In June 2020, I had a gastric stomach made in the clinic, and I felt in good hands at the KCM Clinic. I received a very warm welcome. I had a single room, as everyone in the clinic thinks. Very friendly and competent medical team and staff. The clinic is very well maintained and modern. I was able to leave the clinic 2 days after the operation because everything went well. I can really only recommend the clinic. Many thanks to the KCM Clinic team.
I had a tubal ligation in the U.K January 2019. I was suffering with pains and symptoms for 18 months. The nhs would not help me. I decided to begin a search for gynaecologists further afield who specialise in tubal ligation reversals. I came across the amazing Mr Artur Kucharski at KCM clinic in Wroclaw, Jenelia Gora. I was put in contact with an English speaking coordinator called Kim who stayed in constant contact via messages throughout my journey. She was an absolute god send. The price was very reasonable and affordable also. I was picked up from the airport by a KCM driver. This was included in the price along with our hotel. I was taken straight to the clinic and the driver took my partner straight to the hotel. Immediately I was greeted by the friendly nurses and my hospital co-ordinator, Daga. She was also amazing throughout. Pre op tests began to proceed immediately. There is a language barrier with some of the nurses but there are a few who do speak some English. I had all the tests and scans you can think off. Tests I was begging the nhs to perform to help me. Later that morning when all the tests came back fine I was ready for surgery. Mr Kucharski was lovely when we met. So friendly but also straight to the point. He explained what was going to happen during surgery, after surgery and what to expect. After surgery I woke up in recovery after a successful reversal. Although there was complications due to the mess I was left in by the UK surgeon. He battled thro

Registration procedure - the bottom. Before the date of the visit, it is worth calling and checking that everything is up to date. Due to the mistakes of the receptionist, the visit was postponed one hour before the visit. Without any explanation as to why - I only heard: "I suggest you come to the X hour". At the reception the lady is not nice and she is afraid to ask for anything. After entering the doctor's office with which I was registered, I heard that "You are not registered with me, I do not perform ultrasound". It turned out that I was transferred to another doctor, in a different office ... Why inform the patient about this? let him sit and waste time in another office. I keep waiting .. Chaos in front of the office, everyone is nervous, visits are delayed, a few people are registered for the same hour. Quarrels about who is to be first. The examining physician shuttled between the two offices, quickly performing two different examinations. Abdominal ultrasound performed in 2 minutes. The description of the examination, already prepared in advance, the same for all patients - ready for printing, signature, stamp and goodbye. It goes in tapes. No interview with the patient, only one question at the beginning "reason for the visit". Unfortunately, I will have to repeat the examination in another office, with a different doctor, it will certainly not be KCM.
We recommend. I was treated very nicely and professionally there. Many nurses who look after you 24 hours a day. I didn't get very far with the German language. So bring at least a basic knowledge of English. I would go back to this clinic for various cosmetic surgery. Thanks KCM.
Full professionalism. Private visit according to the agreed time - on time. The ladies at the reception were very nice and competent. Prices are the same as elsewhere - PLN 140 for a visit to a specialist. I'm happy. Even the X-ray could be done at 5 p.m., which is rare in other clinics.
I absolutely do not recommend it! A very unreliable approach to the patient. Over the years, I have always done a comprehensive dental cleaning at KCM while staying in Jel. Góra (I live abroad). It has been getting worse for some time and basically the service has not been provided despite confirmed deadlines, making an appointment in advance, etc. There will always be a reason: a device will break down, and there is no doctor, because he cannot get there, another time you the doctor is sick. Recently, I have not even been informed that the appointment has been canceled (by KCM) despite the fact that I have had the same mobile number for 20 years. Somehow, anyone can call me, but not KCM, problems with the line, etc. Thus, I stop using KCM's services. I have heard from many people that the level of KCM's service leaves a lot to be desired, now that I myself have been exposed to the wind by KCM several times, I believe it and hereby say goodbye. I wish KCM to improve the level of service, because if it goes on like this, it doesn't bode well for success.
Worst customer service I've ever come across. Getting information about the results of research is almost a miracle. I called the clinic 4 times to get information - the third time the nurse promised she would call back - so far I have not received a call.On the fourth attempt, I was informed that I should collect the results personally - could this information not be provided at the very beginning to avoid wasting my and my employees' time?The doctor ordering the test informs that the information about the results will be provided by phone - which, as it turns out, is not true.I do not recommend the clinic. The patient feels like in a subordinate NHF clinic - and there, in my opinion, you can find a much better approach to patients.
KCM Clinic was recommended to me by a friend who had previously been and had excellent treatment. I booked my sleeve and although Covid took over the world I was kept informed every step of the way. Communication was brilliant I always had faith they would get me there and be able to help me. I flew over and had my operation on the 3rd July. My pre op tests transfers from the airport/hotel etc were spot on and always knew when the prompt polite drivers would come. The hotel also was fantastic even offering post op broth which was divine. My whole experience, discharge information, medication was was second to none and I know if I need anything else I would book there again without a second thought. The hospital is spotless and they can’t do enough. I saw my surgeon 6 times over two days he explained every last detail. I’m home and recovering well and feeling great x

