Der Umgang mit den Patienten ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ständig heißt es, der Artz kommt gleich, Stunden später immer noch keiner da. Nach 5 Stunden Aufenthalt im KH ohne jegliche Ergebnisse, bin ich ohne weitere untersuchungen gegangen. Nicht mal mein Blut Ergebnis konnten Sie mir nach 5 Stunden zeigen. Aber es wird auf Gesundheitliche Folgen hingewiesen, wenn gegen den Rat des Artzes gehandelt wird. 4 Ärtze die nicht dahinter gekommen sind warum mein Blutdruck momentan so hoch ist. Kann ich definitiv nicht weiter empfhelen.
I presented there with severe pain in my upper arm. I was at the emergency room 2 days ago at 6:20 p.m. with a heavily bleeding hand injury. There I was told that I had to wait until 7:00 p.m. because a doctor would not be there until then. After pointing out that my emergency bandage (kitchen roll) was completely supplied with blood, I was advised to contact the registration office across the street, which I then did. There the access was set up in a corana-like manner. That means I had to ring the doorbell there. Nothing to be said against it, but the personnel who could be recognized from the outside reacted in no way even after showing my bleeding bandage through the window and taking note of it! Only a nurse, who was accompanying a patient to the exit, took me away, frightened at the bandage, and took me to a treatment room. A doctor came straight away and it seemed that things would now turn out to be positive. But immediately after the start of treatment, the doctor apologized because an emergency had arrived. Understand that too, but then nothing happened for 45 minutes. Only after several inquiries on my part a nurse came and tried to take care of my still badly bleeding wound. This was done in a highly amateur way, as the bandage material could not hold due to the heavy bleeding. I just wanted to get out and get further treatment elsewhere. The nurse had put on a makeshift bandage, which was already getting blood circulation while the dressing was being carried out. He then offered me that I could go now or wait for
I was in the hospital in Siegburg for 2 weeks. A tumor in the rectum had to be removed. A complicated operation. Everything worked out great! Everyone took great care of me! The nursing staff was very caring! The doctors had time to ask questions. Especially in times of Corona where you can only get a visit after 3 days, the nurses and carers took their time and cheered you up when they could. Thank you !
Today I was in the emergency room with a vertigo and terrified. Miss Dr. Weiss examined me thoroughly and explained my current complaints very well. I have to say quite honestly that from the reception, through the medical examinations to the discharge, I have never felt so friendly, understanding and competent in a hospital. The private clinic area is more than successful for a hospital, mostly friendly and caring staff, even if the agreements between each other sometimes did not work, almost all employees tried very hard. Very nice head doctor and decent food. There are really worlds between the private clinic area and the "normal" hospital. The corona measures are implemented here in pretty much all areas.I didn't think of HELIOS at the time, but my opinion has changed since my stay in the private clinic.
Station 4: I am a private patient. I stayed there one night after a nose job as a check-up. Staff, service and organization in all areas very friendly, professional and still very pleasant.The kitchen, for a hospital, absolutely fine. Of course, I'm only happy to come back if a new treatment is due. A shuttle service picks you up from home and brings you back accordingly. Free of charge
I was in this hospital 3 times within a month and almost died .... Not even the gallstone the size of a tennis ball and a gallbladder enlarged 4 times were diagnosed, despite multiple ultrasounds !!!! The very last hospital ever.

