Great experience! The staff was friendly and the dental CT scan was quick and easy.

Went there in 2017 to have some fillings re-done. Ended up spending several excruciating hours in the treatment chair while the dentist (who didn't seem very experienced) was desperately trying to make the new fillings fit properly.Long story short: I had the dental fillings removed again the following year, the never fit properly :(

Came to the clinics with my boyfriend for the teeth whitening. They have a promotion for couple treatment which was a big plus for us.The location of the clinics is very convenient, just couple mins walk from the BTS station.In the clinics there was another good surprise waiting for us, as they give a discount if you write a google review and take a picture after the treatment :)The lady at the reception was very nice and explained the procedure to us I did the check and cleaning first, followed by the whitening procedure. The clinic was in a convenient location, and it was easy to get an appointment accomodated in, as I was flying out the next day. The receptionist spoke fluent English and was friendly and caring. The clinic was clean and comfortable. The Dentist was professional and the teeth whitening process was not painful at all. I loved the immediately results! I only hope the Dentist and dental assistant could have communicated more with me and let me know what to expect, as it is always nerve-wrecking to visit the Dentist.

I didn’t actually get a treatment here in the end but came for a consultation about possibly getting veneers fitted. What impressed me was the honestly of the Dr. Even though what he ultimately advised meant that I wouldn’t book in with them (as it was a more long term and time intensive solution that I’m not here long enough to do) he still made this recommendation when he could easily have advised a less suitable option that would have gained them business. It is rare to find such honestly in such a highly competitive market. So if you are unsure about a procedure and would like some honest feedback, definitely book in for a free consultation here knowing that they will give the advice that is best for you and your teeth, not their business!

I’d go somewhere else. I arrived and no one confirmed which procedure I was getting. I wanted a deep clean and a check up, but when I entered the room, the dentist(?) and her assistant immediately starting working on my teeth without confirming anything. she never gave me her name, who she was, or asked if I had any teeth issues beforehand. I then asked about the procedure, and she didn’t really give any clarification. Seemed like they forgot something or was using the wrong tools and had to stop. Upon putting on the bib, I saw they were using a very dirty, used bib on my face (yellow stains and toothpaste gloves and all).After 15 min, the cleaning was over. I’ve never had such a quick, haphazard cleaning before. She said she stopped because I had hypersensitivity, which was not true — her assistant wasn’t suctioning the water quickly enough so i had to swallow to stop from choking. When I asked the dentist why It was so quick, and she just said scaling and polishing was done, and that I was too young to get a deep clean, that it’s only for old people with tooth decay. I’ve had 3 deep cleanses before.. I expected more of a dental clinic so highly rated and catered towards international clients. Waste of 40 dollars. A star for the nice emailing service. I usually never write reviews, but this was just so disappointing.

Just had a bridge done at Smile Signature. First a very warm welcome and friendly reception lady who can remember my name a second she saw me walk in. A Dr Chutima Kositpantawang she is very professional and skillful doctor! She was listening very carefully everything what I need and explain back to me the situation of my teeth and what I can achieve the best look.During the treatment she was very patient and take time to make sure it look perfect.I'm very certify with the quality of the crowns and bridge and the job of DR Chutima Kositpantawang did! Overall I'm very happy with the results!

What a terrible experience! That is having implants, I beg everyone look after your teeth! But back to the clinic, I had already been to the so called best hospital in Thailand, and well left there both disappointed, shocked and a lot less money from just seeing a specialist and then sent to another specialist, first specialist 990 baht but second also charged for and he was over 2000 baht! And be shocked as he said to fix my teeth would cost 1 million Baht! Or a cheaper condominium here in Thailand! So that's the end of that place! Smile Signature what a difference no charge for consultation and checkup only pay for xrays, the only negative would be priced for higher gold content crowns 17000 baht each, however after a quick chat decided on function over looks and quality so a much more reasonable 9000 baht each or 3x cheaper than my country! Had a torture experience of having the first stage of 3 implants, which again is 3x cheaper than my country. So overall great dentists here, and all staff are fluent in English.One bit of info get the cheapest implants, they are all made to a high standard as well as long as they are made of titanium they all will last the same, only difference is how they are marketed, or pushed by the dentist though the implant company.
Me an my husband went there. The treatment for my husband was OK, mine very short and not like I know it from my original country. They tell you at the reception that the price might be from X up to Y. But you will get the highest rate! The equipment there is just OK - nothing special. So I am disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.
This Dentist is great. From their online quote process that tells you what photos to provide; the quote comes back explaining everything clearly. The team are great and upon arrival were prepared for me and the overall experience was great. I am really happy with the end result.

I had a bridge fitted at very high cost at this location in 2014. I had a quality empress ceramic fitted. I went on holidays to Turkey in July 2015 where without any provocation the bridge fell out and I could not catch it before it broke on the ground. I was told by the dentist that replaced the post on one of the teeth and refitted the new bridge that the post adhesive was not strong enough on either the post or real tooth. There was also signs of bacteria in the root canalled tooth with the post. The work that he had done was very good but now 3 years later my real tooth broke but the bridge is still there. It is so well adhered to the post that a dentist could not remove it. I had told the female dentist in Smile that I had spent quite a lot of money replacing the same bridge, however she never suggested implants which is what I am doing now. However not with this second rate establishment. I would not trust them to sit the right way on a horse. Avoid at all costs, and they are high cost. Try BIDC instead.

Would not recommend them. Teeth cleaning was not really deep and efficient. It basically took them only 5-7 minutes and it still cost me 1200 baht. Look for better options!