Bottom! Every month, a new piano in registration, which learns and nothing gets overwhelmed, notoriously failures. Making an appointment for an hour and then it turns out that 3 people are also scheduled for the same hour. Frivolous people, a complete lack of organization.
I accompanied my wife Denise to the KCM Clinic in Jelenia Gora for a hip replacement , the clinic and the staff were amazing , very very professional in everything they did , the operation was a great success and apart from a little post op pain Denise is OK , a great big THANK YOU to everyone who was involved with Denise,s operation, a 1st class service and we wish you all the best and success in the future Kind regards Denise and Trevor Mclean .
HelloI sincerely recommend this clinic. I was in hospital on June 27, 2020 for a bariatric surgery. Let me say, I'm shocked at how great the staff is and what operational technologies they use.I know what you pay for ensuring that the procedure is safe and comfortable. Three days after leaving the hospital, I was at the surgeon's and asked him for an ultrasound because nothing hurt and I didn't even know if my stomach was really cut. Today is week 5 and she feels great. I was in the hospital at the National Health Fund and I know how the patients suffer after this surgery due to the lack of pain medications and the lack of modern drugs to quickly leave the hospital and return to this day. And this hospital offers the best that is available worldwide. I am pleased with the time that was devoted to me before the operation, after the operation in the hospital. Especially that during one operation two procedures were performed - umbilical hernia and laparoscopic gastrectomy. It took me a few days longer to regain my strength, but today, after more than 3 weeks, everything is fine. Nothing hurts, the stitches heal.If someone is thinking about gastric resection surgery, do not hesitate too long.5 weeks have passed and apart from the lack of 23 kg :) centimeters have escaped because I can put on things from 2-3 years ago: o) and that makes me happy.It takes a little longer to learn to eat, and more precisely to chew slowly, but I think that it will take a few more days when I come to perfection: DI greet the entire team of KCM Klinic for their help before and after the surgery.

HiFrom the start (being met at the airport) to being met and having the initial pre op tests at KCM clinic everything was smooth, organised, welcoming and efficient. I was put at esse, everything was explained, all questions answered and “nothing” was too much trouble. Marta (the surgeon : whom I called the “magician”) was hugely experienced and knowledgable, forthright, approachable, patient, and moreover importantly very clear about expectations. I couldn’t have felt more at ease and confident. The clinic, facilities and theatre are spotless. The staff (far too many to name but you know who you are !) we’re kind, efficient and truly made you feel like an individual re your needs and particular requests. All in all given the nature of having any surgery I would wholeheartedly endorse and champion this organisation. I signed up online this morning at 12 o'clock in the morning, I received an SMS confirming the visit to the dentist in the clinic, then when I approached the registration, the lady told me that I am not on the list and I can't do anything about it, I would not disappoint, I was disappointed in this clinic

It is difficult to say enough about the care my husband and I received at KCM. We were fairly stressed because my husband needed a hip replacement and we had no idea what to expect. My husband had never had an operation in his life. From the very beginning everyone at KCM was so completely professional and caring. My husband recovered right on time. It has been 15 months now and his new hip gives him no problems. I cannot recommend KCM enough.
The dentistry clinic is a big plus, both ladies from the reception are always smiling and provide detailed information, assistants warmly welcome and invite the patient to the office, the child without a doubt went on a successful visit and we will definitely return to the continuation of treatment. I arrived in Poland on the 23th Of January to have Gastric Sleeve Surgery, From the drivers that collected use from the airport, to nurses, surgeons, everything was fantastic, i had my surgery on Saturday the 25th of January and back home on Monday the 27th, i would highly recommend the Clinic to anyone, I've never had any issues at the Clinic after my operation and none since I've come home, if anyone is considering having a Gastric Sleeve Operation definitely look into this Clinic, you won't be disappointed.surgeonSurge
The institution, which probably exists because there is no good competition in Jelenia Góra, a holter who was founded why to check if there are charged batteries after 24 hours when nothing was recorded shrugged your shoulders that it happens (paid service) diagnostics also works if I want something to work once the second time does not work, again they brought some detective stories I waited 1.5 hours longer because they can't be arranged so that they don't interfere with normally arranged people. I will not go there anymore and I do not recommend it. This institution respects patients and willingly hugs money, it's probably the philosophy and mission of this medical unit. There should be minus stars.
We arrived on a Friday, and were picked up by Thomas the driver from the clinic at the airport. Thomas's English is great and he is a font of knowledge, and he is happy to help in anyway he can. We met the most reassuring orthopaedic consultant ( Dr Krzyszyof Czerkasow )who would gave me a total left hip replacement on the Saturday. I must say, we have been made very welcome, the staff have excellent English and answered all our questions. The surgery went well without any issues, and the physiotherapist has been to see me, she had me up and walking. They have been great with pain control and the food has been excellent.I was nervous before traveling from Northern Ireland UK, but they phoned me before hand and tried to set my mind at ease. It is always a worry before any operation, and having one abroad adds to that worry, but honestly I couldn't be happier. They have done everything within their power to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we may need. Having Netflix may seem like a small detail, but it definitely helps pass the time, and I finally got to watch film's I haven't had time to watch. I am now looking at going back in 6-8 month's time to get my right hip replaced. This experience has been excellent from start to finish and I have no doubts about going back. I am happy to answer any questions and will do my best to answer them truthfully.
I had blood tests, ECG and met with Dr Martha. My photos were pre agreed and I was listed for an upper and lower eye lid surgery. Martha took one look at me and said “no I won’t do”. I was a little shocked. I didn’t expect it. After negotiations, She agreed to do fat transfer to bulk up area of laxity and she agreed to do one eye lid which had more of a prominent droop than the other. It was disappointingI was disappointed to not have my blood test or ECG reviewed by a doctor. I had no feedback if they were okay. I know for a fact, that the ECG showed changes because I use to be a professional athlete, and have been told so previously by a Consultant Cardiologist. I have an athlete heart and it makes it look like my left ventricle is thickened. No one mentioned this. Therefore, without context they should have seen an abnormal ECG for which I was never consulted about. I have also had a reaction to general anaesthetic previously, where I get post extubation laryngeal odema and need dexamethasone pre operatively to avoid this serious but easily controlled complication. I told the coordinators about this. I received the drug but never had a consultation about this. This is unsafe practice. I never met an anaesthetist before I was about to be put under. I never met the clinical director as indicated i would in my pre op pack.After the procedure one of the coordinators said I could go home that night, instead of being looked after at the clinic overnight post general anaesthetic,
You can never get through. I wanted to carry out an expensive procedure here, but I quit because I do not want to be treated as needed during convalescence. I do not recommend. Waste of time.

