There are many staffs at reception desk thus very noisy at times when they're all talking to each-other. They won't attend to you till they've finished talking, some girls are temperamental & argumentative rather than trying to explain the situation, because doctor's never on time. Punctuality is foreign vocabulary to them.

These guys are excellent - VERY professional. I have a long history of really not liking my trips to the dentist. As such my teeth ended up in a terrible condition. At 60 I have just had 4 implants, 6 crowns, a triple bridge and more completed across two visits (15 months apart) by Dr Numkarunarunrote and Dr Sirikrai and their teams.I could not be happier with the outcome. Best dentistry ever experienced!! We have had our fair share of extensive dentistry in Australia & Europe and they do not even compare. The clinic is modern with 5 floors with all expertise needed under one roof. It all runs like a well oiled machine even with an organised pick up & drop off service from your hotel. The whole process was absolutely seamless. Superb communication, knowledge & professionalism. Extremely friendly & gentle. I had 6 porcelain veneers & 2 crowns completed in 4 days. My partner had some extremely complicated work done that no other place was able to do. Everything was executed with care & patience. I travel to Bangkok for a couple of weeks from Ethiopia for vacation and I experienced a painful toothache while I was there. So I went to Thantakit clinic the one nearby wireless road. And they told me I need a root canal treatment and it needs at least a month which I don't have. But they made an arrangement by taking my return flight in consideration. And the treatment that I had was amazing. Excellent customer service, excellent root canal treatment, and excellent crown treatment. Loved the front office staffs and the doctors. I highly recommend this place, it's a must to go if you need dental treatment.

Thantakit international dental center provided the best medical care I have ever received. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable & spoke great English. She was meticulous with everything she did. She went above & beyond by not only telling me what she was doing but showing me & explaining why. I had several cavities filled which she did very quickly but still with great care & she was even able to do some without numbing me which I’ve never had a dentist be able to do. I had two crowns done & she was so precise that she not only fit them to my bite exactly but also helped to correct my cross bite. I have very sensitive teeth & she was able to give me some great advice on how to help my sensitivity that no other dentist has ever informed me of. They also have very competitive prices & the most friendly staff I have ever met. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience & I will definitely be back next time I need more dental work. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Kids and I saw Dr Suwee for a checkup and clean/polish. He was excellent in all ways. I had a filling as well, all done without any discomfort and communication was great throughout. Very smooth process as an international patient. I went in for a cleaning, filling replacement, and new retainers.Dr. Lapas S. did a thorough and painless cleaning. He told me that there was no real need to have my filling replaced, it just needed to be buffed. After buffing, it looked much better. I was not even charged for the work he did on the filling. It shows that they are honest and not about making as much money as possible. The retainers were made in one day and fit perfectly. Noni at the front desk was very polite and helpful. She speaks English fluently and was able to answer all my questions and concerns.Great quality work and honest, friendly service. No pressure, laid back atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience at this dental clinic. From the first email to the ride back to my hotel everything was exemplary. Emails answered very quickly - pricing very clear and no hidden fees. I had two appointments for a bridge.. first on my arrival in a Bangkok. A car collected me from my hotel and took me to the clinic. The dentist thoroughly examined my teeth, explained the procedure very clearly and thoroughly. I had a very long time in the chair (around 3 hours) as she was very determined to get me the best possible result. A temporary bridge was put in place and I continued my holidays. The final visit on the way home 2 weeks later the dentist again very precise in getting a great finish for me. I could not be happier with my experience and the final result.

I highly recommend Thantakit dental in Bangkok. I had the greatest experience at this clinic. I had a molar in back that was bothering me and I was told by 2 dentists in San Jose, Ca that I would need a root canal if I didnt want to feel pain anymore. The dentist at Thantakit insured me he could fix the filling without a root canal and he did! I also had a cleaning done and a crown replacement because the original crown was too hight. All 3 dentists were fantatic!! They made sure my mouth was perfect before I left and I am forever greatful. I will be returning to Thantakit dental if/when I need work done in the future.

