Best hospital in delhi ncr. Good quality of treatment and takes good care of patients.
I was in the ER at about 5.30am and I've been waiting for almost 5 hours to get my swab test done. There's not much patient but it takes so much time to accommodate me, you can see staff inside that isn't working. So disappointing.
I am sending this complaint in behalf of my whole family who has been so disappointed with the service that they gave us when we made several follow ups on the result test done with my mother in law, husband and niece. We've tried to call them several times and they kept on telling us its not yet in the system. We've sent several emails and they haven't responded. only to find out they were sending response to my sister in law who happens to be in another country also asking for follow up!!!This is really annoying
Very poor customer service. I was told to follow up test result through email, I had 3 emails, but not even a single email was replied to on the status of the result. Cont number is keep hanging. Nobody is answering the phone, even the ER. I gave 1, because I had high expectation. But I was really disappointed.

Very poor admissions office, don't know the policies and very uninformative. We called ahead to make sure that we can be accommodated since we understand that there are policies now due to the pandemic. We spoke to woman in the admissions office and we asked if there's room available or if my mom will be accepted since we already have a doctor's order to admit her. This woman didn't any other information and sounded uninterested with what we our inquiring about. She just plainly said to bring my mom and they will be able to accomodate her. We are not that close to this hospital the reason also why we called ahead to make sure that we won't waste our time on this trip. As we got there later that morning, we were then asked who's doctor gave the order and there are no rooms available. We ended up finding another hospital as we have no choice because they can't admit my mom since it's not one their doctor and there's just no available room. If we were asked for this information we could've avoided all this and saved everyone's time. I hope this can be assessed and actioned about because this is not ordinary things that hospital deals with but human lives that's they're taking care of.
Very poor customer service. Was told to book teleconsult via email but was never responded to. Was also instructed to follow up test results via email, again no one bothered to reply. Had to spend 1 hour on the phone just to get them to update me on when test results will be emailed.
The hospital takes the quarantine issues very seriously. The staff are accomodating and the safety measures are in place.
The nurses in the ER were neither caring nor accommodating. I cant' believe they don't have a cardiac monitor inside the patient's room in Telemetry. It was a step down room from ICU. And it's Asian Hospital. It was not at all a good experience. You pay for an expensive price of health care and what you get is a cheap kind.
You need to spend atleast 4hrs for 5 minutes consultation + X-Ray done.Intellicare and hospital both have long procedures.
7:00 am to 2:30 pm I'm in an emergency. I just had my blood tested (CBC), chest xray, and urinalysis. It is not uncommon to have an hourly charge when you have an emergency slowing down your patients. Waiting outside of another patient is acceptable given the precautionary measures you can take. But please don't wait too long. Isn't it better to get patients who don't need an iconfine immediately? It is not possible to get more people out of emergency. Poor for the public hospital. It's worth the 7K plus I paid for what you did to me. I wish I had just lost some meds maybe faster.
What a rip off. Doctors have never studied a patient's case. Annoying. Almost everyone I've talked to is Internal medicine, tntrace ung history. I will not be consulting here again. And plus. The old secretary will get you and we will have our patients treated. Nevermind. Badtrip kayo.
Brought in my mother in law for an appointment. Wait time was reasonable. I can live with that. I find that the design of this hospital to accommodate dwarfs. Very few Elevators. Line ups to access elevators totally unacceptable. Poor parking. Hallways small. Limited seating in main lobby. Hospital is to small for this size population. Maybe they should come to North America and see what a real hospital looks like.

