors but here they have just medical students interning. You obviously are welcome to choose what ever you are comfortable with, just save you from disrespect and agony.

Hospital Staffs are nice and friendly. However i have good experience with the orthopaedics and physician only. One of the worst urology department. The doctor is very rude and mentally unstable. He lacks professional ethics, not even have manner on how to talk. I am very disappointed with urology department. The medical advice he gave was also wrong. I cross checked with Apollo speciality hospital and found their advice as stupid. Never consult urologist in Columbia Asia.
Was there for my mother's hysterectomy operation. The hospital staff and doctors are excellent and highly professional. House keeping has kept the place sparking clean. It was a pleasant experience for me and my mother. She recovered very well.

The hospital is clean and well maintained. At times parking become problem but they some how manage it. I have visited multiple times and found reception crowded (they have multiple counter) they take more time to attend and clear. The charges are really high Rs.650 for every consultation. They accept Paytm😉. All the floors have good seating arrangements for patients & visitors with LCD TVs, Newspapers & Magazines around you. If Little Ones👶👶 with you "No Worries" they have a nice play area which keeps them attracted and engaged. They have a fantastic kitchen but again too expensive 🙂.

The front desk receptionists are so slow at their work pace. It seemed as if they just hit the floor after training. The front desk is the first point of contact between a hospital and it's clients, hence it should have the most efficient , speedy personnels. Time is of great essence in an establishment like a hospital and it didn't seem like it is valued by this hospital. Also, when a person makes first time appointment by phone call or otherwise, the client receives a confirmation SMS where it should've mentioned the details/steps that needs to be followed upon reaching the front desk. Standing in a queue where my time is not valued is not an establishment I wish to approach again.

Worst experience.Doctor is not patient to give answers. They charged almost 1500/- but didn't give proper treatment. I have to go to another doctor for the treatment. Guys,please don't waste your amount. Go for normal hospitals.

Very good hospital in the area. Management is little messy at times, but not always. Staffs are helpful. Have enough parking space and have emergency ward.Have kids area for kids to play, cafeteria, radiology and all possible departments. Except the mess at times. I recommend everyone to visit without thinking twice.

Have been using the facilities here for five years. Though it has been said that this hospital is on the pricier side, I have found the care to be satisfying. Well designed building with adequate waiting areas and helpful staff. Wait times are reasonable in the out patient department. Parking can be a bit cumbersome during peak hours. The ambience is good and the place is clean and hygienic.