Definitely recommend this clinic!! The staff were extremely kind and welcoming and they do whatever they can to ensure you’re well taken care of. Also recommend taking them up on their pick up and drop service that they offer- saves a lot of time and headache. Had veneers and teeth whitening done and could not be happier. The level of service is just as good - if not better - than if I was to get it done in Australia. The staff also speak English so there were no issues with a language barrier.

I had a great experience at the Thantakit dental , I had a dental implant procedure , few cleaning sessions and fillings everything went smoothly , the staff really take care of you and follow up on appointments , Dr Pratchanan is amazing , and is real she would explain the procedure and should there be any discomfort to let her know so she could adjust accordingly , I also appreciated that she swiftly ordered for a temporary retainer ( free of charge) post implant crown placement to ensure my retaining routine is not affected .Will definitely recommend Thantakit to friends and family .Happy 2020

Having been to dentists around the world (England, Australia, Poland, Thailand), I can say this place is the best in the business. They speak perfect English (useful for an Australian)They are perfectionists. They ensured I felt no pain (even for an extraction)They set the schedule around my holiday. In my experience, the Hi-end dental clinic in Thailand is not quite widespread. Among these, Thantakit is one of the best clinic in Thailand. He is very experienced, highly professional, patience and willing to illustrate and explain the problems and procedures to me. The experience was very positive and the outcomes were exceptional. I've been coming here since 2009 and been impressed by the quality of their service. On my most recent visit they used a hand held 3-D scanner in fitting my crown. There's complimentary shuttle pick off and drop off. Thantakit also offers a 10% discount for cash payments, making their services competitive with other Bangkok dental clinics. In 2009 I priced a half-dozen Bangkok dentists for fitting a night guard mouthpiece. Thantkit's price was the most reasonable.I doubt you'll find other clinics that offer a 2-year warranty on major dental work. After being fitted for a crown in 2015, my local dentist noticed a gap developing. It may have been due to me grinding my teeth, my dentist couldn't say the exact cause or whether it was improperly installed.Regardless, Thantakit did a replacement at no charge under their warranty.

While Thantakit is a nice facility and had good management, the Invisalign racket run within is the dental equivalent of a used car shop. I had Invisalign Light recommended. I was then sold on an electronic device to speed up the process with a promise that the device would be repurchased from me. Several visits where I was parked in the waiting room to allow for more prestigious customers later, I was told that my alignment was a great success. But I needed a temporary retainer to allow for further cosmetic work and then a final retainer. And the electronic device was my own problem. And that the Light package was not sufficient to achieve the results I had requested. I should have been tipped off when the Orthodontist's reply to my e-mail about a competitor's offer was "ha ha ha". I unfortunately put too much faith in the US degree on the wall. You have other choices. I suggest you look into them.

I would love to give this place more stars but Im finding it hard as my self esteem has been shattered. Please read on if you dont want to make the same mistake I did. Yes I can agree that this dentistry is clean and modern and uses the best quality equipment, but I had gone here with 100% trust (after a lot of research and reading good reviews) that I would leave with a smile I love. I have always struggled with my smile, as my teeth were small, naturally a darker shade and had huge gaps (which I had been told by a few dentists that braces weren’t an option as the gaps were too big). I put my trust into the dentist when I told her my main reason for being there was to fill in the gaps, and have a natural smile. I had told her I wanted the 2nd/3rd whitest shade, but she had told me due to my pale/white complexion the whitest would be best. Seeing I am no dentist and definitely no expert in veneers, I went with her recommendation. Unfortunately the sample colour is the size of a small finger nail, so it is hard to imagine what a whole mouth will look like once done. Once they had been put on I was happy at first but shocked by how white they were, and she reassured me i would get use to it over time. Only 4 weeks after I got them on, I was eating a muffin and I felt something hard in there, and when I looked down my veneer was in the muffin. I contacted them immediately and said my tooth fell out, and asked what to do? They told me to go to a dentist and get it re stuck on or

