They do not provide information on the results of analytics or general information, nor about the medications or where to buy them because they were not in different pharmacies that I had to go the same day. At each control visit the average wait was approximately 1 hour.In general a very improvable service and little staff in the case of what it is.I hope they improve with this and other criticisms for future clientsSlds!

An unfortunate organization, they gave us an appointment for hysteroscopy and gave us the wrong steps to follow, without having to do anything without anesthesia. We never touched the same doctor. And never punctual. Bad experience

We are following the pregnancy with a doctor at the clinic and the service on the other hand is very good, but on the part of the clinic we see very bad organization: appointments are always inaccurate, with a deviation of about one hour at each appointment .

Greetings to all, wish you good luck in your experience with the fertility center.Thanks to Google, for giving the option to comment to any user of a service.I will relate our experience with Ifer, wish you all, that you do better than us.About three years ago, we went to Ifer to inform us of the possibility of a fertility treatment, they treated us kindly and diligently, we went to the appointment and they informed us of the functioning and mechanisms to be parents with the help of Ifer, to the question of reliability percentage, they answered that it was around 75%, they convinced us and we started the treatment.After the multitude of consents and signatures we began, with all the hope and hope, little by little, we felt emotionally alone .........Very bad experience and totally unattended in the process ...... I would love to be satisfied, but it was a horrible experience, for the couple.

I changed the appointment, a couple of days before, I arrived late a couple of minutes and the girl at the reception said to me, with a rather raised tone and edge attitude that I must wait I do not know how long, the attention leaves little to be desired , and their lack of organization and respect for the patient as well.