The very last hospital ... my wife was there she found a stomach ulcer and she punctured it to search an intestinal cord, but in all examinations she did not find that the gallbladder was 4 times as large and a tennis ball-sized gallstone would have it in 2 weeks ... ... the St.Josef in Troisdorf found that out in 10 minutes! ... Never again Helios Siegburg ... my wife almost died because of that at the age of 39
I came to the emergency room yesterday after a riding accident and felt well looked after from the first second. The nurses, as well as the treating doctor (Dr. Edgars Gailis) were super friendly and competent.
Was on 04.07. due to bilateral hernia in the Helios. O.P. Doctors, nursing staff and everything was great :-) At the beginning of May 2019 I was in hospital again at Helios Siegburg and, as before, very satisfied with the emergency room, nursing staff and doctors. Top .On May 15th, 2020 a very complex "whipple" operation was performed on me and everything went well. Could be released after 11 days and recovery is still going very well. Many thanks to Dr. Seifert and his OR team and the nursing staff of ward 3d. My rating ... 5 stars +++. Thanks again Helios Siegburg.
On 5.6.2020 my heart valve was operated on with two Mitra clips, the implementation was very good a great team did a great job and the stay at ward 1D was great, I felt really well looked after.
I felt very well cared for here. Doctors who took their time. The nurses in ward 2B were great! The only point of criticism was the organization. But honestly, no wonder given the lack of personnel in this industry.
I still think back with great gratitude to my rescue after a heart operation at the Helios Clinic in Siegburg. Even if it was routine for the highly specialized team, it is still one of the wonders of my life that, thanks to the chain reaction of the happiest circumstances with the helicopter, I got into the hands of efficient and careful specialists. After the call on the telephone hotline, the lady said on request to my partner's pain: "[...] just come to the ambulance! The "doctor" Hr Al MH was very unfriendly only emphasized that I would not be an emergency with more than a week of pain and people would die from my "unnecessary" visit because he was taking care of me, which he did not have to do , Apparently you have to be close to the exit in order to be properly treated, both in medical and human terms.
I was brought in and operated on in February 2019 with a broken jump steering. I felt that I was in very good hands for the operation and the subsequent treatments until January 2020. All of the doctors were very friendly and helpful. The BG also did its best here and I always felt in good hands here.Only station 2 is to be criticized here. Have the feeling that the right does not know what the left is doing. You don't really care about various issues.The kitchen can be rated as sufficient, my husband provided me with healthy food during my stay.
This clinic is better than its reputation by classes. The unfortunately unavoidable palliative therapy of my father and the accompanying care of the relatives was characterized by such competence and empathy, as one can simply not handle it better. Many thanks to an incredibly great team at Station 24 for making the hardest hours of our life so far a little easier.
The emergency room is a disaster !!! I was there a few months ago because I had severe pain in my back and vomiting at intervals of about a week over a period of 5 hours. On Saturday morning the first time I was allowed to wait for half an hour in severe pain, despite just two other people in the waiting area, only to be sniffed, to be told that everything was unremarkable and to go to the orthopedist with a painkiller and the recommendation To be sent home. On the second visit it was exactly the same although I said that the orthopedic surgeon had not found anything noticeable and that I was repeatedly in severe pain. I can only advise everyone in the Siegburg area to go to the University Hospital Bonn! There my complaints were taken seriously! I was sniffed again, had a blood count taken within an hour, and I was admitted IMMEDIATELY because of the greatly increased inflammation values found there, and the next day I was found on the MRI that my complaints came from a highly inflamed gallbladder, including gallstones. I also had the necessary surgery done there, because I have lost all confidence in the clinic in Siegburg and the doctors there seem to be reluctant to deal with a patient for longer than 10 minutes!

During my stay, I was absolutely thrilled by the friendliness of the sisters in ward 1c (cardiology). The treating doctors were also very nice and communicated on an equal footing. The only downside was the chief medical secretary of cardiology, who was a very nice dragon to me. But here I just hope that she had a bad day, which is human.

Data protection is an absolute letdown. At the registration / emergency room, a nurse will ask you what symptoms you have. I had an operation on my intestine last month and had a temporary intestinal exit. I was in ward 3 d and would like to take this opportunity to thank the fantastic doctors, the committed and empathetic and always friendly nurses, the great nurses and the nice ladies of the patient service as well as all therapists for the care. I recently had an operation on the thyroid gland here and felt very well cared for. The doctors and staff were all extremely friendly. From anesthesia to the "care after" I was looked after very well and was able to leave the clinic after only 2 days. Even during later visits to the clinic, if you wanted, you could speak to a competent doctor after a short wait.Organizationally, however, there is still a little need for improvement. It almost didn't work with the desired single room (it was entered incorrectly) and the first surgery appointment had to be postponed (for understandable reasons). All in all, I'm happy to have made my way from Cologne to Siegburg. It was worth it and I'm doing great again.