My wife comes here annually for her Executive Check-Ups. Front line staff are always all very friendly, very accommodating and patient. But the doctors brought down the review. We were early for the appointment but as usual the doctors were late and didn't clearly explain the results of the tests performed. Great clean and modern facilities.
I've been calling this hospital for its renowned higher standard of cate but it seems from the answering service keep hanging up without any due help nor words when all I want is to set up an appointments for a family . They need to get proficient people to man their call services
My grandmother and I went for her follow-up check up, we forgot to bring her wheelchair so we asked the staff if they could lead us one wheelchair, but there was a lot of patient that time we asked the front office if we could borrow their wheelchair but they refuse us due to its hospital protocol that the wheelchair can only be use for admitting patient. we had to go back home and get my grandmother her wheelchair, hopefully they could add more wheelchait for the convenient of their other patients also the doctors are always late, 1hr iscan be tolerate but 5hrs of waiting is being inconsiderate

Showed up at 11am as advised by the staff of Dr. Catherine Cinco. They told me she would not be in by 2pm then they referred me to another pediatrician with a 3 hour wait. Unfortunately we had to go home and could not do a 3 hours wait with our two young children. What a waste of time and money to make the 45-minute commute. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that I am unable to make an appointment in advance, I just have to show up and see what happens.
Nice hospital, with ER staff EXTREMELY attentive and efficient, while guiding you and instructing you on what is needed, not just expecting you to “ask” for things you might want or need (as other hospitals, particular one in BGC, usually do)

Been calling just now (10.10.19 @ 7:35PM) checking if there are emergency room available, sad to say the operator will just transfer your call but no one attending the line. Stayed on the line almost 15 minutes and decided to look for another hospital instead.
Moneymaking in these hospital. They keep on repeating procedures and the patient is charged again even it was an error by the hospital. Highly expensive which is not worth the treatment and service provided. They only have a brand but it’s a poor service.
My uncle was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. His situation was becoming critical each day. We began his treatment at Asian hospital, he went through chemotherapy, it was really heart breaking to see him going bald and weak but the good part was that gradually he was recovering and was able to make his was out of it. We are very thankful to doctors and hospital.
Will not give them 5 stars until they improve their timeliness. There were series of experiences when an scheduled appointments either with a physician, lab/radiology test, surgery, etc. was delayed and they were not so apologetic about it. Time is Gold guys!
Needed an OB for an urgent case, since it's December 26 i called first to make sure there's a doctor available. They gave me 2 names but when i got there the receptionist told me there are no OB available!!! Seriously? I called like an hour before my visit. Poor service and very inconvenient
the facility was good but the service really needs a lot of improvement. specially in processing discharged 3 hours and counting we were still waiting.The customer service was old but I just passed it to the nurses of our floor.
That Dr. ''Edwin L. Dimatatac'' doesn't deserve to the be chairman of Infectious Diseases. He doesn't care about his patient and was rude to us, he rushed our check up as too when we were the only patient at the time. We paid P800 for the check up, and it defenitely wasn't worth it .We traveled all the way from Batangas City just to get treated very poorly. This is one of those Drs. that base their treatment on how you dress and just does it for the money. We expected a proper treatment from this Dr. since he is the chairman after all. Remember the name, ''Edwin L. Dimatatac'' Chairman of Infectious Diseases Asian Hospital Medical Center. Avoid having a check up on this Dr.