At the clinic I underwent a nose surgery. I rate the stay, care and the operation itself to the highest marks as well as the entire staff, from nurses, drivers, the wonderful doctor Marta Wilczyńska and nice coordinator ladies. A very organized and empathic team made everything go according to plan. I am very happy with my nose, even though less than 6 weeks have passed. Contact with the clinic is very good even after surgery. I recommend the clinic and especially Mrs. Dr Marte. Thank you with all my heart for a beautiful, straight nose!
I have been to this institution several times. I have no objections to the receiving doctors. However, organizational clutter is unacceptable. I advise you to avoid wide.
I was with a sore wrist, the doctor said it was just fatigue and told me to take a picture, I took a picture and I came back, of course I had to pay PLN 150 once again, the doctor did not see anything in the picture, 'suggested a change of profession', 2 x PLN 150 + PLN 60 360 PLN in total, my hand still hurts .... I do not recommend. The agreed time of the visit has nothing to do with reality. Over 1.5 hours delay, which is very tiring for an older person. The doctor's approach to the patient leaves much to be desired. I will not use your services anymore.

I do not recommend . !! I called the clinic number where the helpline was "tomograph and resonance press 5". After 10 minutes, you picked up and said that you do not perform such tests. !!!
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from KCM Clinic and to refrain from using their services. They are a dubious and unethical hospital with very poor customer service – money grabbers with no empathy for the patient. A disgrace to the medical profession.The worst of all is a certain Mr. Philip Pasler who was keen and eager to take my deposit payment but has become taciturn and distant immediately I asked for a refund (he described it as a very big problem on the phone) and proceeds to ask for further payment. My wife and I decided not to proceed with the surgery but rather do it here in the UK. Philip Pasler is a shifty and dodgy character, a third rate hospital clerk who calls himself an international patient manager/coordinator. A man who arrogates power to himself.As you have refused to refund my deposit, I hereby place a curse on KCM Clinic. May your fortunes dwindle and may you shut your doors due to lack of patronage. So be it!!
Clinic recommendable. Dr Marta Wilczyńska is a very reliable and specific woman. Before the surgery, she explained everything thoroughly and provided detailed information on how to proceed after the surgery. Mr. nurses, very kind and helpful. I would especially like to thank the coordinator Ms Kasia Miazga. I have not met such a kind person for a long time. The right person in the right place. She supported me all the time from the party until I went home. Personal and telephone contact at the highest level. Thank you to the whole KCM team for professional and friendly service. KCM is a great private hospital in the field of weight reduction surgery, plastic surgery and more.
I honestly don't recommend it unless you have no choice. I called kcm and informed them that I would be late for the orthopedist. The receptionist did not provide information and the doctor went home. And I was left alone with my aching knee. If the doctor is late, everything is ok, the patient is obliged to wait for the doctor because it is just statistics, the next one. Massacre. It would be appropriate to call the patient and inform him that the doctor is leaving. 10 people sit at 3 or 4 receptions plus a call center.

Appointed consultation today at 10.00 the doctor did not arrive. Lack of information from the staff about what the patient should do, and a lot of children in the waiting room. One lady in the registration said it was not the first time the doctor did not give a sign and did not arrive for consultations. If so, why do they still have a contract with him? I do not recommend the tragedy.
Excellent facility and staff were so professional and caring. The service from airport pick up to drop off is second to none, makes travelling for any medical procedure alot less daunting. Would highly recommend this life changing facility
Willingness to help a child with toothache - lack. I understand that you need an anesthesiologist, that you need to make an appointment, but it was an emergency and the lady at the reception did not even want to try to do something, talk to the doctor and maybe somehow he would find himself. She proposed a date for the month, I emphasize a 3-year-old child. Total break and thank you. Lack of professionalism and hopeless approach to the problem. Fortunately, they showed full commitment and help elsewhere.
Waiting hours for a planned private visit. Errors in completing the documentation need to be corrected by arranging another visit (after all, no one will correct mistakes after free). I recommend if someone likes queuing masochism, lack of culture and has excess time and / or cash ... this is the last visit to this place.

