Medical center services is not good and im paying extra because they said doctor said have to. Went to lifecare for full body checkup in Feb 2020, which includes all types of scannings, blood test, pap smear etc. But i couldnt do pap smear bck then as I have my period. They schedule my next appointment to end of August.Went back there,appointment at 930am, I finished everything at 1130am ( due to the crowd)They told me i have to measure my height weight again, take my blood test and urine test again. But i had my breakfast, the nurse said its ok. I said im supposed to only do my pap smear no?They said system states here u need to do blood test again, i asked why. They said doctor said. We all know blood test is not accurate if u didnt fast, yet i still did it cos as usual im blur af. Then when everything is finally done, they said i have to pay for the blood test and doctor consultation total RM398+100( when i havent even met the doc) because the clinic is full i have to come back another time.... or they can call me . Yet i paid...Im not going bck anymore

Excellent service and also facilities, was hosted by a lovely Ms. G.S Ong who has such an awesome personality, she even accompanied me when I extracted blood when I told her my fear of needles. Do look out for her, she's got great warmth and you will feel that she really has the patients interest at heart. Did my regular annual Blood Test and also added the Colon Sentry because stomach had been uneasy for a few months. Regular blood test result was available after a few hours but decided to wait for the Colon test that needed 1 week to process.On my return to review all results, was attended to by Dr. Ong, one of the more experienced Physicians there. Advise was good, noticed that my Hepatitis immunity was "Negative" and recommended a top-up. Was then attended to by the Nutritionists, Michelle. Another bubbly character, who was very patient in attending to all my random questions on Diet. Highly recommend Life Care, the lab services are great and on the spot. Am tempted to use their facilities to look into my sports injury too.

It's a health screening center for Australian visas.Urine test by physical examination-Weight of the body-Eye sight test Chest picture-Not taking under 10 years old-Promote breasts in women-When you arrive, you have to empty your urine and drink plenty of water.Drink plenty of water and dilute your urine well before you go.

Was here to do a blood test for insurance purposes in Sep 2019. Everything was well organized and the test and consultation went smoothly.My mother did a blood test there in Oct 2019. Again everything went smoothly and the report was ready as scheduled. The charge is RM20 for printing the report again so make photocopies!

Medical check-up process was quick and organized. However, there was no sense of urgency of the staffs (doctors included) working at the doctor consultation area. Given the appointment to collect report at 4pm with doctor consultation. Ended up waiting for 1.5hrs. There was 15 patients in front of me. Most doctors took up to 15-20min per patient. You do the math. It was a stressful experience. Would not recommend if you don’t have the whole day to spare.

Good service, nice ambient. Staff are friendly and helpful. I came here for the basic health screen package, and they gave me free basic eye check up (at Vista ground floor). They also offered me free ear nose throat (ENT) after I have gotten my report, but I declined is as it might take another hour for this test. I would hav accepted it if it was offered when i was waiting for the blood test result. Parking is available within the building. Parking rate is reasonable. I arrived at 8.15am, completed around 12.45pm. Light refreshment was provided. doctor was very young, but seems professional and knowledgeable. There is also dietian to advise you further.

My appointment for full body medical check up was 9:30am, and I started fasting since 10pm last night. Upon arriving at 9:30am, I proceeded with blood test, urine text, X-Ray, hearing test, eye check, ENT check-up. By the time I was done with the aforementioned tests, it was already 1:20pm. Nevertheless, it is now 2pm and I'm still waiting for my turn for ultrasound. I was told to keep my stomach empty for better ultrasound result. Mind you I have only been drinking water since last night, and I'm having headache caused by hunger and low sugar. My question is, why can't they start the body check-up with ultrasound which preferably to be carried out with empty stomach before all the hearing test, eye test, etc. This is just inconsiderate and unpleasant experience.

Overall inconsistent. There are days where staff don't pick up which can be very annoying, but when they do, they are well controlled to do their job. This may is manpower issue which can be solved by proper resource allocation. So if your coming here, it really depends on your luck.

Poor management and services. Screening and tests are good but Doctors not professional(walking here and there only). When the time is for consultation doctors rushing for lunch. If can't cope with many patients or customers please don't accept appointment. Always asked customer wait for long queue and some staff also made wrongly queue for customer.