Amongst all the hospitals that I visited, this hospital is the best so far. The staff and nurses are friendly even the security at the parking. The nurse that I’ve encountered was very honest. I went for a 4d ultrasound and congenital anomaly scan but before the procedure was done the nurse approached me and said “Ma’am you’ve been charged wrongly. We have a promo if you’re doing both 4d and anomaly scan but the cashier charged you separately for both. I will speak to the cashier to revise your charges.” We had a refund of more than 2k after and we we’re so happy.
My dad is currently admitted and was moved from the telemetry unit to a normal room in the afternoon. His dinner hasn’t arrived yet at 7pm so they followed up. At 8pm, still no food. We had to buy on our own since he’s diabetic. Food arrived at 9pm! How hard is it to track a patient when they get transferred to another room? He is diabetic and as a result of not being fed, his blood sugar went up and throwing up bile! Follow up with the nurses led to nothing. Even took so long for the doctor to check up on him and medicine to arrive. This really bad service!!
Im 37 and had a gallbladder laparoscopy here in Sydney Australia, considered routine here. I went in 11am for the surgery, then went home by 5pm the same day. My mum lives in the Philippines, she is over 65 so no health insurance would take her. She had the same thing plus a bile duct blockage which should have been cleared with the 1 procedure. Instead her doctor did it separately, 2 blood transfusions and an endoscopy. Her Doctor a Dr Masa essentially "milked us" for up to 700k pesos!!!! and kept her for 7 days!!!!! My similar procedure (6 hour procedure) was insured but checked the bill and it was $7000 aud which would be 200k pesos and that's Australian standards and labour fees which is way higher than in the Philippines! Healthcare in the Philippines especially Asian Hospital is just a business, full stop! they will just milk you for everything you have, a rort as we say here. Australian hospitals offer a payment plan, Asian hospital- None!
Theres's this lady OB at Women's Health who's basically rude and unprofessional. I will go to another hospital for sure. 3rd time I received poor service from this unit, fairly I don't think I did not give Asian Hospital a chance to redeem more professional staff and doctors cos it's the third time I had dissatisfaction.
Worst is the service experience nmin at hosptal to. Asian Hospital and Medical Center.Day 1 I rushed to Bryce (My Son) ER about 5-6PM because it was 40.2 temperatura, this is the nearest hospital in our house and my husband is not the only one to drive to our more preferred hospital (MMC).Diagnosis for Bryce in ER is Broncho Pneumonia.Then in ER ER was swizzle because Bryce was dehydrated. The doctor's advice, he added, is that. Around 10-11 PM we entered the room, so my husband came from the hospital.My baby was crying because she was comfortable. When I was in the room, we were married to a couple who were super swollen by my baby, it was wrong when they entered the heplock with my baby, so my right hand (I have pics), he did not move and crying loudly baby i'm because it's uncomfortable or painful. So the nurse removed the heplock, saying that a nurse had said, "I should not have climbed ER to me if this happened."When the heplock was removed, the advice of 2 nurses- "hot compress you're here, it's gone too", so we just gave you towel and warm water and they left our room. So my husband and I got married to the hospital. 3 days the child's hands are swollen because the fluids inside the skin go instead to the veins.Because they removed the heplock from their hands, they smashed my baby again.The pediatricians are working to insert a heplock, more than "7 times" they hit my son with both hands and feet but they could not enter the heplock.We are crying that the baby is so s

Very unprofessional staff. Information given for lab work is incorrect had to come back twice and be on fasting twice when it could've been done once. Set appointment for a proceedure, was called by a staff about moving the appointment on an earlier date and time, arrived 30 mins early and was advised to wait in the lobby to be called, what's the point in setting up an appointment if we would still need to wait in line? Due to this there has been loss of revenue over moved appointment to accommodate the change of date and time of the proceedure.FYI: still here waiting to be called for the proceedure on an appointment that is scheduled at 3pm and it's now 3:48pm. Proceedure was done 4:05 pm and ended 4:20 pm.
worst hospital for nurses and other staffs. Very patient-centered. the nurses and medtechs are in the rants and demands of patients and even doctors. The fact is that they are less than 8 hours old. I noticed that many complainants were out of place.
It is really inconvenient for foreigners to see a doctor. The day before, I went to find it. I said that the doctor came at 11 o'clock the next day. I didn't come until 12 o'clock. When the doctor came, there were many people waiting in line. The foreigners were also arranged at the end. The clinic fee was 800p. It is very expensive, and this service is often queued for two or three hours before the turn, the experience is very poor, wait two or three hours, the visit is less than 20 minutes, the patient's time is not time, also said that time is life It is so simple to waste someone else's time. Whoever makes us not a doctor needs to go to the hospital to see a doctor. Can we wait until we wait, can we not have a little time concept? Say good time, not once on time, the time written on the list is for yourself? To waste someone else's time is to waste someone else's life. The patient's time is not time. Who wants us to go to the hospital? Need a doctor's help.The working hours are delayed. The working hours are very punctual. I am at Asian Hospital at this very moment to consult a hematologist doctor named Dr. Anna Agdamag. Her clinic hours is supposed to be 10am-12pm...she arrived past 12pm and started attending to patients for consultation around 1230pm....it's already 2pm and I am still not attended to...i think it's more realistic and acceptable if her clinic hours are 12-3pm..her secretary cannot give any explanation as to why the doctor started her clinic hours this late...all she can say was "wala tayo magagawa" which I responded meron. . the doctor should have arrived earlier... I wish there are other doctors I can turn to but your hospital only have 2 hematologist under Intellicare.. and according to Intellicare staff the other doctor only services existing patients (i dunno how can anyone be considered existing if the doctor is not entertaining new patients though) so.. i guess im doomed. haist