Thantakit dental hospital - I did some door to door research back in 2016 regarding price and workmanship considering I had had some very expensive work done over the years in Australia basically by excavators & concreters’ none of it had lasted and the bag of teeth removed from my mouth at Thantakit for about 130.00 is quite an ugly array of chipped and rotten bit. The cost for all the removals was far less than the last single I had removed at my local suburban at 600.00 it was expensive and a rough experience that was not replicate at Thantakit.I checked out dental hospital too my assessment was the prices were higher due to the Size & central location of the place, slightly more impersonal too. Simply higher overheads which I was not willing to pay. Thantakit established in 1945 has an excellent reputation. On Petchaburi road, BKK - if coming from BKK city choose Petchuburi station on the MTR it’s 10-15min walk from here. I stay at Avani hotel on petchaburi as my dental hospital accommodation I am over time going the distance replacing all rear upper molars' & two lower teeth with Korean implants - approximately 3500.00 per tooth socket and crown. You would be looking at roughly double that here in AUS & quite frankly regardless of the surgery conditions and I have visit both upmarket Macquarie street and suburban dental surgeries I do not rate any of them. After spending decades doing only temporary and inadequate treatment of my tetracycline stained teeth I decided to go all crowns. In the US, this would be a huge cost, unmet by insurance, upwards of $28000 USD. I researched for a year the many dental providers in Bangkok and after a year of planning and a dozen email- each answered within 24h- I booked into Thantakit this month.I was picked up at my hotel, at exactly the appointed time, had xrays and met the dentist within 30 minutes of arrival. I knew what I wanted, and I was prepared to meet the cost based on the information on their website. Dr Chinvetkitvanich agreed with the plan, presented the inclusive price, which was exactly as forecast, and proceeded to work. I got 16 crowns for about 18% of what it would have cost me in the US. The first appointment was more than 4h long. The temporary crowns were decent and durable, and I felt no pain during or after- none. The second visit, 9 days later, to fit the permanent crowns was equally satisfactory and painless. A final appointment to make sure all aspects of the "bite" were satisfactory was conducted without incident. Again, all pick ups and returns provided between the center and my hotel.I could not recommend them and Dr C more highly. Value means nothing without quality, and I am pleased to say they are extremely professional, direct, and while it is early days, I believe the work to be of excellent quality.

I attended the Thantakit International Dental Center in July 2018. I had my amalgam fillings removed (14 teeth) and replaced with a composite material. Two teeth required crowns leaving 34 surfaces (fillings). I also needed to replace a partial denture so that it would fit properly. All up this took 6 separate appointments. The procedures were handled very professionally, with the dentists and assistants taking all the necessary precautions regarding amalgam removal. Their “chair-side manner” was also very professional, polite, cheerful, and patient with the tricky parts. They were only ever satisfied when each component was completed perfectly. Aesthetically, my teeth look fantastic. There was some pain throughout the process but this subsided quickly. Now, after about 40 days since my last appointment, my teeth feel as good as ever. So clearly I am very pleased with the outcome that was achieved. Furthermore, the reception staff were very courteous, polite, and cheerful. A number of appointments needed to be re-arranged and they were very helpful in achieving this so that my travel plans remained intact. The hotel transfer service to and from the center was an added bonus. To all the people there – thank you for all of your efforts! Accordingly, I highly recommend the Thantakit International Dental Center.

I was picked up, taken into my appointment early and the ladies were relaxed and for someone who usually walks out of dentists shaking I had the best experience I ever had (as much as you can getting your tooth pulled in an emergency) I knew exactly the cost before walking in and will be back soon to get fillings and all the stuff I have put off due to ridiculous costs in Australia. Thantakit are a very professional practice, they produce very high quality results at a very reasonable price. All staff are very courteous and speak excellent English. Having grown up without fluoride, I had very poor teeth requiring many implants, crowns and a bone graft, as well as removing amalgam and broken down composite fillings. I am thrilled with the results and the efficiency of the dentist and the implant specialist. No crazy item numbers like in Australia, they work on multiple teeth at the same time and get a power of work done in one sitting. The practice has the latest equipment and has a luxury feel as it is spacious, with arm chairs in the waiting room and finished with granite and marble throughout.Loved the old 1900's dental chair exibited in the down stairs foyer, it brought back all the childhood horrors of going to the dentist. That distant memory could not be further contrasted with my visits to Thantakit which I can honestly say I enjoyed.Highly recommend, best dentist I have ever been to.Now Feb 2019 ~ 8 months laterJust an update it is now 8 months since I last visited and reviewed Thantakit. I have had no issues with the work I had done 8 months ago and over the last week have had an additional 8 crowns, 4 veneers, whitening and bite adjustment. My teeth are no longer embarrassingly brown and ground down but white and look better than when I was a teenager. Do not have any reservations having work done at Thantakit the dental work is exceptional.

