It is a well known hospital. Underground food court restaurants are also delicious. It's always a busy place to go.
This hospital is wonderful hospital! Staffs are kind. Doctors are proficient! Price is reasonable!
I did Rhinoplasty, ear surgery and lower blepharoplasty at BK, staff are very friendly and spoke English.
Everything was at the highest level, with Dr. Man Gong So who operated on my golden hands, and special thanks to the Russian-speaking coordinator Aike!
Christy was simply amazing and very helpful. Her English is exceptional and she was extremely friendly which really helped me with my anxiety. My case was difficult as my previous Rhinoplasty was infected and got really bad and I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to get my normal nose back. However, Dr Kim was a true professional and he was honest with me that he would only be able to fix about 80%. To be honest I was disappointed hearing that but in the end I’d rather have a doctor who is upfront with me about what he can and cannot do than making false promises. I am now more than half a year post op ( 8 months) and the nose is shaping up alright! Albeit the parts where he couldn’t fix still bothers me a lot but all in all I’m glad to have a normal life back. Thank you Dr Kim, Christy, and all the staff at April 31!
Hi guys, I feel like not many people on here mentioned VG Plastic Surgery ( maybe because the place is not heavily promoted in foreigners).I’ve been silently considering my revision rhinoplasty because I’ve never been satisfied with my primary rhinoplasty. It always felt like a really big decision to make but I constantly got annoyed at my nose. I hated taking pictures from the front because of my uneven nose ( kind like collapsed the left side of the nose).I found out about VG plastic surgery by chance while I read the reviews on the Purseforum blog, someone has mentioned the name of VG. I stumbled across a video on YouTube and Instagram. I liked the whole feeling of the hospital so I contacted them. They do 1:1 online consultation which was nice. The English consultant Julia, she is the one who assisted me and arranged for me to get a direct online consultation with Dr.Im Young Min ( CEO of VG and specialized in revision rhinoplasty ). She worked tirelessly to help me when I was doing online consultation and in-person consultation in Korea, to just before and all throughout after my surgery. She was always making herself available to me either in person at the clinic or online via LINE. She's probably one of the busiest employees at the clinic as she handles all of the English speakings foreign patients. I really appreciate her.Dr.Im Young Min is really good with rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and alarplasty ( has natural & dolly looking results). Dr.Im seemed professional and straightforward about what can and cannot be done. I feel like it’s better to know beforehand instead of being disappointed because of unrealistic expectations. It’s about 3 months post-op and so far I am liking the results. I have not regretted getting my revision rhinoplasty at VG Plastic Surgery. Overall I have a great experience and now I’m waiting for my final results ❤️
I would highly recommend Nana Plastic Surgery Clinic. I had a full mommy makeover and Dr Hwang did a great job! The language barrier was never a problem thanks to the amazing English consultant Kylie. She has put in hours helping me …

Breast Augmentation View details & Read reviewsI haven’t had any type of plastic surgery before so I was a little nervous going in, but all the staff at 1mm made it really easy for me. My areas of focus were the lower abdomen, lower arm, axillary breast tissue and inner thighs. During my online consultation they let me know that since I was already slim mini lipo would be a better option for me. When I came in for my in-person consultation the doctor and consulting staff were very thorough in asking what kind of shaping I wanted and also letting me know what would and would not be possible, which I appreciated. On the day of the surgery I was quite nervous but as they explained what was going to happen it helped calm me down and by the time it came to the actual surgery I was more excited than anything else. Before the surgery I met with the doctor one last time so that he could map the areas. He said he thought I looked pretty calm. Nice to know I’m good at acting. Right after the surgery I met with the doctor again who explained how everything went, which it thankfully went according to plan, and just answered any questions I had regarding aftercare. I’ve heard instances of people describing the procedure as painful but rather than that I would say it felt more like discomfort equatable to a muscle ache. I was even able to catch a bus home myself a few hours after. This was my first ever surgical procedure of any kind and the doctor and staff at 1mm really made it a pleasant experience throughout. My korean isn’t great so they always had someone there to translate for me and just stay with me to answer questions or just help me feel more relaxed. I didn't have anyone accompany me to any of my appointments so that was really nice. All in all it was a positive experienced I know where I'm going to go if I ever decide to do anything else.
Great staff and professionel services.