Doctors mistakenly form a vision test for pre employment. Write in the pass or file ready to bold the word but the doctor put the tick. When he returned to the hospital, the half-day doctor said. Due form to submit next day. Remember when people couldn't get another job back and forth? One of our poor doctors. I came because my friend recommended its good place to do check up. I am very disappointed with the service you provided when I purchased the gold medical check up. First when going over the results even if a score was out of the healthy range the answer was "ignore it for now, check again in 3-6 months". Second the dietary advice was not helpful. The advice did not relate to me and no new plan was created. Thrid I felt I had no voice. All of my comments and concerns were ignored or pushed aside seeming to assume that I had lied. After these test my health related anxiety is increased with no clear resolutions

I was here with my family. The first impression was fine but after going through the medical checkup process, we found it very confusing moving from one waiting area to the other, without being informed what to do next. We had to check with the counters every time we came out from one room. The receptionist also failed to inform us the suitable tests to do despite knowing our health condition and later on when we asked further, they tried suggesting additional tests out of the package they told us to sign up for. In addition, they claim to serve light refreshment as part of the medical packages but the mini cafeteria isn’t up and ready to serve breakfast in the morning. Overall the experience wasn’t pleasant in my opinion. This probably won’t be in our list the next time we do full medical checkup.

Despite all of the comments view here. I still went for my medical check-up there. Was doing the Gold + type. Arrived there at 7.45am as requested and finished at 5.30pm. Too long wait. By the time I finished, was exhausted, then the doctor didn't really do good explanation to me but rather doing just like others said, doing hard-sell. Furthermore, didn't have chance to do the nutritionist part as it was already 5.30pm and they punched off at 5.00pm. When I got the report, no one bother to ask me about the nutritionist advice part but as I was totally exhausted and hungry (imagine since fasting the night before and having only very tiny portion of refreshment in the middle). Agreed with one of the reviewers here saying after the check-up, I am more lost in my health condition as there isn't any precise explanation from the doctor. The doctor seems more interested to sell you medication than explaining with patience in the result of the check-up results. Called up the next day wanting to talk to someone about the vague explanation to get some assurance but saying will call back but waited for the whole day and no call. Hope they will call one day. Though some of the staff during check-up were friendly and helpful but the one checking the bones was rude. Besides all of the above. This centre is very clean, comfortable and good facility. Overall a decent experience of medical checkup but the doctors here disappointed me,they were more interested in making sales and kept quoting prices instead of addressing my health issues ,even consultations were not so thorough, i was also told that the marker tests i did are not reliable/accurate and was told to take more tests to confirm , my heart sank when i heard thisIf the tests are not accurate why advertise in the first place? Why not put a disclaimer stating the accuracy percentage so we know better? Otherwise i liked the services rendered here by the sfaffs and lab assistants,even the lab guy gave a better consultation as compared to the doctorsThe doctors seriously should not be doing hard sale and kept quoting prices and keep mentioning costs every minute of the conversationThat was the only downsideI hope the management takes note of this and improve their methods on approaching the patients

I'm here for a health check for my Australian student visa application (subclass 500). Overall, I'm satisfied with their streamlined checking procedures. The staffs are very friendly too.I'm here from 8.15 to 9.55am on a Saturday, the whole process was about 1.5 hours if you reach here earlier. It cost me RM285, it was a 18% raise in price as compared to 2015 (I did my visa health check here as well). This price includes chest x-ray, physical check, urine test.Do print the electronic form from their webpage, and fill part A and B before you come.The White Dental on the second floor is my go-to-place too, Dr Sia Nin is very good.

I had a health check-up package and the process was efficient and well planned - I was even given a complimentary meal. The next day I contacted them again because I had forgotten to ask for a Receipt for my visit (my package was bought & paid via fave so the receipt was not given as part of the normal process). I was very promptly and professionally served by Ms Sharmila who organised the missing document fast and left me again with a very good impression of Life Care. Good service!

Too money minded. Charges are exorbitant. Higher than any private hospitals. Not recommended. Keep suggesting and recommending tests and procedures that are not necessary. After charging an exorbitant fee for the procedure, no explanation from the doctor on the result of the findings. Went home with just one pendrive to watch and a huge bill.

Came here for TB checkup for further study, just walk in and dont need appointment, forgot to bring my passport-sized photo, but the receptionist is very friendly and advised me to go nearby photo shop to take photo while waiting for final report n consult with DR. So I filled up the form first, form details need to be filled up with all capital letter, after that go up to take chest x ray, while waiting for Dr, I went out to take photo, and then finished the whole checkup within a few hours and got the TB cert, fast and easy ! Total fee costs rm250.