I came in the get my tooth checked out that had been giving me problems for years. It turns out it was wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. They scheduled an appointment for me and the whole process was over from start to finish in less than 30 minutes. Clean facility, sterile, and professional staff. They even provided transportation to/from my hotel at no extra cost! If you have any reservations about getting your work done here, don't! A wonderful place to get my teeth taken care of and I will absolutely come back if I need anything else done!

I visited this hospital for a checkup and to get my teeth professionally cleaned after having my retainer removed a few weeks earlier.The communication with the Dental Center was incredible. I was able to make a booking request online and by the evening had my appointment scheduled. When I requested an estimate, the staff responded within a whopping 2 minutes (!) with all the information I needed.The service included a free roundtrip pick-up and drop-off service, which was very much appreciated. The driver was on time and kindly waited for me after the treatment while I tried to contact my friends for our next plans, and then drove me to a different place than he'd dropped me off, so I could head to Siam on the BTS.The staff at the dental center were all polite, friendly, helpful and competent and all spoke English well.The doctor was very competent, spoke English well, and explained what she was doing clearly during every step of the process. She gave concrete and clear advice on how to care for my teeth going for and recommended which products to use.The facilities were very modern and clean, and had a very comfortable and pleasant waiting area.The price ended up being well within the estimated range, and less than I'd expected, which was a huge plus.I felt well cared for from the minute I was picked up, to the minute I was dropped off. The results of the cleaning are good as far as I can tell, and the clear communication of the doctor and staff left no room for ambiguities

I had a root canal treatment with Dr Kesmuti and am beyond delighted with the results. I actually had root canal treatment done on the exact same tooth a few years ago but the tooth had changed color so I originally went in for bleaching. Dr Kesmuti found out the old treatment was actually not done adequately and have left nerve tissues in the canal causing and infection. After she redid the root canal my tooth’s color went back to the same as all my other teeth. It saved me from an infection and bleaching cost. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained things clearly with me and even went over my xrays with me. It is this sort of thorough communication with patients that makes it possible for me to make an informed decisions. She presented me with all the options but never pushed for anything unnecessary. In all my life of living in the US I have only found one dentist as excellent as her.

Dr. Thiti and his staff are amazing. Dr. Thiti has numerous years of experience and knowledge. He is definitely an orthodontic and invisalign expert. I have been seeing him for almost 8 months for my invisalign treatment and I have about 9 months to go. He ensures that my teeth are moving in the right direction. I thought it would be impossible to straighten my teeth at my age (45) but the results have been amazing thus far. I find myself smiling more. Every time I see him, I cannot imagine having anyone else as my orthodontist. I feel lucky that I found him. He was actually recommended by a friend.Dr.Thiti has a great passion for his job and it shows through his genuine smile and attentiveness to his patients. He is always happy and smiling and seems personally invested in your progress. He has studied in the U.S. so his English is very good. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly and speak English too. I waited a few weeks to get used to my new mouth before writing this review. I am very happy with the the work i had done at Thantakit. Dr Chinda did excellent work and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. My teeth were awful from years of bad living when i walked in and did not feel judged at all. i had 2 root canals 9 crowns and aprox 10 large fillings. all work and costs was explained clearly before we started. I hardly felt any pain or discomfort during the process or recovery. all for less than half of the cost for comparable work in Australia. the facilities were clean and modern. i was initially nervous about getting work done overseas but i will not hesitate to return in the future.Edit: over one year later my dental work has held up and I have returned for further work. You can find cheaper if you shop around but Thantakit has great dentists.