I booked my visit/ appointment from home , chose a date for the operation , there were no delays , doubts , no problems . At65 years old I was having my first operation , after twenty years of suffering I could see light at the end of the tunnel . KCM CLINIC JELENIA GORA . Professor Kwiek and his team of medical staff took away the pains ,the spasms and gave me a new life . There was no complications no infection. Thank you to everyone there . Highly Recommended .

Delighted with the outcome of my tubal ligation reversal. Philip was brilliant to deal with and Evelina was kind, helpful and extremely efficient when we arrived at KCM. Dr Kucharski explained the procedure and managed our expectations. There is always a chance of reversal not being a success as depends on the type of tubal ligation. Really happy with the outcome, clips removed, tubes repaired. One week post Op and feeling good. I would highly recommend KCM clinic, a very professional organisation. Dr Kucharski is a very talented Surgeon. In Ireland, I was advised the reversal could not be done by Laparoscopy. I am so pleased I travelled to Poland. I have had the most wonderful experience and treatment with KCM and all it’s employees. I had Abdominoplasty with Lipo and felt in the safest hands from my first contact on Facebook - Meg to my surgeon Dr Marta and all her nurses and liaisons. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return for more treatment, even if offered the chance to have it done in England I would still return to KCM.

I was operated by Dr Marta Wilczyńska. An absolute champion! Already in the evening after the surgery I saw the effect, despite the slight edema. Before the surgery I received from the doctor exhaustive information about the procedure and procedure after. A very nice nurse. Ms. Katarzyna Miazga-coordinator, a very competent person, helps with the commute, at the reception and is available at all times. I felt the stay at the clinic as a two-day stay on holiday.I recommend the clinic, Dr Marta Wilczyńska and all the staff. By the way, thank you for everything and everything.joanna
My first visit to the KCM Clinic was in July 2017 when I had a gastric sleeve operation for weight loss. I was very happy wight the care and results after this. I was incredible happy with the results and the clinic was spotless and Doctors and Nurse all spoke perfect english, also the hospital it self is very clean and very modern and I had my own private room. Fast forward to December 2018 and after a lose off 10 stone post gastric sleeve I was left with a bit off excess skin that I could not tone up at the gym so I made contact with KCM Clinic and via my Katarzyna the designated International Co-ordinator I sent several pictures to her for the Plastic Surgeon Dr. Marta Wilczyńska-Staniul, MD, PhD to review and was advised I was a candidate for a Fleur de Lis tummy tuck and was advised on the all inclusive price for this and hotel and on ground transfer via the hospitals chauffeur drivers in a very comfortable Mercedes-Benz. The only extra I had to pay for would be medication and bandages after the surgery which I was advised off on both occasions and the costs were very cheap at less that £20 for every thing I required for a month post op. The only down side to my stay was that I had the very bad misfortune off witnessing the so called ‘abuse’ as described by the below whilst speaking to the nursing staff at the nurses station and it really is incredible the someone can hide behind a computer screen and write so much lies and twisting off the truth to smear a excelle
The assessment does not concern the doctor's competence, only auxiliary staff who sets deadlines and informs about the course of the procedure. The nurses are sluggish, they make us wait in the corridor, at this time they go to talk to friends. They provide inaccurate information, they issue separate deadlines for setting the date of the procedure, without the need for the patient to come 2 times !! What is this treatment for the patient ?? The more so in a private clinic, where the procedure costs a lot of money ... I do not know where these 4 stars ...

I travelled to KCM Hospital January 2016 for Gastric Sleeve weight loss surgery. I have lost over 50 kilos and i am delighted with the results. I believe i had much better care at KCM than i would have ever got in the UK. The prices are so affordable and the aftercare has been fantastic! I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for medical treatment.

Kind of a bad start from the beginning. I arrived at the airport at around midnight and had to wait about an hour before my taxi arrived - literally no other people were at the airport by then, so a little scary to be left standing there alone. The taxi driver who picked me up however was lovely.When I got to the clinic, there were about 5 staff milling around, not really knowing what was happening - all very young and friendly, but clearly not knowing what was going on with people. During the pre-op medical tests, the doctors barely grunt at you, let alone smile or say hello - you are a literally being herded from post to post.Evelin was the lady looking after me, and she is the only reason I'm not giving this place 1 star! She really is a massive asset to the clinic - a view shared by other english patients I met there. Everyone was so annoyed by the general attitude of the hospital, and it was only Evelin saving the day, constantly fire-fighting.The worst part of my experience there was a man called Philip Pasler, who is the person e-mailing you before you book. He is very lovely and friendly before he gets your money, but turns into a bit of a monster after that. I assumed that an 'all in' package would include the airport pick-up for the secondary part of the procedure I had 6 months later, as per the first part of my procedure. However, they said there was a £170 charge for this transport. When I queried this with Philip, his reply was 'you can't seriously assume KCM ca
In October my child had a dental procedure under general anesthesia. This was my daughter's first treatment of this type. She had very large caries and all doctors referred us back, saying that nothing could be done anymore. And that they are milk teeth that will fall out themselves. However, it worried us a lot because the child had very bad teeth and we could not do anything about it. We decided to undergo general anesthesia, during which all teeth were made on one visit. I waited for a private appointment of over 2 hours. The doctor was missing in action, no one from the staff was able to explain why there was such a delay and even the doctor herself did not explain. Then, of course, it's fast because you have to catch up with lost 2 hours.Very poor customer service.

