The staff were attentive, providing me with all the necessary pre and post-operative information. The hospital itself is modern, with facilities that ensure a comfortable stay. My recovery was closely monitored by the team, with several follow-up visits to check on my healing progress. The outcome of the surgery was very satisfying, subtly enhancing my facial features while appearing completely natural. However, there were moments when communication could have been more prompt, especially regarding scheduling follow-up appointments. Despite this minor issue, I am pleased with the results and the level of care provided by Kamol Hospital.

Kamol Hospital's approach to my hairline lowering was great, I had the maximum lowering of 2cm but its enough to make a difference to me. I was in and out quickly and was given pain meds if needed, the worst thing was sleeping upright but you cant put a price on your mental well being .

The Dr. here is extremely thorough and spends ample time before, during, and after my procedure to make sure that I feel comfortable. I was so nervous beforehand but they made me feel extremely confident! The office is clean and modern. Four starts becaus it was kinda hard to contact them at first.

Stay well clear of this clinic if you value your face and life. I had a tip plasty procedure with Dr Sutin and not only are the results from the procedure shockingly bad and not at all what I wanted and asked for, they have also created a very serious functional issue which means my nose runs constantly. To add insult to injury, I have contacted them several times to ask for an explanation for why they caused such a terrible and displeasing result and what they did to cause the functional problem but they are refusing to respond to me. I’ve advised them that doctors in the UK need to know what they did to cause the functional issue in order to decide how best to treat it but they refuse to respond! So, not only have they ruined my nose and face, caused a very serious functional problem that cannot now be fixed, they are refusing to accept any accountability. I am utterly astounded by their lack of professionalism and cannot believe they are even allowed to practice. This whole ordeal has been incredibly stressful and miserable for me, I’ve been in total despair since the surgery and now I have to fork out thousands of pounds to have a second revision surgery procedure to fix the mess they made. So, stay away from this clinic, they are not professionals, they performed a botched nose job on me and have caused serious internal damage. Worst of all, they think it’s ok to hide and not even respond with advice, an explanation or an apology. Unbelievable.

What you need to know about Tracheal Shave in Bangkok
Tracheal Shave is considered a plastic / cosmetic surgery procedure that requires coordination between a plastic surgeon, anesthetist and other surgical medical staff. This type of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery procedure / treatment is relatively affordable, especially in Bangkok. Mainly because the skill set and experience required by the specialist doesn't need to be as extensive as it may be for other procedures. For Tracheal Shave, photos are required for the specialist to review prior to treatment.

As with all plastic surgeries, recovery varies from person to person and this is no different for Tracheal Shave, where the immediate recovery post-op can take a few days before you're moving around again. You should anticipate an extended period of rest immediately following your surgery, during which time you should avoid any heavy lifting and strenuous exercising. After a week or so, you can expect to return to light activities, gradually breaking yourself in over the new few weeks and months. The plastic surgeon will provide you with a detailed post-operative aftercare plan, which should be closely followed. This may include exercises and stretches, a diet plan and advice on how to treat the wounds.

You will be required to stay in Bangkok for around 10-14 days post-op. During this time you'll be required to visit the surgeon for a post-op checkup and have stitches removed. Once given the all clear, you'll be able to travel home, it's very rare for travel arrangements needing to be changed as the success rate for Tracheal Shave is very high. This is mostly down to the more recent advances in medical technologies and surgical techniques, coupled with the extended experience of the plastic surgeons. However, the risk of complications is always there and these may include infection of the wound, bleeding, numbness and swelling around the wound and damaged scar tissue. To reduce the likelihood of such complications, all patients need to do is rest immediately after surgery and adhere to the surgeon's aftercare and recovery advice.