This place is absolutely amazing! All doctors and staffs are professional. I came from London to do Invisalign with them for 14 months in 2017, the receptionist called “Ply” was first introduced the process very clearly and easily to understand. I am very impressed with her as she had not only said positive things but also suggest the impact if I don’t follow the right procedure. During the time of doing Invisalign, I stayed in London but I found communication with them was very easy to reach especially when I wanted to ask some questions or make a new appointment. I was really happy of result after I completed wearing Invisalign, my teeth became in shape and align perfectly, which was exactly what I expected and the same as in the forecast video that the doctor showed on early process. Also, I did vaneer at Thantakit clinic, I was evev become happy with my teeth, the process was easy too and only took 2 hours. This is my first experience here, and definitely will not be my last. I can not fault this dental institution at all! Everything top knotch! I will be bringing my children here from Australia also for their dental work, as being someone who has had a lot of dental work in Australia that always ended up a bad result- failed root canals etc from so called "top dentists", so much money spent on them and then those teeth had to be pulled. I'm having implants here, and it was so professional. No pain, and the kindest staff who kindly explain everything in detail, and take multiple xrays to be sure. i recently had a complete dental makeover at Thantakit and i could not be happier. my teeth were a mess, i had missing teeth, broken teeth, tooth crowding and misaligned teeth, all my remaining teeth were discoloured.the treatment is received from start to finish was superb.this is a state of the art dental clinic.in total i had...two root canalsthree extractions one strengthening pin inserted into a toothfinishing up with 29 crowns including 4 bridges.i had a specialist for the root canals and a specialist for the extractions who were both brilliant.my prosthodontist was Dr. Achaya who was excellent to deal with, she was professional and friendly throughout, she listened to exactly what i wanted and made the whole process as uncomplicated as possible.my new crowns and bridges are exactly what i asked for and i'm now confident to smile again.the whole experience was excellent from start to finish and i can not recommend Thantakit highly enough.dental tourism at its finest.Thank you guys!john.

After extensive researching online and reading hours and hours of reviews, I chose to visit Thankatit Dental Centre, I was extremely dental phobic but everybody made me feel calm and at ease. I was seen by Dr. Phatchanan Rakkitsiri. I was slightly apprehensive at first as there weren’t any reviews I could find citing her name directly. As soon as I started my first consultation all doubts went away. She is extremely skilled and has great attention to detail and takes immense pride in her work. A true perfectionist, with a tremendous amount of talent. She also took care to explain the things that she was doing. Dr. Phatchanan Rakkitsiri speaks english equally as well, if not better, than the average native english speaker. I was given the best suggestion for longevity and what I personally wanted. Dr. Rakkitsiri never tried to make me spend more than I needed to, but suggested the best course of treatment from the perspective of somebody who cared, not somebody wanting to make money, which is what you will get at a lot of other places.The entire process was for the most part painless. The worst parts were the injections, but even then your gums and cheeks are locally numbed beforehand to prevent discomfort. Her assistant was extremely kind, warm, caring and reassuring and made me feel immensely comfortable throughout. After a clean up in Chiang Mai, my dentist pointed out 3 fillings I needed done. As I was leaving the next day, I had to find a new dentist in Bangkok. I found Thantakit via Google searches and online reviews. I'm glad I chose them because they service was great, efficient and friendly! The Dentist at Thantakit took a good look and said two of the 'recommended' areas were actually quite minor/ not worth it yet, and showed me 2 different teeth ( which sometimes had some sensitivity) he recommended I fix instead. He answered all my questions, didn't try to push expensive x-rays either, (which happened at another place, no explanation for why) and I left with three fillings and a lot of satisfaction :)All the staff here were friendly. There's a free pick up and drop off from your hotel - handy in the heat and smog. Initial email enquiries were also answered promptly. I definitely recommend this place :)

Did a cleaning here and it was so painful and my whole mouth was bleeding. 6 months later i did a cleaning somewhere else and it was just wonderful , no pain and no blood. This clinic also recommended me to switch a filling with a crown for 20k baht and my new dentist was shocked and told me it can just be replaced with a new filling which is 20 times less the price. In general i felt like they are trying to get as much money as possible out of their customers, doing things that are not neccesary (like many other clinics)Maybe i was just unlucky with the doctor i got . But my experience was horrible and i found a way better clinic in bangkok.