It is a waste of time and money for Mrs. Dr.rzardiolog, who neglects the patient, recommends a lot of tests that are not necessary for other Dr. cardiologist. One word, no, no.
Total lack of professionalism. Adenotomy surgery (excision of the third tonsil) scheduled for 10.00 am my 4.5 years old child, weight 13.8 kg (classic vomit) on an empty stomach from 7.00 am A treatment for reasons that were not reported to us only before 3 pm and later recommendations do not drink. At 18.00 only three hours after the surgery !! we were released home without having a child examined by the doctor !!! After surgery, the remaining staff are also not interested in the child. On the way home, the daughter vomits and we end up with serious dehydration (metabolic acidosis). My daughter spent six hours at the SRO, a large amount of drip and three blood gases, unnecessary pain and a nightmare through which she passed I hope that your opinion will help you make a better choice for your child and that it is worth waiting a little longer and removing the tonsils in a place that will ensure safety. I would also like to add that the procedure is performed at KCM Clinic under the contract with the NFZ.
I highly recommend KCM Clinic in Jelenia Góra. Instant appointments and consultations before surgery. Treatment in an incredible atmosphere. I was interested in having cervical Surgery done by Prof Stan who from what I can tell has a very good reputation. I submitted all of my records images reports etc to Phillip who is the International liason. I must admit that Philip was very professional and handled all in a prompt and efficient manner. I wish I could say the same for Prof Stan. I live in NYC and had asked to have a phone conversation with the Professor so we can discuss his surgical approach The first call was scheduled for Sunday morning which was pushed back later in the day due to Prof scheduling conflict. No big deal when I did speak to the Professor it bit became apparent that he either was distracted or did not remember my file Giving him the benefit of the doubt we rescheduled the call for Monday. I called at the appointed time and the Professor said give him a few minutes to turn his computer on. What became apparent to me was that the Prof was not prepared for the phone call and he even stated to me that the surgical opinion sent to me several weeks prior was rendered without looking at my images. The Professor statement was somewhat contradicted when KVM staff told me he did see the images. The lack of attention to detail and complete disregard for my time is not acceptable. I would never fly overseas to have surgery where even after giving the Professor a second chance to read my file he seemed disinterested and not prepared..Perhaps he is a great surgeon I will never know as I would have ex

I'm a week after surgery at KCM Clinic JG. I must admit that the stay was very successful. Everything took place according to the schedule. After the surgery, I felt very bad, but the care was great. The ladies of the nurse came, checked whether everything was OK, they applied drip, they helped to use the toilet. The next day I came to my senses. :-)I rate the result of the surgery at Dr. M. Wilczynska very good. I suppose I will come back with this or that matter. ;-)
The clinic was recommended to me by a friend from work. We walked with the child after various dentists and everyone spread their hands. The child is afraid of the offices and can not open his mouth. This is the first place where, in the form of fun and a smile, I was able to carry out the examination and start treatment :) :)

Nothing to add, visit at 15.30 and then one and a half hours of waiting with a 89-year-old cardiologist. You probably co-owner, maybe handsome but rather lack of culture. I would call it ugly from anger but I was raised differently. It allows patients to pay such money, they have to wait so much that they do not care about the clinic's patients and do not care about the reputation what it should be. because meetings were wanted during visits, as if there was no time before or after work. In rudeness and treatment of patients, the appearance will not help. During the work, the doctor in addition can talk about the employee's agreement with the patient over 5 minutes. Well done to KCM

I do not recommend !!! boy rode 5 times to collect the results of his research, ladies assured over the phone that the results are waiting and you can come for them. after arriving at the clinic, it turned out that the results are in the archives and should be arrived elsewhere, because they have to be found. The lady assured her that she would send them by mail. However, nothing has happened to us. After re-visit, it turned out that the results were not printed and you again assured that they would send them by mail personally. Another month passed and results as there was no such thing. Clinic employees clearly mock patients and do not do their job diligently. After about 4-5 attempts to obtain research results, I intend to complain about the clinic staff, because otherwise it can not be done. I advise you to consider whether the people employed there are suitable for this job,

I had weight loss surgery for a sleeve in May 2019. I had a band out and sleeve inserted in the same operation. I was a member of the Facebook group but was blocked off it for saying my surgery was not successful and telling people to do research before parting with hard earned money. From talking to other people on the facebook group there are a few people in the same predicament as me. It seems, from my research and experience, if you have a band removed and sleeved the surgery is not as successful. I think the clinic should engage and offer some sort of refund for an unsuccessful surgery. I have no restriction whatsoever. I have only lost 1 stone - most of that was pre-op.