Actually, since birth I’ve always brought my son here for emergency cases since year 2007 because of their great service, great facilities and very friendly and accommodaring doctors and nurses. Unfortunately, Yesterday was a depressing encounter with the nurse assigned in the ER reception, upon arrival the guard gave us an ID without no number, I was just instructed to show it to nurse. So we sat down then wait for our turn. When I thought it was our turn and I am about to stand up. Surprisingly the nurse did not call me but instead called the 2 other patients who came 30 minutes after we’ve arrived and gave them a form and asked them to filled out the form. So I asked the other nurse at the reception how would youKnow who should be the next in the line when there is no qeue number in the IDs? I’ve said that we came first in the line but we were not entertained....The nurse that I’ve approached said .... ‘Ma’am sorry po madami po kasi patients’ then he handed me a form. I proceed answering the form then reurned to him the completed form then he put my son’s form first on top of the other 2 patients. But the nurse on the reception once again put my son’s form below others cometed form. So I immediately reported to the security gurad what happened I said ‘Sir wala po bang number itong id’s nauna po kasi kami dun sa ibang patients pero d pa kami tinatawag?’ Then the guard said to the nurse at the reception Sir nauna ung bata kanina pa pasunod na lang. The best hospital in Alabang in terms of its' facilities and excellent service. Medical staff/nurses were very accommodating and attentive to your needs. I was confined here before and i must say that it was a good experience in terms of medical attention and care that the staff extended to me. Same experience when my son and father was confined here too! Very clean and secured. Doctors looks very neat, professional and presentable so there's this feeling that you're in good hands and will be well taken cared of! 😍 Services and fees are much higher as compared to other hospitals but you'd definitely get your moneys' worth! Competent work force! Food outlets and restos are located in the lower ground floor. Pricey but good food. There's a BPI atm machine in the upper ground floor (medical bldg.)

All there staffs are friendly and accomodating. This is the first time my daughter was hospitalized. And she never felt any pressure and trauma. :)
After more than 3 years we finally got our refund. My mother died at Asian hospital on Jan. 21, 2013. Our deposit was written under her name.They asked for a deposit of P100,000.00 since the patient needed to be in the ICU. Later, we were able to use my mother's Blue Cross Blue Shield health card. Since the patient died and the receipt was under her name, it was difficult for us to unite the heirs to get the refund.

I was confined here in Asian hospital last 2009 for 5 days. They have very good and polite staff, services are great too.Nurses are competent and took care of me very well that the experience of staying here is worth it. Room service meal are one of the best during my stay and as though you're in a hotel rather than in a hospital. Of ocurse ,my doctor was one of the best too.I get the standard private room which costs Php 2,750 then and just saw that this is now around Php 3,630 ( effective last Sept 2014)

I had occasion to use the services of the Emergency Room on August 12. 2012 and found the professionalism, courtesy and competence to be excellent. From the person greeting me as I entered all the way to the discharge process, all staff performed their respective functions well. As a former hospital director and a current healthcare provider, I would return to Asian with confidence. Keep up the good work.
Two days ago I have been just 1time there,because my mother in low, i find it nothing special,normal ,yes,she payed consultations with the doc , but no more expensive then others .
Times I have been seemed quite empty, probably due to the costs. But you will get the top notch medical staff here. Premium rates for the rooms of course. But that's to be expected. Looks more like an upper class hotel than a hospital from the outside.
