That was the best experience I've had in a hospital. Being in a hospital sucks😔 but the whole staff made my stay a special one. 😆 They were truly amazing. My doctor was remarkable and the nurses really went above and beyond to comfort me in every way possible. They checked on me every 10 minutes or so prior and after the surgery to reassure me that everything was going to be ok.

I understand why this hospital is considered the best in Thailand. Traveled all the way from Australia to get my treatment here after I heard good things about it. Superb staff, very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Many of the staff can speak English, so communication is not a problem. I asked many questions and told them my concerns, and they answered patiently and put me at ease. Had to stay for several days after my treatment. The room was super clean, well-designed, and definitely made me feel comfortable. The nurses checked on me every hour or so, and the food was surprisingly great. Though having to stay in a hospital is never a good experience, I would say my time in Bumrungrad was a pleasant one. A bit pricey when compared to other hospitals around the area, but with the quality service and high-level care offered, it was all worth it.

What you need to know about Gynecologic Laparoscopy in Thailand

Gynecologic laparoscopy is a minimally invasive medical procedure that uses a laparoscope, a long thin tool with a camera, that is inserted through a small incision in the abdomen. It can be used to diagnose and treat a range of conditions, such as benign and malignant tumors, endometriosis, and infertility. In Thailand, gynecologic laparoscopy has become increasingly common due to the availability of skilled medical professionals and the high quality and cost-effectiveness of the procedure. The first step to having a gynecologic laparoscopy is to contact a medical professional who is experienced in performing the procedure. This can involve visiting a doctor’s office, or contacting them via a hot line or their website. The doctor then begins their consultation process, which includes an assessment of the patient’s medical history and a physical examination. It is also important to provide the doctor with any relevant test results or imaging that has been conducted. After this, the doctor will advise the patient on the best course of action. The actual procedure typically takes an hour or fewer, and carries minimal risks. During the gynecologic laparoscopy, the doctor will use a laparoscope to look through small holes in the abdomen, which provide a wide view of the abdominal or pelvic organs. During the procedure, the doctor may also perform biopsies or other tests to further investigate any suspicious findings. In most cases, the patient can be discharged from the hospital the same day as the laparoscopy, and will usually be able to resume normal activities within a few days. It is important to follow any aftercare instructions that are given, such as refraining from engaging in strenuous activities for a period of time.