"KCM" places advertisements of its services on the social network FB, in a group created for the exchange of information within the local community - housing estate. Where is their social responsibility to run a business?And for the attention about the impropriety of littering the forum ads, I get an aggressive contact from the Marketing Director of "KCM". SIC!
On February 26, I had breast enlargement surgery. Dr. Wilczynska devoted a lot of time to choosing the right implants and explaining the course of the whole operation. I absolutely do not recommend visiting your cardiologist - the head of this institution. I can not assess her medical skills because I did not get a visit. He comes and goes when he wants. I would defenitely recommend KCM Clinic! I have been here few times and was never disappointed. The staff is great , you get a personal assistant on arrival and everything goes very smoothly. You can notice how every detail is taken care of, whether its medical or comfort related. If you come from abroad I would tell you the location is super central, the old historical town is just across the street where you find all the good restaurants and shops, and also on the weekend there always something happening.Overall the experience is very relaxing and calm.
I do not recommend cardiology, I waited from 9:20 I only entered after 11, I add that it was a private visit and in the meantime the doctor talked to several colleagues with work for a longer time.

We had the opportunity to be a customer of KCM in Jelenia Góra. The medical facility is recommendable. Doctor Marta Marta Wilczyńska is an excellent surgeon, reliably prepares for surgery, honestly determining the effects. She immediately inspired our trust. You still have to wait for the final effects of the treatment, but you can already see the amazing skills of the Doctor. The person who made us feel safe and "taken care of" in the clinic was Mrs. Coordinator Katarzyna Miazga. Both before and after the surgery ... we had the option of personal or telephone contact. Categorically I do not recommend, 2 months ago I had the "decompression of the spine" for which I paid 6100 zlotys which did not bring the result at all. I was in the hospital on neurosurgeon for 3 days I suffered without pain, after a magical treatment for which I was given a shot by Dr. Kwiek, nothing helped. The ball returned the same as before the procedure. Avoid this place.

I have recently returned from the kcm clinic after having gastric sleeve surgery. The date was planned before I had realised my friend had to return to england to start a new job. I was initially terrified about been left alone in a strange country but the support I recieved was amazing. Evelyn was truly amazing she is the coordinator and went above and beyond to support and erase my fears of been alone.The pre operative checks are thourgh to say the least . I was banded two years earlier and cant recall the same amount of input. My sleeve surgery went well without any hiccups.The day after my surgery my friend returned to the uk , this made me very nervous so evelyn booked me an earlier flight home checked me in and prepared my boarding pass.Dagma was also very kind helpful and supportive and it was her first day.The surgeon was so understanding helpful and gave a detailed account of the surgery. The postoperative checks were also of a high standard. I am a surgical nurse so I know what to look for and expect.On departure evelyn provided me with an escort to the hotel , his name was adam he was a true gentleman who assisted me in to the airport, once again to eleviate my fears of travelling alone.The discharge report was outstanding. The hospital is clean, well staffed.my experience was unproblmatic other than my friend had to come home prior. Just stay away from them if you are not going to be abused. The clinic is at the middle of nowhere 1.5 hours drive from Wroclaw airport. The qoute they gave me was including hotel and transport to attract me to go there, however they forced me to pay €220 extra for them (transport and one night hotel) when they trapped me in the clinic which made me feel so abused. The owner’s son and international coordinator Dominic was extremely rude and after charging me the full amount and faced my complaint about the extra charge which supposed to be including their service, changed his language and start using abusive words which was unbelievably rude and unfair against a patient. There was no transparency and it was completely a scam. Therefore, you can do your treatment or operations in lots of other clinics in Poland or Prague with no wasting time for transport, much cheaper, with no hidden charge and without getting abused.
Had my procedure done in January 2019, VSG.I could not fault anything about this Clinic, the Staff are amazing, from the Nurses to the Doctors and everyone in between.You are looked after, as if you where the only person there. A week ago at the KCM Clinic I had a breast augmentation surgery with the removal of excess skin and total rhinoplasty. The decision to undergo surgery was not easy for me, even though I knew whose hands I was giving my fate. All the more I feel the need to express admiration for the professionalism and craftsmanship of Dr Marta Wilczyńska, thanks to which I regain a sense of femininity. As the swelling and bruising go away, I begin to notice the wonderful effects of the operation and I am glad that I dared to take this step. While arranging the procedure and staying in the Clinic, the whole project from the logistic side was taken care of by Mrs Katarzyna Miazga, an energetic and very kind person who took care of me and helped me. Man before and after such treatment feels a little lost and helpless, and I could count on support in different situations. KCM clinic is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend. My mother underwent a total hip replacement, just under 4 weeks ago. Mum is in her late 70s, and her surgery, recovery and progress has been outstanding. The clinic, staff, coordinator and surgeon were fabulous. My mum is walking pain free and aid free. Her scar is hardly visible and her life has been restored. Ewelina, the coordinator, is an angel. From initial online consultation through to airport pickup, hospitalisation at the spotless clinic, through to leaving post surgery, both mum and I were delighted. Fantastic Service from start to finish I approached KCM to get a gastric sleeve. I had lots of questions for and Philip & Ewelina and they found the answers promptly without any language barrier. Ewelina was very supportive throughout the entire procedure, before and after and was constantly in contact and observing to ensure I was confortable . They really put my mind at ease, gave me all the information I needed and arranged everything for me. When I arrived in Poland I didn't have to worry about a thing - I was very well cared for, even collected from the hotel and dropped off to the Clinic. This helped as I was anxious about the whole procedure and I felt that it was a weight off my mind not having to worry about logistics. Dr Kowalski who operated, visited me before the procedure and was further assessed before and after my operation. I must say also that the pre operation tests that I was given before the operation was outstanding. The overall gastric Sleeve procedure went great and I am looking forward to my weight loss success here back in the UK. William
I have mixed feelings about this clinic. It was certainly sold to me better and built up to be an amazing place so my expectations were high. Flying from the Middle East where private hospital care is top class but expensive, I was attracted by the price and reviews. However, KCM was really like a public hospital with lots of people in waiting rooms and lots of waiting around as in 8-10 hours. They give you a nice hospital room and it has tv and Netflix which is great but I am not really aTV person. I didn't mind any of that; what I did mind was the fact that nobody really gives you any info about what is going on. They will say that the specialist or doctor is the only one who can give that info BUT I saw my doctor for about 2 minutes and he was not in the humor to be questioned (he was really very busy). That is the crux of the issue at KCM. It is far too busy. They have private patients who fly in as well as lots of Polish patients. Everyone is overworked and just stressed. Any question you ask is one question too much. They have a patient liaison officer who I saw on Day 1 only. My procedure I was supposed to have done wasn't available to me I was told so I changed to a different procedure even though I could have had that procedure done in my own country at a good price. I had been told via email I did qualify for the original procedure. I was still charged for the original procedure even though I told them the procedure I would have done was cheaper. I asked how much t
I was recommended by a family member and can not recommend this place enough. I had a gastric sleeve done and I am a month post op and doing great. Clinic is very clean, staff are amazing very helpful and professional. Everything is organised for you by the team. Book your flights and you don't have to think for yourself until you're back at the airport!