I was taken to the HELIOS Hospital with the RTW after a bicycle accident. Having never had an accident, I was genuinely impressed by the excellent, quick and focused treatment of paramedics and the emergency room team. Regardless of the stress the nurses I dealt with were very quick, caring (!!) and vigilant. Thanks to Sw. Jasmine, that she made it so uncomplicated for me to come to the bathroom on the fly ...Thanks a lot! :)
Visceral surgery, the last three weeks. I can only thank all the doctors and the nurses!In my case, I have experienced a medical exemplary attitude and action, coupled with transparency and an excellent education on the part of the doctors. I always felt that I was true and serious as a person!The nurses were ALWAYS friendly, attentive and dedicated despite the immense pressure and constant understaffing! My respect! (I know what I'm talking about)I wish from the Helios Group that it promotes and supports the nurses significantly more! Good nurses are in short supply and should m.E. be treated accordingly. Because: what good is all medical technology and excellent doctors if the basis is no longer true and because of lack of staff older people, the drugs are no longer given, let alone often receive no basic care.

I had all outer ligaments on the right ankle in 2012, it was not operated at that time, because you did not think it was necessary. I had surgery on the ankle in September 2019 by Doctor Vogel, it is now five weeks ago and I am free to move my ankle freely. The diagnosis was quite severe because the injury was scarred and was not detected in X-rays and MRI, Dr. Vogel has removed the scarring and sutured the lesion to my ankle to make new cells. I am shocked. I was taken to the hospital with the ambulance and waited for hours until I got my turn, despite constant demands and extreme abdominal pain and choking. Still, after I was examined I was not helped and I left the hospital just as I came in there. I'm really disappointed.

I am more than happy. Blinddarmop. Despite low levels of inflammation but hellish pain, we decided to remove the cecum. The doctor's tone: "We do not operate on values but on people." It really was the appendix and the next day I did not need painkillers anymore. I have always felt well treated and appreciated by both doctors and nurses and all other employees. They were all very hard. There was often someone coming to see me while I was in hospital. My dad has been here many times because of his heart problems and also a huge praise to the Helios Hospital! ❤ Thank you!

Great occurrences with patients and very clean hospital
What causes me to two stars? Not at night the ambulance driver, not the doctor who had to leave in the middle of the night and not even the sister who took care of Mega! Everything together with top class. The next morning I go to the info in the hospital, because I should come back to make an OP appointment for the injury. Then the shock, the man in the vest and glasses treated me like an idiot. He would not know where to go. He did not even want my name. He said, pull a number maybe one can help you there. Incredible!!!This is so bad for such great doctors working there. After me, the pensioner, I was even more sorry. He was completely exposed by the employee.
Got a hip prosthesis on Tuesday and was released from the hospital on Friday. Operation and wound healing proceeded without complications. From the first clinical examination to the discharge, examination, information and consultation on the patient were oriented and understandable. Empathy, very good nursing aftercare and postoperative mobilization by physical therapy staff contributed significantly to early discharge.

After a broken leg, I was admitted here. Approximately 4 hours waited. Big minus point. After the accommodation, food, aftercare and visits by doctor - all ok. I have few comparisons, but I was very happy with the bottom line. Free in-room Wi-Fi was also helpful.