Staff arranged for free shuttle bus to/from hotel to dental center. I had to wait about 1/2 hour after arriving for my appointment. I initially had a check up and then ended up having 4 small fillings and a clean& polish. Very cheap compared to prices in Australia, about 1/4 or 1/3 of the price. Three of my family members also had treatment here around the same time. All were very impressed with service and happy with the quality of the veneers/crowns. Definitely would visit this place again in the future.

I first went to this dentist in 2006 when living in Bangkok, been a couple of times since but my most recent - this week was amazing. I arrived at the airport and broke my tooth - straight to Thanakit dental centre and assessed - next day had temporary crowns and bridge - five days later permanent completed - all in time for me to relax and enjoy my holiday. After 56 years of not wanting to smile due to crooked teeth, following Thantakit dental services, I have now learned to genuinely smile for photos.In August 2016, I was treated for full mouth implants with both upper and lower fixed bridges. I am not the easiest patient with gagging reactions, so not a nice experience for staff or me as patient. OPGs were required instead of xrays and mould modelling required several attempts, but good results were eventually achieved.Quality dental work was provided with efficiency and reasonable price, compared to Australian/New Zealand prices. Thantakit caters for locals and international visitors.The whole process has been professional, yet welcoming - from emails whilst overseas, cash discount (NB Thai ATM fees are exorbitant), assisting with hotel bookings, medications, warranty follow up to reception customer service. I continue to return to Thantakit for dental services, often en route from Oz/NZ to/fro European holidays.Thantakit have an International Patient Services section and I encourage open informative 2 way communication and treatment clarification and negotiation when preparing for your international dental visit to Bangkok.This building also accommodates headquarters for Thailand's dental implantology association.

My wife and I recently had a fair amount of work done with Thantakit at the Petchburi Rd facility. I had some veneers, a bridge and some crowns and my wife done crowns and some old fillings replaced. We found the dentists absolutely great with a wonderful attention to detail. Just be prepared to have a long time in the chair as they will do a lot of work in one sitting. All my work took only two visits with both times having about 4-5 hours each. In Australia this would have taken numerous appointments. I must say at no stage did I have anything more than slight discomfort pain wise even during the administration of the anaesthetic needles. Highly recommend and would go back. One tip, you can pay by credit card but we were offered a 10% discount for cash if you can arrange that which would make the already good value prices even cheaper.

Seven years ago I spent a considerable amount of time researching dentists in Bangkok with the view to having extensive work done on my teeth. When I say “a considerable amount of time” this was about one month. I moved to the city and did little else. Many people do not have this time available but I made it so due to my teeth being so awful and me being extremely concerned that I avoid any further dental disaster. The extensive work was a full set of veneers: sixteen teeth. The result was simply “out of this world”. I consider the work they did to be faultless in every respect and the procedural experience was unlike any other I have been through anywhere else in the world at any time in my life. When not in Bangkok I see a private dentist in the UK on a regular basis purely for periodic check-ups. He is very good, in fact the best I have found to date in the UK but there still remains an immeasurable expanse in relation to differences in customer communication, technical dental skill, collective practice knowledge, procedural care, technological assistance and even the simple ambience evident in the physical dental centres. I don’t remember writing a review for Thantakit seven years ago, as although the work carried out ‘looked’ 100% perfect, I knew that time would need to pass before I could be confident of writing a review, not to later regret! Excellent Dentist and Excellent Team! From the first email I sent to Thantakit I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and the clarity of the responses. I can't recommend them highly enough! They arranged for me to be picked up at my friend's house and brought to the clinic even though it was a bit far. The Dentist both spoke English very well and is a good communicator. The assistants made me feel like more than just a customer. They cared.. The staff at the desk were also kind and professional. The office was spotlessly clean. The equipment was also state of the art, new and clean.. Thantakit dental services is one of the best in Bangkok. I have been going there for 9 years. Had bridges, crowns and route-canals as well as cleaning, whitening and mouthguard services. The doctors at Thantakit are top of the line, highly educated professionals, the place is clean and inviting, the staff is English speaking and friendly and the prices are excellent for what you get. They are far from being cheap but the prices are not conceited or pompous. Other places may charge a little less but when it comes to teeth, one should be careful of being penny wise and pound foolish. In any case their prices are much less than those in the West and their quality is equal if not better. On occasion, when my stay in Thailand was limited in time, they sent a driver to pick me up from the hotel, so that added to the respectful service received from Thantakit. I highly recommend!