I have always had good opinions about this place until I found Mrs. Aleksander at the reception. I've never dealt with such a mean and clumsy person. I was insulting other patients and doctors. good that the next day at registration was already a nice and helpful lady. I do not recommend contacting this lady who, as it turned out later, is the manager there.
I had VSG Surgery with KCM as an English speaking patient.I have been to private hospitals and clinics before and this operation is just as professional as private hospitals I have visited here in the UK.Bare in mind this is a Polish clinic so much of the staff do not speak English, this can make communication difficult, this in no way makes them any less professional at what they do.Now I am over a week from my operation and I feel very well in myself and have had no complications at all.I am very happy I chose to undergo this surgery with KCM.
When I approached KCM I had put on lots of weight and got myself into a deep hole - weight loss surgery was my only option and I didn't have the money to go privately in the UK so I opted to go abroad. From start to finish, the clinic was fantastic! Its so clean and the infection control is perfect. The nurses were so attentive and waited on me hand and foot. The doctors and surgeons were so knowledgeable and they were always there to answer any questions. I was surprised at how many people could speak English too! I am almost 2 months after laparascopic gastrectomy. (Private). I will say this . I have not been to such a hospital yet. Everything at the European level. Staff great, very nice and professional service. Sale mega. Everywhere clean. I left 2 days after the operation. Everything so far about. New life. I was operated from the Clinic on a Spine condition in July 2017, however, I never improved from the pain I was having. My condition degenerated and became worst in September and had to be operated again elsewhere. I took this decision because I was not getting any help at all from KCM administrators. My request never attended to promptly yet I was in pain. The money I paid to be operated at KCM was a total loss. I think this was not fair at all on the part of KCM Management. I regretted having preferred them in my first treatment plan.Walter Okello.
Below criticism !!! I was specifically removed yesterday from the visit !!! I had a sick child and I could not grasp the situation at the beginning At the beginning was the term due to the doctor's employment with other late matters. You called and said that there is no neurologist in the Luxmed package. I think someone else received my term. In this way the problematic situation was solved. a complaint to Luxmed and not only ...
I had to write something positive here because I was positively surprised by the quick feedback, after leaving my phone number on the KCM live-chat website - as they write on the site - a consultant called back after 27 seconds !!! Calling the registration machine earlier, he informed me that I was in the queue and at least 10 minutes of waiting ... a break, so in disbelief I gave the number and ... bingo !!! Delectable gentlemen arranged the visit efficiently - I knew from my voice that this was not the first time I was dealing with him and once again proved that he knew exactly what he was doing there :-)))MEGA service, although just like with policemen, may we see each other as rarely as possible :-)small update:but everything breaks this queue in registration just to say in 3 seconds that I have arrived ... once again I wonder why? ...The doctor suddenly left somewhere, the queue increases, but luckily Mrs. Magda managed in the waiting room!Ms. Magda, I don't envy your stress but thank you very much :-)!13/04/2018this time a visit to the dentist - Dr. Zborowski - as always nice, efficient and professional - but the most important thing is that professionally - corrections under the 'guarantee' for free - BRAWO!
Am Orthopedic surgeon practice in sultanate of Oman, I have invited by some friend to attend Neurosurguery conference in this hospital, I was amazed to find such lovely environment in such medical institutes, actually since that time of about 2 years I am strongly cooperating with KCM by sending many many patients from Oman to be treated in both orthopedic and highly qualified neurosurgical departments, not only that, this hospital participated in many important medical and scientific activities in Oman, at same time they keep their finger on conferences and continuous medical education, my patients who back after surgeries to Oman , highly appreciated medical services in this hospital. POOR COMMUNICATION AND VERY LONG WAITING TIMES. Monday 23rd arrived at 9am as requested but did not leave till gone 6pm with only doing 3 tests X-ray, blood tests, cardio tests and a consultation with the head of the clinic which her name goes by Dr Parshley who is a cardiologist which has nothing to do with my case but apparently is the process for getting seen in this clinic. The coordinator that was assigned to me was apparently the manager who started this job 3days prior so you think you give the guy a chance but had no sense of direction, poor communication