Der Umgang mit den Patienten ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ständig heißt es, der Artz kommt gleich, Stunden später immer noch keiner da. Nach 5 Stunden Aufenthalt im KH ohne jegliche Ergebnisse, bin ich ohne weitere untersuchungen gegangen. Nicht mal mein Blut Ergebnis konnten Sie mir nach 5 Stunden zeigen. Aber es wird auf Gesundheitliche Folgen hingewiesen, wenn gegen den Rat des Artzes gehandelt wird. 4 Ärtze die nicht dahinter gekommen sind warum mein Blutdruck momentan so hoch ist. Kann ich definitiv nicht weiter empfhelen.

I was at the emergency room 2 days ago at 6:20 p.m. with a heavily bleeding hand injury. There I was told that I had to wait until 7:00 p.m. because a doctor would not be there until then. After pointing out that my emergency bandage (kitchen roll) was completely supplied with blood, I was advised to contact the registration office across the street, which I then did. There the access was set up in a corana-like manner. That means I had to ring the doorbell there. Nothing to be said against it, but the personnel who could be recognized from the outside reacted in no way even after showing my bleeding bandage through the window and taking note of it! Only a nurse, who was accompanying a patient to the exit, took me away, frightened at the bandage, and took me to a treatment room. A doctor came straight away and it seemed that things would now turn out to be positive. But immediately after the start of treatment, the doctor apologized because an emergency had arrived. Understand that too, but then nothing happened for 45 minutes. Only after several inquiries on my part a nurse came and tried to take care of my still badly bleeding wound. This was done in a highly amateur way, as the bandage material could not hold due to the heavy bleeding. I just wanted to get out and get further treatment elsewhere. The nurse had put on a makeshift bandage, which was already getting blood circulation while the dressing was being carried out. He then offered me that I could go now or wait for the doctor to write the discharge letter. I didn't wait for it and then went home because there is a doctor in my immediate neighborhood who I went to immediately. He then gave me a makeshift doctor and then drove me back to the clinic because the wound had to be properly treated. They let me in there immediately, the doctor came immediately and instructed another nurse to take care of the wound properly, which he succeeded in doing. The next day I presented myself to a trauma surgeon for further treatment. Voluntarily there never never never again !!!!

I was in the hospital in Siegburg for 2 weeks. A tumor in the rectum had to be removed. A complicated operation. Everything worked out great! Everyone took great care of me! The nursing staff was very caring! The doctors had time to ask questions. Especially in times of Corona where you can only get a visit after 3 days, the nurses and carers took their time and cheered you up when they could. Thank you !

Today I was in the emergency room with a vertigo and terrified. Miss Dr. Weiss examined me thoroughly and explained my current complaints very well. I have to say quite honestly that from the reception, through the medical examinations to the discharge, I have never felt so friendly, understanding and competent in a hospital. Many, many thanks to the entire team today & stay healthy! Thank you for everything.

The private clinic area is more than successful for a hospital, mostly friendly and caring staff, even if the agreements between each other sometimes did not work, almost all employees tried very hard. Very nice head doctor and decent food. There are really worlds between the private clinic area and the "normal" hospital. The corona measures are implemented here in pretty much all areas.I didn't think of HELIOS at the time, but my opinion has changed since my stay in the private clinic.

Station 4: I am a private patient. I stayed there one night after a nose job as a check-up. Staff, service and organization in all areas very friendly, professional and still very pleasant.The kitchen, for a hospital, absolutely fine. Of course, I'm only happy to come back if a new treatment is due. A shuttle service picks you up from home and brings you back accordingly. Free of charge

I was in this hospital 3 times within a month and almost died .... Not even the gallstone the size of a tennis ball and a gallbladder enlarged 4 times were diagnosed, despite multiple ultrasounds !!!! The very last hospital ever.

The very last hospital ... my wife was there she found a stomach ulcer and she punctured it to search an intestinal cord, but in all examinations she did not find that the gallbladder was 4 times as large and a tennis ball-sized gallstone would have it in 2 weeks ... ... the St.Josef in Troisdorf found that out in 10 minutes! ... Never again Helios Siegburg ... my wife almost died because of that at the age of 39

Was on 04.07. due to bilateral hernia in the Helios. O.P. Doctors, nursing staff and everything was great :-) At the beginning of May 2019 I was in hospital again at Helios Siegburg and, as before, very satisfied with the emergency room, nursing staff and doctors. Top .On May 15th, 2020 a very complex "whipple" operation was performed on me and everything went well. Could be released after 11 days and recovery is still going very well. Many thanks to Dr. Seifert and his OR team and the nursing staff of ward 3d. My rating ... 5 stars +++. Thanks again Helios Siegburg.