It's basically medical diagnostic centre, provides preventive healthcare, medical therapy, lab services, surgery & day care & specialist services. This centre is located at 3rd floor of Wisma Life Care. There are eleven rooms of ward consist of 3 single rooms & remaining 4 beded & double rooms. Have 2 operating theatres. The room is quite big, especially the toilet. Parking rate is not so expensive.

It's a blood test and health check centre. It is popular and can be crowded with insurance health check, visa application health check, normal or annual health inspection. It is a large place with several floors, including medical specialists clinics. They try to make the place pleasant and customer friendly, however they are ultimately doctors trying to do good customer service. There is a gap in mindset.

-MY LATE REVIEW- Careful girls for those who do pap smear in LIFE CARE!For those who do pap smear before normally they said you will be getting your report by email after days or week if your report is good. Or else you will be received call from doctor if your report is bad result.Story:I received call from a doctor after a week. (Usually Pap smear report is ready after 3 days!) Then the doctor was telling oh you got a unknown cell at the area have to do cleaning,so call(minor operation) and advice me to see him on the same day. The trick for this doctor: After he explaining your report by phone call (trying to scared you) so that you will go see him after the call. Then habis la I don't know about other girls kena tipu or not. At first I calm myself and I request him to email me my copy of the report and I said I willl call back him. So end up I waited for 4hours only got the report in my email.After received the report, trying to google and understand the report. Then call back: The doctor said : "oh I believe you have google those scientific words meaning right. I don't know why I call so many of you and explain you all don't understand one. You must do the cleaning earlier otherwise the bacteria spread later on. I cannot simply explain where is bacteria come from. Went for a full body check up and all the results were bad for glucose, cholesterol and I tested positive for NPC. Retested elsewhere, everything was fine. What a BS hospital, looks like they have their own team examining the samples without proper guidelines or tools. I wouldn't recommend this place, best to go BP or other highly reputable labs

I would give it 0 stars if I could ! The service was really awful here. The procedures were completed promptly but the waiting hours for the doctor consultation took longer than 4 hours of waiting. Their reason was they have no enough doctors on a busy day. Really not recommended if you have only few hours to spare.

I did my medical test for Canada immigration at Gleneagles HSC, Hassle free, received the e-medical confirmation on my email the day after, very professional service. For my daughter, 7, I decided to do it at Life Care and totally disappointed. The center is quite crowded like public hospital, they told me it will take 5 working days to report it to IRCC and still there is no sign if they have done it after 5 days. There is no confirmation email like what Gleneagles sent so you have no idea when the report is sent out. Today we called to find out if we can have a confirmation and were answered very impolitely. Never go there again and never recommend it.

I went there to do a x-ray, the place is quite nice, the staff is also generally polite, of course the price is also higher than other places. However, i was not happy with the waiting time, given that so little patients there and so many staff, I expect to complete the whole process within 1 hour (this was what my experience in other places). However, i have waited quite some time for the x-ray, then even longer time for report, total time spent is about 2 to 3 hours. Also, it seems like there is no one central system to control the process flow, staff is doing a lot of calling, finding to get things done. Another issue is that, if they expect us to wait for so long, should there actually tell us to set our expectation right? My experience is staff there just ask you to wait here or there, without telling you the expected waiting time, no number, if you not asking around, you probably will be blindly waiting, not sure what happen. In short, the process is really bad, slow and customer friendly.

I had to do my Australian Immigration Medical Checkup here. The whole process took around 2.5-3 hours. Everything is streamlined here.Print out the application details form and fill it in before arriving to speed everything up. The only official documents I needed was my original passport which they check before every examination.I came at 11am. Parking was plentiful and reasonably priced. The lady by the front desk was friendly and thorough with the application form and necessary documents.I went to the first floor, took a number and waited for a few minutes before being called to register. I had to take a urine sample. Then I paid at the counter past the doors.They checked my eyesight, blood pressure and took a photo of me for reference. Then I went for a chest x-ray shortly after.They called my name for the doctor’s examination about an hour or more later(I left for lunch in between, just sign out t the circular desk in the middle of the hall) The doctor was very friendly and professional.And that was all that happened.Good service overall.

Literary money grabbers and rip off. They rush to start working before you know the final price or exact list of work that will be done. When they finish, they high jack the price and you see extra work you did not need.It's strongly recommended, not to allow them to do any work, before you approve the final price and get an exact list of the work they will perform.