between myself and was very quick to judge the company of all the wrongs and not knowing anything about me until 5mins after I arrived that morning which is one not professional and two not my problem as am a paying patient there for a reason. I am not coming to a country where I do not know how to speak the language and remove a organ without feeling sure and 100% certain. Which was the two things I felt least about. Like I previously stated had the test done as a pre assessment but the coordinator Maciek did not follow up on or wait/spend anytime with me the patient knowing I am from the UK and do not know any Polish so was already nervous but felt stressed out on top of that with the not knowing more so. Tuesday was a much more positive day as had another coordinator name Natalie who spent time, with good communication and told me exactly what was happening throughout the day and even helped filling the papers ou
I am very satisfied with the services of the dentistry department. Very positive atmosphere, friendly and professional staff and above all helpful and human. Thank you, Sandra and Aleksandra, for their patience and forbearance. Not everyone has such an approach to the patient that a person feels well-groomed and satisfied with the attention given to him. You can see that people with vocations, girls smiling, satisfied with work and not like the proverbial shopkeepers who work as punishment. I will definitely go back there and have already recommended a friend to make an appointment. I would recommend! ;)
KCM is the right place for all people looking cost effective expenses regarding weight loss surgery around the world actually. I was there on 15th June 18 for Sleeve Gastric and the services was done on time, nurse's and doctor's are so friendly and you feel like home. I will highly recommend all people whom are looking for Gastric surgery's to go there.
I had Gastric Sleeve surgery on the 8th of July, 2017. From being met at the airport to the return trip, everything was superb! Marion, my driver was so sweet! He took us to see a village with three castles! Martin, a member of staff who was in charge of seeing that patients get where they are supposed to be and SO much more, was welcoming, friendly and did everything and more to make sure I was taken care of. Martyna was very kind and couldn't do enough to make everything more than okay for me. Their English is excellent which was very helpful. The nurses were lovely, friendly and helpful, too. The cardiologist was brilliant. An intelligent, beautiful lady that exuded intelligence and kindness. She was always there if needed. The surgeon was informative and put me at ease. He checked on me many times after the surgery. Philip is on the admin side of the clinic and answered all of my emails pre- and post-op so quickly and came and introduced himself to us before we left hospital. I can't fault this clinic. I was told aftercare is not limited to three or five years, they are available to us as long as we need them. I suppose the one thing I might suggest is go in cooler weather, July was HOT and no air conditioning!!
I had gastric sleeve surgery at KCM Clinic, Poland. I cannot fault this clinic from beginning to the end of my stay at KCM .The staff from drivers, admin, doctors, surgeon, everyone was just second to none. Questions were answered, fears understood, I had wonderful care and attention, we even shared great humour. The Clinic is very clean. They took all the hard work out of arrangements that needed to be made. I was picked up from the airport by my own personal driver, taken to the clinic, was immediately taken for multiple diagnostic tests, no stone unturned. I was informed what time my surgery would be, the surgeon came round to see me daily and answered any questions I might have had. All in all I can't praise this clinic highly enough, I'm so glad I chose KCM for my surgery, I will certainly be recommending it just as I have here. 11 out of 10!! If you are thinking of having bariatric surgery here, I say GO FOR IT! Really reasonable prices into the bargain!
My name is Kelly and I visited KMC in Nov 2015 and had a reversal. I ended up staying an extra day in Poland as I missed my operation as my plane was late so I didn't arrive at the hospital till much later in the day and you have to have all your tests done first. They were done the following day then my opp the morning after. I arrived on the Thursday night and left on the Monday night. I am very pleased with how my opp went in the end as there were a few problems such as dry eye after the opp and my opp took longer than expected as I had a few cysts on my ovaries that had to be drained. I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and my baby is due 3rd May. Thank you to Haley Williams for calling and explaining everything on my journey and the boys at the clinic for a nice pleasant stay. Would defo recommend to anyone to have surgery. The only thing I didn't get was the teeth cleaning...but that's a small loss for now being able to have my TR baby.
Outstanding staff who really care about its patients. Have recommended them highly to everyone who asks me about my weight loss success.