I can only really say positive things about the hospital. At the end of January 2019 I was admitted to the Helios Klinikum Siegburg by Dr. Ing. Dennis Vogel operates on the hip (hip TEP on the left). In particular, inpatient care by Dr. Ing. Bird is to be highlighted positively. With a high level of competence and calm, a detailed explanation was given before the operation, which took away my fear. You can tell that the well-being and recovery of his patients are close to his heart. During the hospital stay, he took a lot of time for the visit and twice a day, all questions were answered. The aftercare was to my complete satisfaction.The nursing staff of the station 3 B all friendly, courteous and helpful. Not least, the result of the operation has become excellent and I am very satisfied! Will now be able to run into a new life without pain. Thank you for the great care during the stay. Was there in the sleep laboratory! Lodging first class! That's it, but name, room and insurance confusions. The report was printed in handwritten, incomplete and illegible envelope and was promptly delivered wrong, i. personal and health data were in foreign hands! A reminder came before the bill, which was only after consultation with the financial accounting; Quote: "Oh, that was not printed at all"; sent. Simply chaotic!
Was otherwise always as a visitor here now as a patient and am really positively surprised how nice the staff, nurses and doctors deal with one. They listen and are just human. Comfort yourself and help you.
I came to the emergency ambulance three days ago with tachycardia, shortness of breath and chest tightness. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and responded immediately. The doctors and nurses were very friendly and empathic. In the Siegburg hospital you realize that it is understaffed. One does not know what the other one does. If you ask a doctor something you will be referred to the next. My father-in-law tried several times to have dinner instead of two slices of bread. Does not seem to be possible. He also says the food is partly not edible and he is no one who grumbles quickly. I am stunned how unloving and cold-hearted my seriously ill granny is treated and cared for there on the station. She can not eat and drink by herself and instead of taking care of her, she is sedated with hypnotics all day long. When they tell the sister that she has pain, she prefers to do her paperwork instead of coming.

I just stay with the facts .... Cardiac surgery with bypasses at my dad 78 years was very good, also the staff in the intensive .. after ... disaster !!! My father was lying on a 2-day-old perfused leg bandage that had to be changed daily. I was in the emergency room yesterday with a broken foot. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The waiting time was about 1 hour which was perfectly fine, because I had no acute pain or similar and there were probably far more relevant patients in the emergency department than me. The treatment itself did not last 5 minutes, which I can also say about the waiting time in the X-ray area. After I got my diagnosis was quickly and profesionell of 2 very funny sisters of the feet given what brought me back despite my unfavorable position quickly to smile again. All in all, it was a nice evening that, considering the overall situation, could have been worse. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star from God, for the gentleman in the smoker's area, who briskly led a friend of mine, as he had apparently not expressed his cigarette in accordance with the regulations. They should offer more activities for such extremely bored patients.