Went there for a full body check up. Service was good but the waiting time for doctor's consultation to go through my result is way too long. Life care should improve in this area and be more organised when sorting out the patients queue for doctors consultation.

A well-staffed medical diagnostics center. The waiting areas are very comfortable and the staff are quite attentive. It is said that the diagnostics capabilities here are comparable to SJMC and Sunway Medical. Even weekdays are quite busy here.

I went for a bad knee. The doc was not a listener, don't quite bother about your questions but busy diagnosing. Had a few xrays. end up i didn't have my doubts cleared but paying RM500 + for a few tips. Not recommended.

We did the healt examination for the Australian Visitor Visa. We arrived at 8 am on a Saturday. Everything went smooth and we finished it within 1 1/2 hours. Service was professional and well processed. It costs you 275 RM per person (X-ray & Health examination). They even provide you with Wi-Fi and water ;-)

Did my UK Visa TB test here. No appointments needed. Was quick and easy. Walked in, filled in some forms, paid, got my x-ray done, consulted the doctor for 3 minutes and then it's all done! Everything settled in less than two hours. Highly recommended for UK Visa TB test. Didn't expect it to be that fast at all.

Recently l went for an interview n l was shocked to know that ur BMI must be as the request fromd doctor. If u fail to hv the rite BMI then u will not be given a job there. This is a total discrimination. This mean d doctors rather look at the nurses for their beauty rather than skills. Its a shame to have such a mind set to run a medical centre. Just curious to know is this a medical centre to serve the public or its a Model Agency??????

Not worth a single star. Worst service and expensive. Will never come back again to this medical Centre. Today it took me more than 5hrs to complete my check up. Few years back it took me only 3hrs. Too commercialize and money minded. System and operation is so messy that the queue got messed up all the time. We request a special medical report to be filled up by doctor. My report they told me nonsense that I can only pick up a day later but my colleague's report was immediately ready to be collected on the spot. Non-standardize policy and operation. Utterly upset

easy and friendly. i rang them 2-3 times a day and they answered each one. patiently listenin to my conflicts and questions.but i was a bit disappointed on mantoux test issue. i understood that it will only be conducted if there are 15 people who wants to do it. but when i asked how many people are there in the line, they couldn't find out right away so i had to make a decision whether or not to pay my med checkup along with mantoux test. later after i got back, then they rang me and said the mantoux couldn't be done because not enough people and ive to wait till it is. which partly is my fault because i shouldve just gone another hospital that has it . i ended up losin not just couple of bucks but hundreds of bucks extra to do the mantoux test outside. i as well had to go here and there to do it and have to go back again to lifecare , because ive to endorse the test with them. cost me alot of time as well.oh well. what's done is done. i like the staff and how efficient they are but the delayed informations had caused my wrong decision-making.

I would like to express my anger and disappointment on your service.On 6-Sep-2016, I brought my father-in-law (FIL), a 70-year-old, to do a full body check up by using the Package A of the RM23,000 for 10 times package that I purchased earlier.We were told that it takes only 4 hours from beginning till we get the reports, and in between, while waiting for report, my FIL could go for breakfast.So we arrived before 8am (registration done at 7.55am) and waited patiently for the checkup.From my past experience, and the information given, I expected my FIL could go to eat some proper breakfast around 9.30am to 10.30amIn the beginning, everything was going smoothly, so I left my FIL at your centre and went back to my office nearby to do my work at 10am, and my brother-in-law was on the way to Life Care Centre to bring his father to breakfast.At that time, he was waiting to do the ECG and Stress Test, which I expect would be the last session before he can eat something.I told your sales representative, Kam, and also a nurse on duty, that please inform my FIL that he could go for breakfast.To my surprise, after I’ve done my meeting at 1pm, I was told that my father-in-law was still waiting and not being told that he could go for some food!!!I quickly ran to Wisma Life Care and asked them what happened, and they some more argue with me that it’s some communication problems?!When everything is done, we got the report and consultation from doctor, it was already 2pm, my FIL then went fo

Made an appointment. there around 15 mins early to register. 10 mins later was told that there will be a 1 hour delay "give or take" because of a prior customer. I organized my day around this and for a private expensive clinic this is completely unacceptable. Will definitely not spend my money there. I left to do my MRI elsewhere.
