What you need to know about All-on-4 in Thailand

A Dental Implant is a small titanium screw inserted inside your jawbone to replace the root-part of a missing tooth. All-On-4 refers to a dental implant technique where four implants on top or four implants on the bottom are used to support a bridge or overdenture of 12 to 14 teeth instead of using an implant for every missing tooth. The procedure is mostly performed to replace badly decayed teeth, broken down teeth, or compromised teeth due to gum disease.

MyMediTravel offers 12 Medical Centers in Thailand, some of which offer All-on-4 procedures - see below for the complete list, along with estimated prices. The price of a All-on-4 can vary according to each individual’s case and will be determined after an in-person assessment with the doctor. The procedure is carried out under local or general anesthetic. First, your dentist prepares your mouth for the implants by removing your remaining failing teeth, as well as any infected or diseased tissue from your gums and jaw. Then, your dentist inserts the titanium screws into your jawbone; two toward the front of your mouth and two towards the back of your mouth to make sure they can evenly support the denture.