On 5.6.2020 my heart valve was operated on with two Mitra clips, the implementation was very good a great team did a great job and the stay at ward 1D was great, I felt really well looked after.

I felt very well cared for here. Doctors who took their time. The nurses in ward 2B were great! The only point of criticism was the organization. But honestly, no wonder given the lack of personnel in this industry.

I still think back with great gratitude to my rescue after a heart operation at the Helios Clinic in Siegburg. Even if it was routine for the highly specialized team, it is still one of the wonders of my life that, thanks to the chain reaction of the happiest circumstances with the helicopter, I got into the hands of efficient and careful specialists. All subsequent examinations confirmed the good work and the super correct monitoring of wound healing. It's a need to say thank you for that.Staying on the ward turned into a nightmare. My handbag and my small travel bag remained undetectable after leaving the intensive care unit. I had neither glasses nor a cell phone, nor a watch (there was no (!) In my first ward, nor the necessary dentures, nor personal laundry, nor my wallet with ID, etc.) Calls were not possible in this hospital I couldn't reach my relatives for a long time, and neither could I, conversely, find out that my luggage ultimately remained undetectable only through a draconian letter from the administration, which was on my bedside table without speaking to me beforehand Proof that I never had luggage and that I had to prove it! From now on, the staff on the ward avoided me as much as possible. They also refused to answer my question whether I was registered as a private patient I just got away from here.In a mental loop, I reconstructed the shadowy memories of the circumstances of my posting. My entire period of convalescence and outpatient rehabilitation was extremely stressed by many restrictions and the necessary steps such as account locking and dentist appointments and visiting a lawyer etc. Who likes to mess with a hospital group like the heliosklinik? After our lawyer sent a letter with a cost statement for the replacement to the administration in Siegburg, my things were found (after 7 weeks!). The only thing that was missing in the handbag was a copy of a protocol with the date and patient number about the most important things in my handbag, which I had signed when I was already sedated. Perhaps that is why one dared to try again to blame the responsibility for all these mistakes on the fact that I would not have been regularly registered as an emergency? In reality, I had given both the helicopter team and the emergency room team my health insurance card and a private hospital insurance document. (As a precaution, we had paid in for such a crisis for decades). In a final step, before going to court, I received the requested, written apology and a reasonable reimbursement from the hospital administration. The cause of all the burdens was that my luggage had landed correctly on the 1st class station, but I was brought into the 2nd class.How are patients who do not have a family to support them? Who don't dare to hire a lawyer? Since I have also witnessed other serious administrative errors, I appeal to the clinic to conduct honest error analyzes and to qualitatively improve the processes and the cooperation between the employees! I advise relatives of patients to monitor the administrative processes closely, to ask questions if they have doubts, not to be intimidated, to draw up reports in the event of loss and to make sure that the patients wear an identification bracelet.A clinic that is so medically excellent does not deserve that its performance is diminished by such cynical treatment of patients - or worse, the recovery of patients is massively impaired.

After the call on the telephone hotline, the lady said on request to my partner's pain: "[...] just come to the ambulance! [...]" A nurse gave us to the receptionist, who was very, very nice is responsible for the admission of the patients, so and in a somewhat inappropriate tone denounced to all patients present!Of course there is an unbelievable lot to do there and especially on Mondays you can easily imagine that there is a lot of crowds there. Despite everything we must never lose respect for other people and behave so towards patients. This has nothing to do with stress at work! What is finally worth a thank you is the statement by the receptionist, who has repeatedly apologized for the inhumane behavior of the short-haired nurse.

Preferably zero stars! The "doctor" Hr Al MH was very unfriendly only emphasized that I would not be an emergency with more than a week of pain and people would die from my "unnecessary" visit because he was taking care of me, which he did not have to do , Apparently you have to be close to the exit in order to be properly treated, both in medical and human terms.