Very kind and nice

Commonly known as the 'Boob Job,' Breast Augmentation, Breast Enhancement, Breast Enlargement Surgery, Augmentation Mammoplasty, or Breast Implants are the terms used to describe a surgical procedure to increase the size and/or change the shape of the breasts. During the procedure, silicone or saline implants are inserted behind the breast tissue or beneath the chest muscle. With both techniques, the implant is behind the milk ducts so the procedure won't affect future breastfeeding for women.
The silicone implant is by far the most popular choice as they appear more natural when compared to saline implants. However, silicone implants require a slightly larger incision. Different types are available based on the shape and the size, with the two most common being the Round and Teardrop Implant.
The decision to have a breast augmentation should be an informed one that takes into account the potential risks and side effects. You should also have realistic expectations about the results of breast implant surgery to avoid disappointment. Find out about the procedure, the recovery period, and any possible complications - ask your doctor or surgeon if you are unsure about anything.
A Breast Augmentation is performed by inserting implants behind your breast tissue or below your chest muscles, both of these surgical techniques will position the implants behind your milk ducts to prevent any complications in the future, especially when breastfeeding. Your breasts may continue to develop as you reach your late teens and right up to your early twenties, which is why the FDA requires women to be at least eighteen years of age and older to undergo this type of surgery.
Prior to the breast enhancement procedure, you would have had to undergo a consultation and medical evaluation with your surgeon. During this time, your surgeon will help you decide what type of implants and what size best suits your breast condition. This is also the time to discuss incision options. The incision will depend on the type of implants, size and of course, the surgeon-patient preference. There are 3 types of incision that each patient must be aware of:
There are two basic types of breast implants with both being performed under general anesthetic:
Saline implants composed of silicone shells filled with sterile salt water (saline). Saline-filled implants can be pre-filled or filled during the placement procedure. This type of implant will give your breasts an even shape and more of a natural feel and firmness. Saline implants have been known to rupture over time, they may also wrinkle at an early stage as compared to other types of implants. However, if this type of implant leaks, its shell will collapse and eventually, the saline will be absorbed and expelled naturally by your body.
Silicone Implants, on the other hand, are silicone shells filled with a plastic gel (silicone). It is the preferred implant type since the result is considered to feel and look more like a real breast than compared to Saline Implants. Silicone implants can also be pre-filled or filled during the placement procedure. Furthermore, it is FDA approved for augmentation in women aged 22 and above. On the flip side, if this type of implants leak, its gel will either stay inside the shell or leak into the breast implant pocket. Compared to Saline-filled implants, a leaking silicone-filled implant may or may not collapse and revision surgery will be required.
In most cases, breast augmentation is performed as an inpatient procedure, meaning you have to stay in the hospital for at least one night. The typical surgery time is between 1-1.5 hours. It is important to have regular check-ups with your surgeon during your immediate recovery time. This is especially important to patients who have undergone silicone breast implants; you have to make sure that your implants are properly functioning. An MRI screening or ultrasound may be required to assess its condition.
Removal of the stitches will be decided upon during your one-week checkup. Be aware that you will need to stay in South Korea until you get the go-ahead from your surgeon that you can travel back home, but it's safe to say 7-10 days post-op is sufficient enough time when booking a round trip.
Every woman’s body is unique, so it is important to know that there is no exact timeline for recovery. Usually, the first 3-5 days are the most uncomfortable; your Doctor will prescribe pain medications to ease your discomfort. It is most likely advisable that you take 2 weeks off work after the operation to fully help the recovery.
Keeping in mind that breast implants are not designed to last for a lifetime, it is important that you maintain a regular check-up with your local Doctor. Most patients are usually fully cleared to resume all their normal activities after two months. In terms of exercise, you will be able to return back to your full routine in about 6-8 weeks.
But it is vital that you strictly follow your Doctor’s aftercare instructions so that you will not have any complications and your implants will be able to heal properly.
Breast augmentation surgery is among the most popular plastic surgeries in the world, with ~98% of women expressing positive feedback, benefiting from a more desirable appearance and a huge boost in confidence. Common postoperative complications are usually concerned with the scar healing areas and positioning of the implants, so it is necessary that you undergo at-home physiotherapy during the recovery period. Your breasts will look and feel natural within a few months as your breast tissue, muscle and skin slowly stretch to accommodate your implants.