I first went to this clinic for an appointment with Dr. Thara Sirikrai a few years ago when we lived in Bangkok but I keep returning there even though I have moved to a different country. The level of the doctors' expertise is impressive, the staff speaks English and is friendly, the clinic has very modern equipment and is very clean. The appointment schedule is very flexible and can be easily done online. I would very much recommend it both for simple and complex dental issues.

I HATE going to the dentists as a general rule, but this experience was totally different from the other ones I have had in my life. This is the ONLY dentist I have ever been able to go to that I was actually ok with the experience. Furthermore, in my specific case, there was even an incident where they could have insisted we go forward with an expensive procedure to correct the bad work of a previous dentist...rather than insisting on the most expensive course of action, they instead suggested just watching the other dentist's work and keeping watch via x-ray to make sure it never develops a problem. I really appreciated their honesty and candor and not immediately trying to push for the most expensive everything. I have had several fillings done here, two root canals, and gotten four crowns.

I sent my x-ray over months before booking my holiday and dental treatment. I needed 5 fillings and 4 crowns and my teeth cleaned. The dentist arranged a car to pick me up from my hotel for each appointment and after appointments would drop me in the city or back to the hotel. The service was wonderful. My teeth feel so much better. I had a 2 week holiday in Thailand and all my dental treatment for about a third of the cost of the dental treatment in Australia. The quality and pricing of the work really puts the NZ dental industry to shame. I had two bridges and my husband one both on the lower back teeth. What this means the tooth on either side of the missing tooth is crowned which supports a new tooth which is made to fill in the gap. My teeth had been missing for at least 10 years thanks to failed root canals so the gum had receeded a lot in that area - this was not a problem they custom built the bridge to fit. Very quick, clean, professional - all work cost us only $4,200NZ we had two visits 3 days apart. Picked up/dropped off. I'm now working out when and how to get a couple of dodgie teeth replaced with implants. Unbeknown to me I have alarge temporary filling - its been there at least 5 years and I go to my NZ their every 9 months.

Never go to this clinic!!! I booked my treatment in this clinic I had made a check up in Australia so I knew what I needed to be done. I check the prices on the website and everything was supposed to be 600 like less the half than in Australia. But when I got there they charged me more than doble for everything what was supposed to be 600 dollars at the end it was 2000 dollars!!! And they say they have free pick up on the website, but they cancelled it on the night before the morning booking and they said that it was a option but they don't have any responsibility for that. Don't trust anything they say!!

The best dental service we have ever seen! I needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The whole process cost about $1000 AUD under local anesthetic. The have a complimentary hotel transfer service for each visit. The dentist I saw was young but very professional and well trained. She was attentive to my concerns during the process and careful. My recovery was unbelievable! I could only describe the pain as minor even after the anesthetic wore off. I used the pain killers provided sporadically for a few days, but I would have survived without them. No infections, no problems at all other than a little bleeding for about a day afterwards, but they provided gauze for that and showed me how to use it. Incredible service throughout. Even before the procedure, I asked a lot of questions by email. Each email was handled within 24 hours. The response was kind and detailed and the English was near perfect. Highly recommended.

