The range is $829 to $6,947 with a median of $1,806, and the shape of it is worth knowing before you read the table: 15 of the 24 published prices are under $2,000, and 13 of those 15 are in Bangkok. Outside the capital, with two exceptions, prices start higher, because the clinics that publish a figure there are mostly hospitals, and hospitals price for general anaesthetic and a bed. Liposuction is also priced per area everywhere in Thailand, so a "from" figure is one area, and two or three areas is two or three times the figure, give or take a package discount.

The two cheapest are not in Bangkok. Dr. Kamthorn Clinic in Nakhon Si Thammarat, a single-surgeon practice, publishes its price in pounds at £626, and Siam Clinic in Phuket Town starts at $834, the same as Veera Clinic in Bangkok. After that the Bangkok clinics run from $1,000 (MasterWork) through Interplast, Kichona, Bangpakok 9 and Kamol to BellaMode at $1,501, which with 38 reviews at 4.9 is the most-reviewed clinic on the page. Everything outside Bangkok above that line is a hospital or a hospital-grade clinic: Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute and Bangkok Hospital Samui at $2,362, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya at $2,445, Sanpaulo in Hua Hin at $2,501. Phi Beauty in Phuket, at $2,223, is the exception.
Bangkok, or the beach
Thirty-two of the 45 clinics are in Bangkok, and so are almost all of the sub-$2,000 prices, the deepest surgical teams (Nirunda lists 80 doctors, Sikarin 42, Bangkok Hospital 25) and six of the nine JCI-accredited hospitals. If price and depth of choice matter most, that settles it, and the Bangkok page compares those clinics by district.
Phuket has four clinics, Koh Samui two, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai and Nonthaburi a handful between them. What they offer is recovery somewhere pleasant, at a hospital price. Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute (est. 2016, JCI, 25 doctors, 23 reviews), and Bangkok Hospital Samui and Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, part of the same group as Bangkok Hospital Bangkok, are proper surgical hospitals, and $2,300 to $2,500 for a hospital start price is not expensive by Bangkok hospital standards either; Sikarin and Bangkok Hospital Bangkok are in the same band. What you give up is the second opinion: in Bangkok you can see three surgeons in a day, on an island you see one or two. Chiang Mai's two listed clinics, DIAA and Dr. Alex Aesthetic, quote per case.
Clinic or hospital
For one or two areas under local anaesthetic a dedicated clinic is the normal choice everywhere in Thailand and it is where the low prices are. For three or more areas in one sitting, or any liposuction under general anaesthetic, the difference between a clinic and a hospital is an anaesthetist and an overnight bed, and the extra $500 to $1,000 in the start price is what pays for them. Nine hospitals on this page are JCI accredited: Bangpakok 9, Kamol, Bangkok Hospital Bangkok, Sikarin and Thonburi Bamrungmuang in Bangkok, Bumrungrad (per case), Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute, Bangkok Hospital Samui and Bangkok Hospital Pattaya. Kamol and Bangpakok 9 are the cheapest way into that list at $1,389.
How long to stay
Seven to ten days for one or two areas: consultation and bloods, the procedure, a check the next day and a review around day five to seven before you fly. Ten to fourteen days for multi-area or general-anaesthetic cases, which usually include a night in hospital. Compression garments are worn for several weeks afterwards; most clinics supply the first one. Swelling masks the result for a month and the final contour settles at three to six months, so judge before-and-after photos at six months, not at the airport.