I went to Siegburg on Wednesday morning, because they called in the Eitorfer hospital there and it was said in Siegburg only a waiting time of 15 min. After complaining and waiting another hour, there was still no meatless food, so you got a € 3 cafeteria voucher. Hello everyone, I was in the sleep laboratory of the Helos Klinik Siegburg from 20-02-2018 to 22-02-2018 and can only report good things. The entire staff is very friendly and always inclined to help wherever possible. In addition to checking in on day 1, I had 2 nights (1 without a mask but a lot of wires on me and a day with a mask + wires for comparison). Starting position oxygen saturation during the day 96%, unfortunately only 68% at night. With a breathing mask (I opted for the co-payment model) I also had an oxygen saturation of 96% at night. Overall, I wake up much more relaxed with a mask and also have more energy for the day. Can recommend the stay in the sleep laboratory Helios Clinic without reservation. Thanks again for the nice and persistent care. Greetings to Ms. Pütz- Unfortunately I don't know the names of the other 3 nice ladies anymore, but their smiles made my stay easier. Even 1 star too much. I didn't think there was really anything like this here. We were sent to the hospital by the emergency ambulance across the street and pulled our number and sat down. The ladies from the information and emergency ambulance continued their conversation until they were finished. A good 20 minutes later, the conversation was ended and they called us. Consultation with a doctor was then asked about the complaints and when it was only about pain in the back he felt that he still had an operation and we had to wait at least 4 hours. The waiting times are absolutely unbearable. I came there with my boyfriend because he had a sharp sting in his chest. In the end we had to wait almost 3 hours. I was in the hospital with Dr. Kai Stark and Dr. Denis Vogel specialists in orthopedics are the best doctors that could have happened to me. Very nice, friendly, take great care of the patient, take the time to explain everything exactly. I would go there again and again.
I went to the emergency room late at night with severe kidney colic. After not even 5 minutes waiting time I was helped. The next day, I was transferred to another urology department hospital. Sisters mostly very friendly and helpful.
A good clinic for heart disease and the like. A family member was there for several days and according to him, the stay was very pleasant. I have personally visited this person and have to say it is clean in the patient room but it could be cleaner in the public toilets. The cafeteria also had enough things to choose from. Unfortunately, there was a negative event when visiting, while we were sitting in the cafeteria, the wallet was stolen from the patient in the room because the rooms cannot be locked, so everyone can get into the room. Otherwise, the patient really liked the friendly staff and the food. And I can only recommend the water that is made available to visitors and patients in the hallways and lounges, it tastes very delicious.
Unfortunately I have to give my grade after a long test. First of all no matter which station which job whether hospital or fire department or police is understaffed everywhere I find that is a stupid excuse that is used by nurses because I have heard it at least 20 times so far sad instead of taking your legs in your hands less thinking would go better. I have to say that this is not a good hospital. I was admitted by an emergency doctor on Sunday and got laid off yesterday because the senior physician prophylactically wanted to have an operation on my stomach today, because you could not find anything on the ultrasound and MRI. i came there at 5am, and was told id see the doctor at 9 or 10, and until i see the doctor that i could not eat or drink anything. They put me on an iv drip, and gave me the medications i needed. At 12 i was so nauseous from the IV drip, it was making me feel terrible. i asked them 5 times to take it out of me. After they took it out after me having to ask SEVERAL times, i started feeling better. I wasn't in pain and i felt good enough to go home. At 13 i told them i wanted to leave because i haven't eaten and it's making me feel nauseous, and that i was supposed to see the doctor hours ago. They told me i had to wait until he got out of surgery. Between 13 and 17 we talked to many people about us leaving, they all said we had to wait for him to get out of surgery. at 17 i had enough and told my husband i was walking out without their permission because they were making me feel worse than when i arrived! We go to the desk and the very nice woman told us that there was a shift change and they said we were marked at released hours ago. THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME, AND LET ME STARVE. the doctor was never going to come. PLEASE do not go to this hospital. Ive been here 3 times, and every time i had a bad experience

I can only agree. I was at night with an open, weeping wound with severe pain in the ambulance. Both the sister and the doctor, I was unfriendly "asked" why I would come to the ambulance. If you are sick and old then please do not go to the Siegburg hospital. They managed to leave my mother at the age of 82 without eating, drinking or medicine for one day. A doctor came in the late afternoon at very strong urge to take further steps. We then managed to move them to Sieglar. There she immediately came to the stroke station. She was well looked after. In Siegburg, people thought that there would be time until tomorrow. But she didn't have it, now she gets the medicine and care she needs.

The hospital has not just knocked me off. Communication was almost 0 although nursing authority was in place, and the care was not exactly intoxicating. Everywhere in Sankt Augustin you hear in general only bad about this hospital, and as you should have noticed, I'm not exactly thrilled. I would only in case of emergency if I could not decide for themselves there, the better alternative is the hospital in Sieglar where I have never had problems and on the weekend, the doctors are very friendly and have an open ear.
I came with suspected pulmonary embolism. First of all, I was allowed to sit in the waiting area for TWO HOUR HOURS, until they gave me the honor to investigate. Later, at the private ward, I was prescribed by the doctor, on a Saturday on the visit, around 9:00 o'clock a painkiller.