With Thonglor Dental Hospital closing and moving out of town, I was looking for a new dental clinic in the lower Sukhumvit area. Based on reviews, I chose Thantakit Center and I wasn't disappointed. Prices are very reasonable and the center is accustomed to serving an international clientele. I can't speak for all the dentists at the clinic, but my dentist, Dr. Amy, was fluent in English, extremely knowledgable, described all procedures in clear and meticulous detail, and did a wonderful job on my teeth. I highly recommend asking for Dr. Amy specifically. I for one will be coming back again and will recommend this clinic to family and friends.

I have had an Invisalign treatment with doctor Thiti Sirikrai which was made of 24 trays. After I completed it, the result was far from being satisfying ! For professional reasons, I am now living in Mexico and when I showed the Clincheck (video of the expected progress and results of the treatment) to the local orthodontist he was shocked to see that the occlusion of my back teeth were a complete non sens !So in order to move my teeth correctly I have now a refinement of... 27 trays !!!!!!So be aware ! the only result you can be sure of is that your purse will feel lighter after you visit them !

I received a root canal and one implant as well as some filled cavities here. I flew here on the recommendation of some friends that had visited there previously. The service was EXCELLENT. The product and results were EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this facility for any procedure as I had some of the most painful and invasive procedures but was treated gently and had a speedy recovery because the work was done professionally with the quality of the highest level. The only reason I didn't give the facility 5 stars (which the product and service deserve) was because they were meant to have a driver pick us up and drop us off from the hotel but on several of my many visits we had to get ourselves home. It wasn't a huge deal, simply a minor inconvenience. But other than that 10/10, 5 stars and all that! Thank you!

I’m from Australia. I got 5 mercury fillings removed here and replaced with composite. Also needed 2 other fillings so 7 all up. Total cost was only approx $1,000 AUD including X-rays, dental dams and oxygen. Would have been triple the price in Australia. They picked me up from my hotel and dropped me back for both appointments. I did get pain in 1 tooth several days later but this is normal due to it being a deep filling. They couldn’t do enough to help me. They sent the driver to pick me up to check all was ok. Highly recommend!

Quite possibly the worst dental experience of my life. Have been here a number of times before and it’s always been a great experience. Today it was the roughest, least competent experience . I came to have a simple filling removed and replaced and instead left with a Migraine and a filling I will need to see another dentist in Australia to rectify . I asked to change dentists midway through the procedure as it was so bad. The second dentist was one I had seen before and completed the task it I am still not happy with how it went and would never recommend Thantakit again as I have in the past

Great experience overall! They responded within a day to my request, gave me a time that worked for me, and arranged pick-up from my Hostel(not necessary but still nice). Got 5 fillings, 4 one surface fillings and one two surface fillings. This was a procedure that I was charged 1050 USD in California, the whole thing was only 5400Baht! A great deal. The service was professional, everyone spoke English and the facilities were clean and well equipped. The dentist really new what she was talking about, and did a really good job. Went here today because of a minor gum infection. Reason unknow, but had some serious pain when eating. Got help immediately without pre-booking an appointment. The staff and the doctor talked very good English and was very friendly. Location looked clean and tidy.I got an anti-biotica, metronidazole. I called my Norwegian doctor. He said I should not take this because it was very strong. He said only use it if you have a very serious infection. I have no fever, puss or anything. Just pain when I eat. I will just wait it out some days and see if nature can fix itself, witch it can in most cases. :) However, this is pretty normal in Thailand. Doctors prescibe alot of pills to tourists because we have insurance. Be sceptical about all drugs you get here. But, I got what I wanted to know. The infection is not near the tooth nerve, so everything should be fine. :)

Punctuality is not held that importantly, perhaps it's their cultural thing or their management attitude and If you express of your dissatisfaction, then the receptionist will tell rest of the receptionists in Thai to intimidate you by gagging-up against you. There's no customer service acknowledging customer loyalty even if you've been going Thantakit for many years, but you are just the number.I definitely do not recommend Thantakit for foreigners.
